Check for a Backup CopyIf you saved the PIN digitally (e.g., took a photo or noted it down), check your backup files. If the purchase was made online, check your email or purchase history for a digital receipt.2. Hello Razer Support,I recently purchased a Razer BlackShark V2 X headset and I would like to activate the 7.1 Surround Sound feature.Unfortunately, there was no 7.1 activation card included in the box. I have the headset’s Serial Number, Product Number, and proof of purchase available.I tried to register the headset on the Razer website in order to obtain the activation code, but I receive the following error message:“This product is already registered. If you did not register it, please contact Razer Support.”I have never registered this headset before, and this is the first time I am attempting to register it. I recently bought a Razer Wolverine V3 Pro Controller and accidentally the wireless dongle got broken. After talking to Razer support they are saying they don’t sell that part and since it was was damaged there is nothing they can do. I even offered to pay for it but they will not replace it for me. Now since the controller doesn’t support bluetooth i am stuck using the controller with a usb connection. Imagine spending so much money and this happens. Last time i brought a Razer Product.PATHETIC!!Caution for anyone who plans to buy it. If by accident anything happens to the wireless dongle they will not replace it and you’ll stuck using it with wired connection.
Just bought a mouse but synapse can’t recognize it and ai support says to continue providing serial number. How else to check if it’s original?
My spacebar key stopped working. It started intermittently and now is completely dead. Every once and a while I can press very hard on one side and then press simultaneously on the other and it works. I have also pull the key off and tried depressing the rubber button manually to no avail. Does anyone know how to replace the keyboard or find a place that can be trusted to do it?
my razer viper 8khz i just got today left and right click randomly stop working when i go on games itg happends on desktop but not as much reinstalling the driver does nothing i need help ive searched every where for the fix there inst one and so many people are complaining about it

Yesterday morning I was using my kraken v3 pro wireless as usually, but after a little rest, in afternoon, for any reason my usb dongle stopped being detected by any device, so now I have to use it via 3.5mm cable.I would like to know if there is any way to buy or receive any replacement for that dongle, I payed too much for this headsets just for being wireless and they are still like new. Also, razer says that warranty is over (bought in september 2023) but as I know, here in Spain, warranty in electronic products should be 3 years.I tried everything and I know that it is not a software problem (not synapse, not firmware, not windows...), so if I can’t get any replacement, at least I would like any advice to repair it my by myself or some other alternatives.Also I have seen some online stores selling usb dongles but I don’t know how reliable they are.
Is there a way to get a replacement Backrest for my chair? It appears the internal bracket on the backrest where the tilt mechanism bolts up broke, as now the backrest just flops around. Seen many posts on the forum by other users having the same issue. Would be happy to buy a replacement since the rest of the chair is perfectly fine, and I really like this chair. So, I bought this headset in November 2024. I have only used a few times since then, because I had ear surgery and I couldn’t use the headset. 2 days ago I was on a Teams call, and the left ear went quiet. I am hard of hearing in my right ear, so it’s vital for that headphone to work. I have tried it on my laptop and desktop, I have uninstalled and reinstalled Synapse. I am not sure what else to do at this point. Can someone please help me?
Good afternoon, I purchased the viper 8k ambidextrous mouse and it arrived two days ago, since then the left click has completely stopped working, probably at least 10 times by now. Having to unplug the mouse and back in again to get it working or use a different mouse to be able to go through options.Things I have tried.Tried multiple different USB ports on the computerUninstalled and reinstalled the firmwareUninstalled Synapse and reinstalled itTried using the mouse with and without Synapse being open.Tested my other mice to make sure it wasn’t a USB port issue, they worked fine. I have gone through the forum and it seems those are the main “fixes” that have been given to test so I have gone through them and it’s still happening. It is a shame as I’ve never gone with razer before and saw I could finally get a mouse for left handed side buttons which are seemingly rare nowadays. Hi, I’m having two related issues with Razer Cortex after a recent update/reinstall.A few days after updating Cortex, I noticed strange CPU usage from Cortex while my laptop was idle. I had finished playing a game, Cortex restored Windows from boost mode, then I watched something in Firefox, closed that, and left the PC alone for around 1–2 hours. Suddenly my laptop fans started spinning loudly. I checked Process Lasso and saw that the Razer Cortex process was the CPU culprit, even though I was not gaming or scanning anything.Because of that, I applied a mild CPU-throttling rule in Process Lasso, but only to the main Razer Cortex process. It was not a system-wide CPU throttle, and it was not applied to Epic Games.The next day, with that Process Lasso rule still active, I installed a new game using a dedicated/manual installer. Then I opened Cortex and pressed Refresh in My Library so it could detect the new game. During that refresh, all of my installed Epic Games titles disappeared fr
I opened a ticket over two weeks ago for a Blackwidow V4 pro that had the “a” key stop working randomly or typing two “a’s” randomly. Anyhow, they wanted to do a RMA, I paid for the Advanced RMA but it still took a week to ship. At first a label was created, but that never shipped. Every day I get an email telling me to send in the bad keyboard, BEFORE I have even received the RMA. I had updated the ticket for them to stop harassing me as I had not received the item yet, but I continued to get email pretty much daily.So Tuesday, I receive yet another “final notice” and then receive the keyboard around 3pm EST. Wednesday morning I get an email saying that my return label is now cancelled. You guys are ridiculous...either give me a label so I can send the broken keyboard back or refund my advanced RMA payment and I’ll gladly throw this keyboard in the trash.Your move - my next one is a complaint to my credit card company and a charge back.
Ever since the latest update with Synapse 3, the program “experienced an error” and needed to be restarted (which always resulted in the same non-specific error). I tried uninstalling and reinstalling. That got Synapse 3 to load, but the Razer mixer would have a spinning icon that would never go away and the mixer would never activate.Then I tried uninstalling and installing Synapse 4. It loads, but then as soon as the Razer mixer has finished loading Synapse 4 will crash every time.
