It’s been running fine for about 2 years, now with power on no click sound and any reaction. First I think is psu problem but after I disassemble the core, psu is ok(connect green and black line, I can heard click sound).Maybe something wrong in pcb, anyone can help? PS:Already no warranty

Hi guys, I have a Macbook Pro 16 "with Intel i9 and a Razer Core X with RTX 2080. I have a problem. I use Windows Bootcamp to play CSGO and after a few hours of playing the Razer Core X disconnects my 144hz external monitor and makes a loud fan noise. Basically Windows bugs at that moment and it is necessary to restart. I don't see it after hours of use in light tasks, but in games. Does anyone know why this must be happening.

Hi does anyone know what controller the TB3 port on the Razer Blade 15 2019 (i7-8750H / 2070 maxq version) uses? Alpine Ridge JHL6x40 or Titan Ridge JHL7x4? Asking as I just got a 3440x1440 144hz monitor(G34W-10) and Im having trouble getting it to display at 144hz. Windows only shows 100hz as options even though ive gotten it at 3440x1440@120hz on an AW3418DW and X34P. Ive managed to create a custom resolution to get it at 3440x1440@120hz but cant create one for 144hz

I have a 2019 15" i7 8750h with the rtx 2080, and I noticed the CPU would reach 100c and the gpu would stay below 80c while gaming, I Razer chat support was awesome to help me diagnose the problem, they had be update drivers, that didnt work so they decided to have me factory reset and that did not work as well, so they decided to RMA the laptop, I got the laptop back today and the cpu doesnt not reach that temperature no more! hits about mid 70c to high 70c. I am still waiting for them to tell me what they had to do to fix it, I think they replaced the board. but I will keep you all posted! SHOUT OUT TO Razer Support! keep it up!

Hi all, Does anyone know a way to turn on your Razer laptop without opening the lid? Preferably from hibernation. The ONLY two things plugged in are the AC power port and the Thunderbolt 3 port. Razer 15 Advanced (mid 2019) Everything is up-to-date Thunderbolt 3 runs to a Samsung CJ791 monitor which has the Logitech USB dongle for wireless keyboard/mouse I put in considerable time searching for a solution, but no luck yet. I have a new Blade Stealth 13" GTX 4K (late 2019). When I close the lid to sleep the laptop, at first the indicator light on the front comes on white and goes into a "breathing" in-and-out pattern, which the manual indicates means the laptop is in sleep mode (as it should be). Eventually though, the light changes to a green breathing pattern. Manual says green means on. What does the "breathing" green light mean? I've usually got the laptop plugged in, and on WiFi, so I'm wondering if this might be wake-for-network or something else.

Can someone help me out a bit. I was playing my game having a good time chatting it up with the friends and suddenly out of no where my laptop's green lights from the keys turned instantly dim I thought I had turned it down but I did not so I tried to turn it back up and it would not do anything but just stat on its low dim so I restarted it and the same thing I even turned it down to off the turned it back up to on and still dim. Can yall just help me a bit I really like the green lights. Thanks.

Advanced, GeForce RTX 2070 Max-Q Full HD 240GHz 9th Gen Intel Core i7 512GB SSD The thing is I need way more memory, I couldn't afford it at the moment but now I can. So my question is, what SSD's are compatible with my Razer blade? I want to buy 1TB or 2TB SSD's. Also, am I able to combine SSD & HDD? Hi Guys Could please help me on below description the first time after sign into the machine, keyboard backlight is working when manually enabling through key after 18 to 20 mins later it is completely keyboard backlight is going off and I have checked in Razer Synapse software-enabled it is set to static single color mode.

Hello all, proud to be a new owner of this cool machine. Does anyone have any general tips for pushing performance? Particularly on battery performance, for instance games like TFT drop well under 60 fps, while pushes well over 100 fps in gaming mode plugged in. Or is that just status quo? Any other general tips to optimize this system would be greatly appreciated as well! Battery life tips etc.

