Hi, I recently lost the USB dongle for my Razer Viper Ultimate Wireless mouse, S/n [removed by moderator] and I’m trying to figure out what my options are. I have the version with the charging dock, but unfortunately the dongle is missing. I was wondering if there’s any way to get a replacement dongle, or if it’s possible to pair the mouse with a new one? I would really appreciate any help or guidance, since this is my favorite mouse and I’d love to keep using it! I am willing to pay for dongle! Thanks in advance!My email is [removed by moderator]

the switch for my S key keeps popping out... it works mostly fine but if I press it at the wrong angle it moves it and doesn't register the key press and if i tap it too quickly it pops out and I have to scramble to put it back in, its usable but I play at higher ranks so it definitely isnt optimal... is my best solution supergluing it back? Just not really sure what the best solution here is since I dont have warrantly and its just the one key

today I was usually using my razer barracuda x wirelessly and suddenly it stopped working, so i plugged it into my phone to see if it would work but it didn’t. now I cant even use my headset wirelessly

Hello,I have no idea what happened or changed, but my Razer Viper V3 Pro is suddenly draining from 100% to 0% in the span of just a couple hours. Does anyone know how to fix this? Should I return it and get a new one from Best Buy?

Hi, Recently my laptop has failed to load up anything after the razer logo when booting up my laptop. A black screen pops up and periodically white lines appear and disappear as well as pink lines.Is there any way to fix this or whoever can fix this?Thanks,Prez

A new bios update was published for my laptop yesterday (v0106), but it just seems like there is nothing to do in order to make it update, there was also EC update and MCU update that were published yesterday which worked completely fine, but for the bios updater i ran it more than 50 times and when my laptop is done restarting it is still on the old bios version, i was with support on chat for more than 3 hours yesterday and we tried everything, and i literally mean everything you can find on youtube or old forms, didn’t work.

Had everything working alright until Razer decided to force an auto-update. Then, the software started to randomly slow down the PC, fuck up the mouse, lock the macro functions on, mess up the macro, disconnect and reconnect the mouse nonstop… Lot’s of bullshit. Couldn’t even use my PC with it turned on.Shutting down the Synapse software made everything stop. Turning it on, problem returned. Did everything: Reinstalled a hundred times, clean  unninstalled everything, manually and using the support software, forced different drivers - Windows and Synapse donwloaded, eveyrhting you could think, and nothing worked… And then, i updated my Deathadder V2 firmware from 1.2 to 1.4.0.1 (latest) and, now, the Macro simply doesn’t work. The PC and the software recognizes the mouse and every function, the DPS and RGB works fine, but the Macro simply doesn't work anymore, as if the macro software can’t even recognize the mouse… And, cherry on the top, Razer don’t allow us to rollback either the Fir

Hey, recently my cable seems to have broken from my Razer Deathadder V3 Wired, was wondering if it was possible to get a new cable for my mouse.S/N: PM2329H269H26800616Model No. RZ01-0464 The mouse is now almost 3 years old

- The BIOS is in System Mode: Deployed with Secure Boot enabled and greyed out- There are no Key Management, Reset to Setup Mode, or Restore Factory Keys options available- The system will not boot from the internal SSD or any external USB media (including a freshly created Windows 11 recovery drive)- Restoring BIOS defaults has had no effect Based on my research, this appears to be the known Secure Boot certificate issue affecting Razer Blade laptops related to the 2011 Microsoft certificate expiration. Because the BIOS is locked in Deployed Mode with no key management options, I am unable to resolve this myself. I am requesting the Secure Boot recovery firmware package for the Razer Blade 18 (2023) that can be applied from a USB drive without booting into Windows, or any alternative procedure to reset the Secure Boot keys and Platform Key for my device. Okay, so starting off, I’m in love with this laptop. Unfortunately, it’s got a few quirks, and due to the fact that I bought it used, I know there’s no warranty. Likewise, I’ve not the money to get it fixed by the Razer crew. However, I’m capable of doing my own repairs. Specs: RZ09-421PED3i7-12800H32GB RAMNvidia RTX 3080Ti Laptop2TB SSD installed.  First off, battery. Mine’s pillowed out, already have a support case on that. But it’s a bit jarring to have to go through basically a job interview to be *allowed* to replace my own battery. Elitism, thy name seems to be Razer.Second. Heat. Holy carp this thing runs hot, and even with repasting it, I’m hitting temps of 100 almost immediately on all of my P-Cores. I’ve repasted, I’ve checked to ensure everything’s screwed down good and solid, but dang. Any suggestions? Anywhere I can get a replacement for the heatsink, in case it’s failed (if it has the vapor chamber cooling) and needs replaced?

Hi,I have a similar problem as many other forum members have posted around secure boot violation. I've tried all methods that i found including creating usb with efi and boot folders etc, even unplugged the main and CMOS batteries and reconnected them, however still whenever i reboot my laptop(2021 15 advanced) secure boot enables itself and error messaged pops up. Best resolution i found online was to either re-establish keys or re-flash bios which there are no instructions for both.I'd appreciate if someone could tell me if they found an actual solution to this annoying problem? Thank you 

I am writing this because i do not know what else to do. Last week i switched from the original Razer Viper to the Razer Viper 8000hz mouse (Product number is RZ01-03580100 if it matters). Over the course of the weekend the mouse was not detected  by my computer on start-up so i had to manually unplug it for the mouse to work  and the Mouse1 button randomly stopped working in the middle of a game. Once i googled it i discovered that someone else had the exact same issue as me and suggested i install the firmware update for the mouse from the website. The issue of no detection was solved, however it created a bigger issue with Mouse1 and Mouse2 as they both stopped responding in the middle of browsing or playing  videogames. I tried to reset the mouse drivers, tried a different computer, deleted Razer Synapse from my Computer and nothing has changed, the Mouse1 still randomly stops working and can only work again after being unplugged and plugged in (i think i have done that 20 times ov

Hi Support, I been using my BlackWidow v4 75% keyboard but for some reason the LED’s for 2 keys wont turn on.  I installed the software thinking it was an issue with that but no change.  I connected the keyboard to a second PC and still no change.  Is this something I can replace to get it back working?  

ive dowloaded razer synapse atleast 10 times now and when i open it and accept windows terms nothing happenes and i dont know what to do also ive tried razer chroma and there also nothing happened 

They show 100% charge when I first connect them on the Razer Audio App, but then both earbuds just die within five minutes of playing audio or start saying they have 10% charge. I’ve tried everything to fix it, like factory resetting them, checking for firmware updates, and even doing the full drain and recharge cycle a couple of times, but nothing has helped. It’s super annoying because the battery percentages are all over the place and don't match up between my phone and the Razer app. For example sometimes my phone will say they are at 10% but the app says 70% and then even thought the app says 70% one or both of them will just die. Are these just completely cooked, or is there any other way to fix this?

I have recently bought a Razer Naga Hyperspeed v2 mouse and I can’t seem to link to the game “Tibia”. This game has multiple .exe files, I’ve tried all of them and it doesn’t register to Razer Synapse (using 4). Even choosing this one that shows from the get go in the app, it doesn’t work. Also manually browsing and selecting every .exe possible, it doesn’t work.
