Hello Razer Team,I'm new here and excited to begin this journey with you. However, I'm facing an issue while activating my BlackShark V2 X headphones. I keep receiving a message stating: "This product is already registered. If you did not register it, please contact Razer Support." Could you please reach out to me so I can provide the necessary information and documents? I’d appreciate your assistance.I have seen in other posts that I may need to give the store information but my apologies since this was just a gift, I only know that this was from Lazada. I have had my Razer Blackshark V2 Pro for almost 5 years now and recently, in order to get sound on both sides of the headset, I have had to fine-tune the physical volume knob. Now I am unable to hear at all on the right side unless the volume knob is firmly held in a specific position. What can I do to fix this issue?

Trying to create a Razer Blade System Recovery Image for a Razer Blade Stealth 13.  Comes up that the laptop is  Legacy and will not create the image. Any solutions to this?

Hey, I generally hear really good audio in Warzone — I can hear gunshots, planes, everything perfectly. But I hear absolutely no footsteps. Literally none. Enemies can be standing right next to me and I don’t hear them at all. Does anyone have any idea what I could change in the settings? The eSports audio presets didn’t help at all. Please help.Hey ich höre an sich echt gute Sounds in Warzone, höre Schüsse, Flugzeuge alles top - aber Schritte höre ich 0,0. Also wirklich 0 - die stehen neben mir und ich höre die nicht. Hat da jemand eine Ahnung was ich einstellen kann? Die ESport Voreinstellungen haben mir 0 geholfen. Bitte um Hilfe.

I bought the Razer Deathadder V3 (Wired) mouse in the month of December 2025, and since the start, I’m facing random disconnects when my PC starts. I have a high-end PC (AMD Ryzen 7800 X3D CPU & AMD RX 7900 XTX GPU), so I’m pretty sure I’m not lacking performance of any kind. Taking about the symptoms, the mouse frequently connects and disconnects when the PC starts, and this starts happening when I start moving the mouse; after a while it stabilises. The same thing starts happening as soon as I jump in a Deathmatch in CS2. The moment I do a hard swipe, the mouse becomes unresponsive, and after several disconnect and connects, the mouse becomes responsive again. The weird thing is, after 2-3 connects and disconnects, the mouse becomes stable in CS2 as well. So, I’m not certain whether it’s a hardware or software fault. 

The email account I used for verification is an old one that I no longer have access to. I would like to request to change the Gmail address used for verification.

Every time i install the APP (synapse4) i have this message. and the program dont run. Already tryed everything and nothing happens.Im having this issue since Feb 6th. Before that the program was working with no issues.  

Razer Naga v2 Hyperspeed profile does not save onboard.I’ve tried resetting the mouse, 4 different Razer accounts and nothing sticks. This issue was originally reported here 4 months ago: Here are similar topics on the issue that are ignored by Razer: This hasn't been fixed yet. Can we get a follow up on this please Razer and a fix? 

My Razer prro type double or triple types at timess anddd I havvve no idea wwhy (as you ccan see its  ddoing iit now as II type) the mmodel # is RC30-030702 It is a mechhanical keyyboarddd - I triedd usingg rubber bandss on my keys and itt made the problemm worsse :(  any help would be awesome!

I have a razer deathadder V3 Pro Faker edition for around 1,5years now and it always worked fine but today my clicks are not working anymore i can move it perfectly fine its just doesnr recognize my clicks and also the green LED is always on which i also think isnt right i asked chat gpt what could be the problem and he said something about a micro switch.

Hello, I had a replacement gas canister come December 17th for my Razer Iskur XL and after 2 months its already starting to sink every time I use the chair.Is it possible to get another gas canister? Thanks

The BlackWidowV3Tenkeyless keyboard displays backlighting. However, the device appears as "RazerBootloader" in the device manager. When attempting to update the keyboard, it states that the current update is already installed. Is it possible to obtain a file that will update the keyboard?

It was running fine, virtualbox building an io with visual studio instances building or running with smss running etc etc.now if run the vm for a bit it hardlocks randomly.  I removed virtualbox entirely, tried to use a spun up hyper v vm and got the same thing.   this a week a seperate with everything else running no lock ups.only error logged is a whea.   But everything else is normal.  Any ideas?

