Hello I purchased Razerwindow v3 tenkeyless Keyboard. it was expensive one. But left CTRL key is not working sometimes. I am a programmer, so I use that key many times. L-CTRL key is not working once a minute or 30 seconds, randomly. I am not sure why. the other keyboards work well. I tested. only this keyboard doesn't work well. Could you tell me the reason?

Hello,I purchased a Razer Basilisk V3 Pro about 2 months ago. When I switch between wired, 2.4 GHz, or Bluetooth, the mouse turns on and the RGB lights up, but the profile button light stays solid and the mouse is not responding at all (no cursor movement or clicks). The PC does not react and the device is not usable.Also when i look device at synapse it look not working I have already: Uninstalled and reinstalled Razer Synapse Updated the firmware (currently up to date) Could you please help me with further troubleshooting steps or advise on a replacement/RMA if needed?Thank you.

I lost my thumbstick long ago, didn’t thing I’d use it.  Now I want to try a setting but I don’t have it.  Is there any way to order or get ahold of a new one?

earlier today I spilt a small amount of milk onto the side of my keyboard I left it try dry it was working fine until I then my esc wouldn't work (it usually wouldn't work because in Synape it would be the "`" button but I could change it easily however this time I couldn't change it and then my keyboard started spamming the "j" button so I reset my pc then my keyboard just stopped working at all now I' am typing this with a different keyboard please help.

Hi! I’ve tried everything to fix titled issues to be fair.Synapse does start. I can see that it managed to launch and just stays there minimised no matter what I do. That’s basically it - it’s not functioning. Tried to repair, uninstall and install and even dancing with drums failed.Speaking of stellaris issue: Game freezes my laptop on 30% load with 75% chance and reboot is the only option. This happens with aprox 50% if no razer apps are on and this never happens if I disconnect leviathan and my razer mouse. We’ve tried to go through this with stellaris support team and they are aware of this but can not do anything. There is even a forum page on this issue.All used software is the first available on the download page so basically the latest one. Chroma works fine.Hope I’ve described the issues understandable.

I have a Razer Wolverine V3 Tournament Edition controller.After updating controller to the latest version, the polling rate dropped from around 990Hz to about 720Hz.This drop was not present before the update, and it happens even though the controller is configured correctly. The device used to maintain a stable 1000Hz polling rate, but now Windows limits it to approximately 700–750Hz.

Have had my Hammerhead TWS Pro for a long time now. But it was still normal in the morning, then when I wanted to use it again in the afternoon, it is not working anymore. Even with charging. I have tried to clean it, have charged it, nothing work. Right earbud works fine but left earbud don't even have the "pairing" sound. What should I do?

Hello,I recently purchased a Razer DeathAdder V3 from Coupang (Korean retailer) and I'm having two issues:Warranty registration — When I try to register my product, the serial number is rejected. The serial number on my mouse is 15 characters long.Synapse 3 & 4 not detecting the mouse — The mouse works (tracking, clicking, RGB lighting), but Synapse doesn't recognize it. Recently my Blade 16 w/ RTX4070 started exhibiting video/sound issues. When attempting to play a game the video and sound stutter to the point of unpayabilty and youtube video playback suffers as well. Videos start to play, lock up, stutter sound, and occasionally will play video with no sound.I have run all the latest updates, Windows, Blade, and Nvidia; nothing fixed the issue.Any help is appreciated.

Hello everyone, I am experiencing a serious microphone echo / feedback problem with my Kraken V4 Wireless when using it on PlayStation 5. The headset works perfectly on PC, but on PS5 the microphone consistently picks up the sound coming from the earcups at normal playable volume levels. This causes other players in party chat to hear their own voices echoed back.This happens even when: PS5 microphone level is set to minimum Noise suppression and echo cancellation are enabled Sidetone / mic monitoring is disabled  The only way to avoid the echo is lowering the headset volume so much that the game becomes unplayable. Because the headset is advertised as PS5 compatible, this makes it unusable for its intended purpose on console. Has anyone found a real workaround, Synapse hardware profile, or firmware solution for this issue?Is Razer aware of this probl
