Idon't know if my headset is fake or real Black adhesive tape  was used to attach the fabric handle I saw on the internet that this fabric was used inside the box Everything else is completely OK And I can't look at the serial number on the headset either The pads are hard to remove.

so recently i switched to pc and my scroll wheel has been lagging, specifically in fortnite where i will try to pick stuff up and my scroll wheel just randomly dosent work and will have massive lag and delay

I literally spent $4000 dollars on a Blade 2025 to play this game and it has not ever allowed me to play ranked and now I cant even play the game at all because of secure boot and tpm. Can I get a developer to fix this please? I would like my laptop to work as expected.

Hello Razer Support, I am locked out of my Razer ID account because my registered phone number is no longer active (dead SIM card), and I cannot receive the 2FA OTP code. I also don't have the backup codes. Please help me disable the 2-step authentication for my account so I can log in and update my phone number.

Doesn't work after firmware update. You cannot even proceed with reinstalling Synapse or Windows.I am a user of an 18 inch blade.The current status is that the red light is blinking and it cannot be operated manually. I hope you resolve this issue quickly.

Hello,since I have this keyboard, every time it initializes, it opens the Windows Startmenu.I didn’t think much of it but lately it got worse, it randomly spams “opening the Windows Startmenu” now.Maybe since the latest Synapse update?So, I investigated further and realized that hitting the FN key also sometimes opens the Startmenu.Resetting the device through Synapse also makes it spams “open the Windows Startmenu” until it stops after some time.I already tried reinstalling Synapse. Firmware is the latest version.Is this a software, hardware or firmware failure?

Hello, to make things very simple I accidentally washed my 2.4 dongle and I need to replace it. I don’t know where to go to do so. I use the headset for streaming and using it in bluetooth mode on the PC doesn’t offer the right amount of audio channels and compresses the audio I’m getting terribly. 2.4 is my only option. Headset is also frequently turning the mic volume to zero of it’s own accord but that is a separate issue.

It shows me this window even though headphones are set as Default OutputI did the last update.

I purchased a model RZ38-02770200-R3U1 back in September of 2017 and it has been a great chair that gets used daily. It has held up very well but now it has started lowering itself every time I sit in it. This has been my favorite gaming chair as well as my grand kids favorite chair and I really hate to have to get rid of it. Are there replacements parts still available for this chair? If so, how do I obtain a new cylinder?Thanks

I am concerned that this may pose a safety risk and could potentially damage the internal components of the laptop.As a student, I rely heavily on my laptop for studying, assignments, and research, and I cannot afford to be without it for an extended period.Although my laptop is out of warranty, I am surprised that this issue has occurred after only a few years of use, especially considering I purchased this device with the expectation that it would be durable and long-lasting. Hello,My Razer BlackShark V2 Pro White Edition is still under warranty.The detachable flexible microphone has gradually become too loose and no longer stays in the desired position during normal use. The headset has always been handled carefully and has never been dropped or damaged.Since the microphone is removable and replaceable, I would like to know if it is possible to obtain a replacement microphone or if another warranty solution is available.Thank you for your assistance.

About two months ago, my Razer Blade 15 (2020) laptop shut down completely.While rendering, it overheated and the battery drained suddenly. After plugging in the charger, the green charging light came on, but the display did not work. At first, the screen showed abnormal output (photo attached), then the laptop stopped turning on at all.I decided to repair it to a local repair shop in Bangkok since there is no official Razer service center in Thailand. Hi, i was gone for like a week and come back and the dongle keeps disconnecting and connecting. I tried different ports and another pc, same issue on that pc too. It works fine wired but not with the dongle, i cant update the firmware either bc the dongle has to be connected but as i already mentioned it doesnt connect. Idk if there is a fix. If not does anyone know if there are replacement dongles for this mouse?

Roughly 2 nights ago I unplugged my dongle so I could charge my mouse, as it was on low battery. I allowed it to get to 100% then when I plugged the dongle back in it showed no signs of life at all. The mouse works perfectly fine when It is connected via cable and is registered on synapse. But as soon as the dongle is connected it comes up as device is in sleep mode, turned off, or needs to be connected via 2.4 GHz. I have tried every fix to the issue I could find online and nothing has worked. Here is what I have tried: Disconnecting and reconnecting the dongle to different USB ports Holding the power button for 10+ seconds and nothing Testing the dongle on another PC (Nothing) Restarting the system multiple times Reinstalling USB and mouse drivers Uninstalling and reinstalling the mouse software Using the mouse pairing utility Any and all help would be appreciated with this as I will continue to use it wired for now but Wireless is much more preferred. So a few days ago, while I was just using my setup like normal my Razer Huntsman V3 Pro just gave up. Now I didn’t suspect it was my keyboard since the backlight still worked, so I restarted my laptop. After I found out it’s my keyboard that’s not working, I’ve tried all sorts of methods, but none of them have worked so far. Here’s what I’ve tried:Pressing Esc+Caps Lock+Space bar Unpluggin the keyboard, pressing Esc+Caps Lock+Space bar and then plugging it back in. Using the firmware updater from Razer’s support page (it says I have the latest firmware) Closing all Razer related applicationsWhen I open Razer Synapse, it detects my keyboard and shows up. Whenever I try any lighting based adjustment that shows up on the keyboard too. it’s just that the keys are not sending any input or something. Note that the volume dial and multimedia buttons do work. What am I supposed to do in this situation?

I recently downloaded and updated the new bios for the razer blade 14 - RZ09- 0370C because i couldn’t play the new call of duty without doing so and now it seems that secure just won’t turn on without causing issues. I try turn it on and it doesn’t letting me, giving me an error, followed by putting me back into the bios. I found online that the bios update has caused everything as it doesn’t allow you to reset the secure bios keys. Is there any way around this?
