Razer Synapse 4

Hi. I’m bought Razer Naga V2 Hyperspeed and never use Razer before. I create Macro with “5+Left Click” and assign to mouse button with Play while assign key is press ( I think it’s same “repeat mode” in LG Hub).I found if i press hold macro button then release , sometime it stop at “5” left click not come after that. on LG Hub if i press hold then release macro it’s always call “5+Left Click” every-time no interrupt. Do I make something wrong with Synapse 4? or it’s normal thing for Razer Synapse 4?

When I download synapse 4 and transfer my profiles, my macros that worked when I was using synapse 3 do not work correctly and are imperfect. For example, in a game, when I set the weapon to not ricochet, it does not control the weapon ricochet correctly, what is the reason for this and how can I solve it? 

The problem is there no delay when i press media up first register and the following registers, so unless i click and release real quick, it raise or decrease volume by 4 level instead of just 2. This was not like that back when i was using Synapse 3. It happened with synapse 4. Razer keyboards (especially with Synapse 4) often send rapid repeat signals for media keys (volume up/down), with almost no initial delay — unlike most other keyboards, which typically have a built-in delay before repeat kicks in (just like regular typing keys).Synapse 4 lacks a setting to adjust repeat rate or debounce time for media keys — unlike some other manufacturers (e.g., Logitech with G Hub or QMK-supported boards). 

I don’t know if it’s Synapse 4 bug/feature or my specific problem, but as it happened after I switched to Synapse 4, I’ll post it here:During Windows logon keyboard lighting is completely turned off. I want to run bot SignalRGB and synapse simultaneously, since each of them had features other doesn’t. I forced to sacrifice periphery control for getting rid of that insane strobe, I receiving, because of chroma overriding. That would be a massive QoL. Chroma (even via razer ARGB hub) doesn’t give that much of control for my components such as proper AIO fans positioning or RAM/GPU strips, while also has no way to build a fully custom simple HTML/XML file unlike Signal, forcing you to use that atrocious interface for component interactivity. I’m uncertain about my further brand support, since it’s central control software sabotages brand ideology as aesthetical and high-perf products for average consumer. Design team work is great, QA and Software teams results are questionable. 

Installed Synapse 4. The Alt button stopped working (round over the stick). The installed macros are not launched, it does not respond to clicks.no problem with Synapse 3. upd . The problem was solved by rebooting and transferring USB

Hi! My mouse is displayed as a black version. Serial number is also displayed as NOSERIALNUMBER. How can I fix this issue? 

I have the new Razer 16 inch with nVidia 5090 graphics card. Unfortunately, the manual fan control does not work in the Synapse 4 software!I can set all the curves manually the way I want. And what is completely bizarre is that the theoretical values are even displayed at the top of the hardware monitor.But: The fans don't do what they should do! Even when the display shows 0 revolutions, you can clearly hear both fans. Even if the CPU and GPU temperatures are below 45 degrees.If I set the curve to maximum, nothing changes, the display then shows 5,000 rpm, but the noise doesn't change! So they just keep spinning as before.If I set it to automatic, everything works as it should. Even when a fixed number of revolutions is set. However, as the lowest value here is 2000, this is too loud for me in a quiet environment.I wrote to support about this, but all I got were completely useless replies asking me “about the type of noise” and asking for videos that I couldn't provide within 24 hours

It never goes to zero. It always fluctuates between 0,1 and 2 percent. Why? What exactly is it doing in the background that it requires constant work?

Hello, A long time ago I bought a razer Naga.I created a lot of macros and profiles, to play video games at home but also to bring my mouse at work and being faster.At work I just had to plug the USB receiver and I could use all my 12 macros (and more with hypershift) without any problem.But now that I installed synapse 4, nothing works, it says macros require Synapse but it wasn’t the case by the past.Will it be fixed later ?Can I fix it by myself ?Why my macros aren’t anymore stored in the mouse too ? It’s really disappointing that everything was working and now all my macros for work are useless :( RegardsLux

I am having an issue with my laptop and synapse unregister my 1 key, and i do not know what to do about it.I have gone through the fixing steps with my PC to get it to reregister my 1 key, and it works until i open synapse. I have checked my bios checked my system drivers everything is up to date and working properly, my settings are in the right presets for the 1 key to work properly. I did do a drivers test by deleting all HID keyboard drivers in the device manager and reinstalling them when ever I do this my 1 key will work properly again on my keyboard and my tartarus v2 but as soon as synapse opens or if i open synapse my laptop instantly forgets the 1 keystroke and ill have to uninstall the drivers again and repeat the process to get the key to work again, but its just a never ending cycle of deleting keyboard drivers reinstalling them just for synapse to reopen and make my pc forget the keystroke. Am i missing something? what am I to do to fix this issue? PLEASE HELP!!!

