I’ve had the mouse for almost a year now, and I have been experiencing this problem where whenever I lift the mouse of the pad it immediately disconnects.I have tried to use the support in the discord (Saiso) and didn’t manage to solve it, What I did notice is that this issue only appears to be on my pc, I have checked if it could be related to power management settings in the usb root hub but it doesn’t seem to be the problem.I have the latest firmware and the latest synapse version, I do not use a usb hub (connected to the usb 3.0 in my motherboard).

Today the Viper V2 Pro USB dongle stopped working, is not detected at all, I trying on 2 different PC, I saw that many people had the same problem.What I have to do? I bought this mouse from eBay on 30 June 2023

Every time I try to buy a PUBG redemption code, the process is canceled. I don't know why.  

I just picked up a blackwidow v4 75 and the backspace is making a click sound every time I press on it (doesn’t really make the sound if I press slowly). I have swapped out the switches and keycaps for my own and I tried to apply some tape on the back to deepen the sound a little more but it didn’t really work so I took it out. I also tried lubing the stabs a bit, but I don’t think they’re the issue. I feel like it’s the piece of black tape on the back of the pcb that’s making the sound, but I want to be sure before I take it out.

it disconnects and reconnects when i move it fast like a flick after letting it afk

I just purchased a Razer Blade 16 (RTX 5080). I’ve enabled the Dedicated GPU mode via BIOS MUX, connected an external monitor via Thunderbolt 4 with a VESA certified DisplayPort 1.4 cable, but the monitor is not being detected. Is there any BIOS or EC firmware update available or upcoming to resolve DisplayPort output recognition from the dGPU? Or is it only me experiencing this?

Hello All,Just bought the Naga left-handed specifically for COD6 on PS5, but unfortunately even after mapping the buttons on Synapse 3, and afterwards configuring on CO6 mouse settings with the same mapped keys, when in the game they are not working / being recognized.Any workaround or another to do this, or is just not compatible with PS6 / COD6 game?Thanks.

i paid for a razer face mask a long time ago wen thay first came out i no longer have anything of the order details or contact with the seller it was xstock it was 450 CAD and only now i found out that yout getting sued by the FTC as its unsafe i put myself at risk and i get a refund? or do i need a lawer

I just acquired a Wolverine V3 Pro two weeks ago.  I am impressed overall having used it quite a bit.  Coming from 10 (yes, 10!) different Elite Series 2 controllers I was ready to move on to better things!  (ok, so I like to torture myself 🤣)Anyways…  I am curious about removing the ‘click’ feature of the triggers when in the short travel position.  From what I have read and watched, I am likely in a very small minority for wanting to do this.  I find the pressure to depress the button negatively affects my gameplay in shooter games, but I would like to maintain the shorter throw.  Has anyone been brave enough to try to remove the ‘click’ feature?  Alternatively, are there any ideas on how to reduce the pressure necessary to depress the button?  

Ich hatte Synapse 3 installiert und Tartarus Pro eingebunden. Alles hat funktioniert.Jetzt habe ich ein Upgrade auf Synapse 4 gemacht. Dann eine Profil-Übertragung von 3 auf 4 durgeführt. Hat er auch übernommen. Wird alles richtig angezeigt. Aber die Tastatur reagiert nicht darauf.Kennt jemand das Problem? 

My basilisk isn’t charging via cable or dock. I have updated all firmware tried different ports and a different cable. Nothing works. It appears as though it is charging, but it will never go up in percentage. 

So i have a raaazer deathadder v3 pro my scroll wheel is like not working it sometimes goes up sometimes not but it used to work fine.                               btw i dont knoww if its still warrentied

After Synapse update it stopped working, Synapse recognizes the usb sound card but there is no sound. I can't play a test sound on it even in Windows settings, but when I remove the usb sound card and connect it to the normal aux connection it gives normal sound 

For the past few weeks, I've noticed that the right speaker of my headphones is not working properly due to the volume wheel. Whenever it reaches certain positions, the sound becomes distorted, loses power, or even cuts out completely. Recently, it has become more noticeable, as even moving the wheel generates a lot of static. Is there any way to fix this?

I got it to turn on but it won’t type 

I just bought a new Click Pro V2 Vertical, assigned the Keyboard ‘F’ to one of the buttons via Synapse, but it does nothing.Is there something else I have to do to get the mouse button to bind to the keyboard input? 

Hello,I have a Razer Seiren V2 X microphone. Recently, one of the buttons fell out, and I noticed that it has a crack in it. Because of the damage, it no longer fits securely in place and likely can’t be reattached without a replacement.The microphone itself still works, but it's inconvenient to use without the button. Could you please let me know: If it’s possible to purchase a replacement button or request a repair? Or are there any alternative solutions (e.g. compatible parts or repair suggestions)?  

Synapse 4 THX doesn’t actually do anything, you can’t actually turn it on.  THX is my default and ONLY sound output device.  Test only produces sound out of the right front three virtual speakers.  Stereo test produces no sound.  THX doesn’t do crap, turning it on and off does zero to change the sound.

I’ve had the Razer Blade 15 in Quartz Pink for about 5 years now and I LOVE it!!! I’ve only had some minor issues with it like overheating, the charger melting, ect; but other than that, she runs perfectly fine. I’ve been wanting an upgrade but it looks like they’ve discontinued the production of Quartz Pink laptops as well as mice, headsets, ect. I don’t want to buy a wrap because Razer laptops tend to be on the pricier side. I bought the 15 because it gave me everything I needed + it’s pink!!! Does any one know why the line was discontinued? Will it ever be brought back?