Hello,  I always used my Barracuda X Headset with the type-c dongle and never had problems so far. Out of the blue problems began. Suddenly the headset does not always autiomatically connect after startup, I often have to remove and plugin again the doingle. When there is no audio output I hear a cracking noise and after a few seconds the headset simply shuts off. But not with the voice confirmation, it suddenly turnes off.  I tested it in bluetooth-mode and did not experience such problems there, but it was only a short test.  I tried reinstalling the device, updating the firmware, checking audio-drivers but did not manage to get rid of this problem. As far as Ive seen there were no automatic updates or anything like this before the problems occured the first time. I upgraded to Windows 11 but this was a few days before. Is the dongle propably defect? I did not have the chance to test it on another device

I was using the standard 7.1 version and decided I wanted to upgrade to THX. When I followed the link in the app and copied the promo code when placing my order, it said the promo code was invalid when I tried to enter it.

Im planning to buy a Razer product in the future. But unfortunately, Razer’s official store on the website doesn’t ship to Vietnam. I searched on popular shopping apps in Asia and found a Razer store on shopee. I Just want to know if the link i labeled above is a trusted shop of Razer or not. 

Bought the new Razer Kraken Kitty v2. It is adverstised as the following:  What is the audio system used in the Razer Kraken Kitty V2?The Razer Kraken Kitty V2 supports 7.1 Surround Sound on Windows 10 64-bit, which provides accurate positional sound to heighten your game awareness. Registered the product in Razer Id. Never got the activation code. Also, when I put in my serial number, the following message appeared: “ Your Razer device is not eligible to receive a 7.1 Surround Sound activation code. Please refer to 7.1 Surround Sound System For Gaming Headset for eligible products.”    I wrote serial number and product number, and every time says "wrong key". Please give me the activation code or I am returning this. 

It began with my Razer BlackWidow V3 keyboard, which was intermittently failing to register shortcuts like Ctrl+A, Ctrl+V, etc. To fix this, I attempted a reset using the Esc + Caps Lock + Spacebar combo.After doing this, the keyboard powers on and lights up normally, but none of the keys respond — it doesn't work in Windows, BIOS, or any key testing tool. I ran the official firmware updater, which recognizes the keyboard and reports that it’s up to date, but the issue persists.More concerning is that after this reset, all of my Razer peripherals, including my Razer mouse, also stopped working entirely.Here's what I've already tried: Running the firmware updater (keyboard is detected, mouse is not). Testing on multiple PCs, with and without Synapse. Using different USB ports and cables. Manually uninstalling

I just bought the wireless Barracuda X chroma, they connect to Bluetooth perfectly, no updates needed. Ran checks on input and output sound and no issues found however when I play music it is choppy. I have followed all the Razer sites recommendations but still intermittent sound. Please help I need these for work.

As the title says, the voice that plays to say things like, “power on, power off, mic on , mic off, pairing, ect” is VERY loud to me.I’m a person who is autistic, who normally uses headphones to block the noise around me so I can function better during tasks. On a normal day my hearing is just way to sensitive to cope with just normal people sounds. I got the v4 becuase it was simalar in features to my arctis 9x that broke, and I wanted to try something else. The headset and equalizer options for the Kraken V4 are otherwise really stellar, but this one issue makes it really hard to like it. My prevous razor headset I have been using in interim of having no headset at all didn’t have this loud system voice. I was not expecting a loud system voice to be on this model. (Previous headset from Razor is a Nari so, pretty old for a peripheral I’ll admit.)Things I have tried already.Turning the volume wheel all the way down. → The

When I try and start Razer Synapse I seem to recieve a message saying “Installation failed” but it was already installed and running previously.  I click Retry and that doesn’t work. (Nothing happens).Strangely I received this message 2 days ago, then it went away and was working yesterday and now it’s come back again today.At the best of times, it’s very slow to start up and I can’t use my macros until it does, so that’s quite frustrating but now it won’t start at all.  I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling but that didn’t work.   Also Razer Chroma has stopped working as well with a similar message “Failed to start” and again the “Retry” button brings up a “Downloading” screen which does nothing and then returns to the “Failed to start” message.I’ve posted some more information in the  replies.

Hello dear Razer support, I have a very interesting problem.Your rules say that if you delete your account completely, you can register a new account in order to add and register your current products that are currently in my use.But I did as it was written, I found a problem that this device is already registered to me.I ask you to disconnect my devices from the old account, which is no longer there, on a technical level.