Hi everyone - I'm looking for thoughts on how to keep usb peripherals powered up even after the host machine that the Core X Chroma is connected to via TB3 has gone to sleep. Currently, when the host machine sleeps, the Core X Chroma powers down too, and all peripherals connected to the Core X Chroma lose power as well. That means devices that need to recharge, like my wireless headset, or other usb devices that would like to continue running, no longer run. It seems like since the Core X Chroma has its own power source, that it should be possible to configure it to continue powering its usb ports. If not, perhaps my only option is to get a separate powered usb hub that does this properly... Thoughts?

Hello, I may be considering a blade 13" and was interested to combo it for home with the Core X Chroma. But, reading reviews I'm not sure this is a still a solution. Here a few questions : - Is the Core X still a thing in 2020 ? In the sense that "are newest blades enough for next gen game like CP2077" ? - I have read about physical limitations regarding the lightning connection and that it doesn't give much of a boost at the end of the day. is there an update of the Core X in the works ? - All in all what would be the benefit of a Core X if you have, lets say, a blade 13 (2020) ? Hear me out. I have a desktop with an Asus B450-F motherboard using SupremeFX sound chip. That thing can absolutely amp up headphones and comes with Sonic Studio 3 to really fine tune sound I Just got my Razer Blade 15 Base 2019 two days ago and have been listening to music on it with the same headphones as my desktop: Sony XB500 - What is inside this Razer laptop to make audio sound THIS GOOD? I'm honestly beyond impressed. Not only can it get extremely loud if wanted, but the clarity is 100%. No audio noise at all, and I don't understand how or why it sounds better on this laptop compared to a large desktop. Not only do my headphones sound amazing with this laptop, but the speakers on it are just as impressive. Very loud for laptop speakers and so goddamn clear. I was playing World of Warcraft with them and immediately noticed each different game sound without being tinny-crisp or muddy together. I was just reviewing specs for the 2020 Blade 15 and bizarrely they removed the mini DisplayPort. So Rift / Rift S / Index users are SOL with this laptop. Bad choice Razer...

I can't seem to find any definitive answers to this online. What are the specific capabilities of this laptop when using an external 4k monitor? THE PROBLEM... I have a 4k monitor that supports 60fps. I hooked it up to my razer blade pro FHD hdmi port. I plan to use it for work, and hadn't planned on gaming with it in this setup. It is just for work, at least until I get my hands on the razer core chroma X. I noticed that the screen flickers a lot and goes black for a few seconds every couple of minutes or so. I researched it online and tried a number of things that didn't work. All drivers are up to date. And I mainly have this issue when I use it in on second screen only mode with the laptop closed. I set the power settings to do nothing when lid is closed. Finally, I set the refresh rate all the way down to 30fps. I've been using the laptop for about 30 minutes this way and no flickering so far. But, I am curious to know what the limits are for this setup. Is 30fps the max th

I'm on the fence of getting chroma speakers are getting something else. I haven't bought speakers for almost 10 years since i built my rig but that was a 5.1 setup. I actually start to hate my laptop. My guarantee ran out about 3 months ago. Last month, my SSD broke. I have third-partner insurance but I needed the laptop at that time and the 128GB SSD was very small so I decided to by myself a 500GB Samsung 970 EVO PLUS. It was 117€ but that was worth it and I was happy with the laptop again. But today I noticed some very weird noise from one of my fans while playing Minecraft. I turned it off because I was scared and after 10 minutes I turned it on again. I didn't notice the noise anymore so I tried increasing the fan speed via Razer Synapse and turns out, the fan runs just fine. After I stopped testing, I put the fan mode on auto again. An on very low rpm, the noise is still there. I don't know what the issue is and the fan seems to work as usual. I am finally coming to my point, I really love my laptop but some tiring things happened lately. In the first year of the warranty period, everything was just fine.

Hi, does anyone else have the problem that the RBS loses connection ot the display after suspend (connected via USB-C HDMI dongle). In my case this happens with windows or linux, so it seems to be independent of the driver/OS. Thanks, km