I can't see my mouse in the razer app on mac Sequoia v15.5

Ever since I switched the Chroma RGB app of Synapse 3 to Synapse 4 I have had this issue. The only Razer RGB device I have is the  Razer Hanbo Chroma RGB AIO Liquid Cooler. Basically, I am trying to use the “wheel” quick effect, but nothing happens when I select. After this, I decided to use Chroma studio and add a wheel preset, but the lights seem to be lagging and stuttering but still colorful. When testing the other quick effects that aren’t the wheel, they work, but they are also seem to stutter, almost like the lights are working fine, but at the end of the loop, there is a stutter and the loop repeats. I have a separate Logitech rgb keyboard on separate software and the rgb animations seem very fluid, unlike the pump and fans. Also, just so you know, the windows lighting effects setting is deactivated. Maybe it is an issue with the Hanbo Chroma RGB AIO Liquid Cooler’s firmware and it is somehow compatible with Synapse 3 but not 4, but that should not be an issue, since the hardwa

I have razer synapse 4 and all lights tunf off in razer devices after launching the game. If i stop razer synapse software the lignts turn on again. I followed razer guidelines in order to disable dinamic screen in windows. Can anyone faced this issue?. Thanks

After recent update on every system start Razer Synapse automatically switches on THX Spatial Audio option. Even though I manually switch it to off to THX Stereo every time. Is there any way to fix it?It also happens when I just restart Razer Synapse app without rebooting system.

So, yesterday i was using my macro, i just got the razer basilisk v3 the day before that, until i recorded it and scrolled the wheel up and down, i assigned all the buttons correctly, and instead of it saying “Scroll up” or “Scroll down” it said “Scroll left” “Scroll right’.  I have triedUpdating Synapse Reinstalling Synapse Updating mouse drivers Fixing mouse settings Taking a break from using the mouse.

There are currently far too many bugs related to macros.When I click on the macro list, a gray/blank screen appears just like that.I’ve already gone into Devices & Modules and tried to remove the Macro module, and even completely uninstalled and reinstalled Razer Synapse — but the macro feature is still broken.I’m not the only one experiencing this. Many users in Korean communities are reporting the same issue, and I’ve seen that users in other countries are also affected.It seems like an urgent update is needed to resolve this. 

I have razer barracuda (not X or Pro) headphones but razer synapse 4 doesn't detect them scan doesn't start. my computer detects the headphones as USBAudio1.0 when i plug in the usb-c dongle. the headphones work normally but they don't connect to synapse 4. (the dongle is connected to the graphics card because that's the only place i have usb-c) (razer blackshark v2 pro are detected normally) 

I have my Tartarus v2 set up  the way I like with 01 mapped to ESC, 06 to TAB, 11 to Shift and 16 to CTRL.This configuration works perfectly in Conan Exiles but ESO ignores the keymaps altogether.So I know that Synapse 4 is storing the maps but cannot work out why ESO is not picking them up. 

Does Synapse 4 make any changes to the longstanding inability to keep your lighting setup when your PC is locked?  Thanks in advance for letting me know so I don’t have to make a software change just to test.  Things on S3 are good, so I don’t really see a need to jump to S4.

I bought the mouse one month ago and just today installed synapse 4 on my company laptop. All has to be done through IT people. I am able to use the mouse, Synapse 4 recognize the mouse, I can use all the side buttons and they work as numerical pad.  I changed the light on synapse and it worked properly I edited the side buttons functions but it does not work. I still get the numbers instead of the keyboard fuctions I gave it. 

"I bought the Wolverine V3 Pro. I'm also using the Huntsman V3 Pro. Did you know that the Huntsman V3 Pro is recognized as an Xbox 360 controller for Windows? When this happens, the Wolverine V3 Pro becomes unresponsive in certain games. It doesn't get recognized. I have to change the Huntsman, which is detected as an Xbox 360 for Windows, to 'Disable' in order to use the controller. It's so inconvenient and annoying. What should I do in this case?"
