As the title states--the keyboard is detected by Synapse and Windows, but does not register any keypresses, even in wired mode. I followed the reset instructions of holding down ESC and CAPS LOCK while the keyboard was off, plugging it back in, and letting go of said keys. Now the backlight is completely black, but still nothing happens.

I bought the v2 pro yesterday excited, only to see that my 200$ headset sounds bad with bad delay while watching videos, and the mic sounds really bad like someone suffocating. Also it’s not getting detected by razer synapse, i tried downloading manually the firmware update, also not working. I wonder if someone could help.Thanks.

My keyboard work fine after not using it for a long time and plugging it in for use but after few minutes or hours it stops working and shows issues and also one of it's key the semicolon key glows red colour and can't even change it using the razer software 

In World of Tanks my 8k has started sticking and releasing when looking (panning) around. This produces a jittery experience. If I hold down the RMB (for Free Camera) I get the smooth viewing that I usually have. This only recently began.This is a win 11 computer. I moved the mouse to a win 10 computer and did not have the same problem. Also, the problem is not created when using a different mouse on either computer.I have done the firmware update.Thank you, 

I try to connect the headset to my ps5 with the dongle the dongle is white and the headset sits at a static green.it gives me a option to pick the headset on my ps5 but no sound comes out I don’t know how to fix it cause I don’t have access to a pc for synapse or any of the other utilities 

My mouse charge depleted to 0% and now even on charge, via different USB ports, cables, computers, the % remains at 0.I’ve re-installed synapse, Uninstalled mouse drivers and the HID’s for the mouse, but still the problem persists. I’ve seen a few threads with similar issues but I’ve not been able to find a solution for the problem.  Is there anything else I can do that might solve the problem I’m having?

[removed by moderator] After the latest firmware update, the Game Profile section in Synapse is not working correctly.When I select either THX Immersive Mode or THX Competitive Mode as the game profile and then launch the game, THX breaks. The selected THX mode does not seem to activate properly in-game.After closing the game, THX remains broken. Synapse also gets stuck when I try to switch back from THX to Stereo. At that point, the headset still appears in Synapse, but THX no longer works correctly.This seems specifically related to automatic game profile switching. THX can work after a clean reset/reinstall, but launching a game with a THX game profile causes it to break again.

I bought a wireless keyboard and mouse and wanted to connect them to my PS5 Pro, but while the mouse works, the keyboard only works via wired connection. The PS5 shows the keyboard is connected via wireless USB, but it doesn't work properly.

hello! ive had these headphones for a while and suddenly they started detecting as a speaker instead of headphones. is there a fix to this?  ive already tried reinstalling razer synapse and that doesnt seem to work :/ anything would help!

The CPU boost behavior on this laptop is far too aggressive. In HWiNFO, I can see that the CPU power limit is set to around 150 W for PL1 and 175 W for PL2. As a result, the system experiences very high temperature volatility, frequent thermal spikes, and this appears to contribute to more frequent BSODs and unexpected restarts caused by overheating. The BIOS is extremely limited and does not allow the user to adjust CPU power limits such as PL1 and PL2, unlike on Alienware laptops. Unfortunately, Razer Synapse is also practically useless in this regard, as it does not provide proper control over these critical power settings.Not pay around lota cash for a laptop just to be forced to disable Turbo Boost in order to make the system stable. This machine should be able to operate reliably without requiring such extreme workarounds.  Please provide a proper BIOS or software-level solution that allows users to control CPU power limits L1 L2 for personal improve thermal stability.

The email address I used to purchase my laptop is currently not in use, and I can’t seem to find my proof of purchase or purchase date anywhere. I’ve got a Razer Blade 14 and I’m finally getting around to applying the 2023 firmware update for USB4/battery optimization.  I’ve followed the instructions for disabling the trackpad and NVIDIA in Device Manager. . I’m running Windows 11.  I even found a post recommending running the AMD chip updater and successfully did that.   Windows Hello is removed, drive is fully decrypted, all the stuff the install guide said to do. When I run the firmware update, it brings up the update window, but the only button I can press is cancel and it tells me “Detected components are up-to-date.  I restarted and manually checked the BIOS version and it is clearly not up-to-date.  Pulling my hair out and can’t figure out what could be keeping the update from running.  Any help appreciated.

Hello Razer Support Team,I am writing to request a replacement for the USB wireless transceiver (Model No.: RC30-0378) that came with my Razer Barracuda X (2022) headset.The dongle has completely stopped working. When plugged into any USB port on my PC, it is not recognized by Windows at all — no sound is heard when connecting/disconnecting it, it does not appear in Device Manager, and the headset cannot be used wirelessly. I have tested it on multiple USB ports and the issue persists. As the title says, the voice that plays to say things like, “power on, power off, mic on , mic off, pairing, ect” is VERY loud to me.I’m a person who is autistic, who normally uses headphones to block the noise around me so I can function better during tasks. On a normal day my hearing is just way to sensitive to cope with just normal people sounds. I got the v4 becuase it was simalar in features to my arctis 9x that broke, and I wanted to try something else. The headset and equalizer options for the Kraken V4 are otherwise really stellar, but this one issue makes it really hard to like it. My prevous razor headset I have been using in interim of having no headset at all didn’t have this loud system voice. I was not expecting a loud system voice to be on this model. Hello Razer Support,I am experiencing a persistent audio issue with my Razer Blade 16 (2024) – RZ09-0510x.The problem only affects the internal laptop speakers. External audio devices, including my SteelSeries wireless headphones, work perfectly without any distortion or degradation.Description of the issue: Every time the laptop is restarted, the internal speakers initially sound perfect. Approximately 15–30 seconds after audio playback begins, the sound progressively degrades. The audio begins shifting toward the right speaker/channel. The sound then becomes muffled, compressed, and lower in overall volume. The degradation continues progressively while using the internal speakers. Rebooting the laptop temporarily restores perfect sound again, but the issue always returns after a short period. Hi. I just bought the controller to find your there is a stick drift. The right stick leans to right and doesn't return to the center. Because of this i had to increase deadzones. Will there be any option in the future so i can calibrate via the app this issue?

Hi all,Thinking of ordering a Razer Basilisk and using it with Mac using the new Beta Synapse software. I have a question about using the Razer Synapse software - prior to ordering the mouse ...I know with Logitech with the MX Master 3S i can set shortcuts that are contextual depending on app. So for example an auxiliary mouse button in Obsidian can do "Ctrl+E" when that program is open, but in say Word, it can pull a different shortcut. Or it firefox, a pair of buttons can switch tabs left and right, but in chrome, it can zoom in and out.Can I please ask if anyone know, if Razer synapse allows you to do that?I downloaded the software but it won't allow me to do that without a Razer mouse plugged in ...Thanks if anyone can advise! 😄
