Hello. The '-' key on the numpad of my Deathstalker v2 pro keyboard is missing. Where and how can I obtain a replacement? Please help. Thank you in advance.

What type of connection is the charging port on the Razor Barracuda Pro 2.4. When I moved I lost all the cords. Thank you.

So , my dongle started giving issues on my pc ,  dongle was not giving any input while plugged in my pc but on laptop mouse and dongle were working fine , i updated the firmware of the mouse through cable and now usb dongle is not working on laptop also mouse is running fine with cable

So I have a weird issue.  I have two deathstalker v2 pro TKL keyboards, basically identical, both on latest firmware 1.7.0.0The first keyboard connects to all machines - no problems.The second keyboard keyboard refuses to connect via bluetooth to a specific machine - but weirdly it does connect via bluetooth to other devices ( a mac mini, a different computer, to an iPad Air)Any hints anyone? In more detail:Keyboard A will connect viausb-C  to computer 1 (with the cable) 2.4Ghz  to computer 1 (with the dongle) bluetooth - to computer 1 running win10 and to computer 2 running win11Keyboard B will connect viausb-C to computer 2 (with the cable) 2.4Ghz to computer 2 (with the dongle) bluetooth - to computer 1 (win10), computer 3 (macOS), an iPad Air - but NOT to computer 2On computer 2: Getting keyboard B in pairing mode (holding button 1 at the back for 5 seconds, until key ‘1’ starts blinking) and running the “add bluetooth device” in windows 11,  it will show up. When I click “connect”

Hello,My computer has started to bloat pretty bad around my touchpad, to the point the screen can no longer full close. The issue seems to be the battery bloating, so is there a way for me to purchase a replacement battery?

Hi,I have an issue where the battery swelled and could not chrge at all...beliving its a fail safe to prevent damage to the battery and laptop.So i removed the battery and assembeled the laptop, and when i run the laptop without the battery i get a huge hit on performance that the laptop is struggling to open even web browsers. Anyone with ideas as to what settings i need to change to make it run at full power?

I bought my Black Shark V2X headphones in 2022 and have been using it without 7.1 surround sound until now, 2026. I realized that these headphones could activate 7.1 surround sound from the Razer 7.1 Surround app, but it requires an activation code. However, I lost the activation code, and when I tried to activate support on the Razer support website, it showed a message saying the product was already registered and the code had already been used. I kindly ask for your help to verify the product and provide a solution.thank you for reading 

Hi, I recently lost my dongle for my Razer Blackshark V3 X Hyperspeed and was wondering if my warranty would cover it if it is bought from amazon. If not then I would be willing to buy a replacement.  Thank you

I have a Basilisk V3 Pro that just passed out of warranty a couple months ago and today decided to stop working. It enumerates in Windows and registers in Synapse. It can click and scroll just fine, but the sensor isn’t lighting up. I ran a firmware update, but that didn’t resolve the issue either. I happen to have a second one in the house, so I tried something weird. With the second mouse turned on but not connected to the PC, I held its sensor up to the broken one and got pointer motion. So the entire problem is JUST the IR light source for the sensor.This feels repairable on its face, but before I open this mouse up, does anyone have tips here? I’m comfortable with soldering, but I doubt I can do surface mount work.

Hello, I’ve recently bougth a Razer Blade 16 (2023) brand-new from Turkey but I couldn’t verify the warranty status with the serial number. There is a warranty checker which tells me that the product serial number is not found and there is another one which is telling that my laptop’s warranty is expired. Could you please help me about it? 

I have been using the Razer Viper V4 pro for about a month and a half ish and had no issues originally, but much like another article I found on here, when randomly using it about a week ago, the scroll wheel has randomly stopped working. Pressing the button works fine, but the scrolling isn’t registering at all. The other thread I found the helper mentioned disabling synapse and trying again but it didn’t do anything to help sadly so I am not sure what to do. I know the scroll wheel has been an issue in the past but it seems to be completely unresponsive for me.

They won't connect to the Razer Audio Setup for Xbox app. I've tried everything and they won't sync. They connect to the console, yes, but I can't configure them through the app. The sound isn't very good; the Blackshark V2 X sound better. I can't update the firmware because I don't have a PC and there's no way to do it through the website. A total disappointment.

Yesterday I cleaned my huntsman mini because it had a lot of dust in it. After that I connected it and it worked completely normal besides the E key. The cleaning wasn’t the problem since it stopped working before I cleaned. So I cleaned thinking it was probably the dust build up. I tried a key combination chat gpt gave me to try and «reset» the keyboard. So I held down ESC, Caps and SPACE and plugged my keyboard back in. After that the LED started flashing in a wave. Then I tried pressing but the only thing happening is the LED reacting to my key presses but no input. I tried everything from driver updates, firmware updates, different usb-C and tried modifying it on Razer Synapse but it just didn’t react to any modifications like lighting. So all that’s happening is when I press a key the LED reacts on the keyboard but there’s no input. And it’s not the computers fault since I tried it on multiple different devices and laptops. Something’s wrong with the keyboard. I need help please a

Hello,I purchased a gaming chair from you, and some time ago several of the support struts on the base partially broke.I believe this also caused the hydraulic mount to become loose. It has now slipped almost all the way to the floor, which makes rolling the chair nearly impossible.I would like to ask if it is possible to purchase a replacement part for this.Thank you in advance for your help.Best regards,Markus 

when i try to talk with the input “microphone” it just doesn't register anything, i always have to use stream mix and im tired of it, ive been using it for 3-2 years. ive tried some stuff in razer synapse and i have no idea what im doing in there, im not an expert nor anything, ive tried youtube tutorials but theres nothing covering my problem.

Recently bought a barely used deathstalker V2 pro (ebay). Keyboard shows no signs of use. Clean, no spilled drinks or anything on it. The key inputs work fine. Howver, the rgb lighting as well as the lights for the caps lock, scroll lock and num lock are basically useless. When plugged in VIA usb (as I dont need the wireless), it immediately flashes the RGB wave across the entire board once (thus I know the lights DO work). However, when it reaches the end of that wave, the escape, left control, and right delete key stay red. The rest of the board is blank. Nothing on Synapes, chroma, etc work. Windows dynamic lighting off. Drivers updated. Ive tried bluetooth, wireless, and wired. All yield the same result. And this is on top of not knowing if caps lock is on or off. Very frustrated as I have just ourchased this and love everything other than these major dysfunctions. Please advise. Thank you

What Can I DO IF MY DONGLE FOR RAZER BARRACUDA X CHROME IS BROKEN? PLS SEND HELP

Using the 5090 as the DGPU only, sometimes my peak nits works correctly at 1100 peak nits and sometimes it only will do 456 peak nits.  Turning HDR on or off doesnt fix it, adjusting perfomance profiles doesnt fix it.  Someones a reboot will fix it.Very Frustrated.  

Hi there,The dongle for my basilisk ultimate mouse (model no. RC30-031701) keeps reconnecting and disconnecting even after I’ve done all the recommended steps to try and sort it. Is there any way to get a replacement dongle? (I live in the UK)

I was using it fine earlier and all of a sudden the wireless connector light goes out and no longer works. I just bought this device not even a month ago now. It only works when i plug the USB-C direct into the headset.
