The Razer Armory

I am thinking of getting the 4K 16” Blade with the mini-led.  I’ve read that mini-leds are not very good for color critical work or photo editing.  First off you have the blooming effect and secondly the mini-led panel will make certain parts of the images much darker or lighter than when shown on a standard screen.  I’d like to get some feedback from Razer and/or others on this topic.  Is the 16” a good display for photo editing or do I need to look for a standard IPS display?   Thanks guys!

Apparently there is new razer chroma support for marvel rivals, i have basilisk v3 pro and firefly v2 pro but neither have any effects 

I’ve been using razer products since razer mamba including headphones that served me for decade. Recently I bought white razer deathadder pro because black ones were out of stock and I thought about buying white keyboard full size but after reading about razer keyboard I noticed that many people complain about its quality. Are they good or I should consider steelseries or any other praised keyboards? 

Hello!! I previously purchased a Razer Viper V2 Pro, and it has always worked perfectly. However, the other day I connected the charging cable (I normally use it wirelessly), and when I later tried to switch back to wireless mode by plugging in the USB dongle, it no longer works. There is no connection or syncing at all.I believe the dongle might need a firmware update, but when I plug it into my PC, it is not recognized at all—so I can’t update it.Is this something you can help with? Would it be possible to bring the mouse and all accessories in for inspection or support?I have already tried the steps listed here:https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/6110But the issue seems to lie with the USB dongle itself—it doesn’t respond in any way when plugged into the PC. I’m wondering if it’s possible to get a replacement? Anyone else with a similar issue?

Anyone who has problems about not receiving any OTP? I’ve been trying since last night and it is still not working. Tried to reach via submitting a ticket but they haven't respond yet.

I specifically bought about like 100USD+ for a game that was once available to access in my region, now it’s not there anymore. Well, last time I checked if it was available was about 2-3 years ago. Now, I’m stuck with this much money and nothing to spend it on. I tried using a VPN, and someone told me to entrust a friend overseas who’s within the available region with the PIN code, but I do not feel confident in sharing it—plus I already reloaded the Razer gold. The issue isnt with the USB dongle it seems, it works fine I've tested on multiple devices and it reads it as it shouldHeadphones (Razer Nari Ultimate - Game/Chat)The issue came when the headset ran out of charge and after fully charged it refused to reconnect even on a new laptop with Dongle Recovery Tool it recovers just fine I just cant seem to pair it when using the Razer Nari Ultimate Pairing Utility tool. It gets stuck at exactly 45% several times and fails.This is my 2nd USB dongle and I really dont want to buy a 3rd one. I hope I can get help with this.

Hi everyone,I accidentally damaged the original USB receiver of my Razer Viper V3 HyperSpeed. To continue using the mouse, I tried using the Razer HyperPolling Wireless Dongle as a replacement.The first time, I was able to pair the mouse successfully. However, after I unpaired it, I was required to update the firmware. Once the update was complete, I could no longer pair the mouse again using the HyperPolling dongle.I've tried restarting, reinstalling Razer Synapse, and following the pairing steps again, but nothing seems to work.Has anyone experienced this before? Any suggestions or help would be really appreciated.Thanks in advance!

Hello,I just got the brand new blackwidow V4 Pro some days ago, everything looks fine except the command dial.When i turn it to the right, it zooms on the page correctly but when i turn it to the left, nothing is happening, i can’t unzoom, i have to go in the page/app settings to make it back normal.Tried to go into synapse but we can’t control the command dial so it’s not an issue from there. Using French version (AZERTY).Any help over this please ?

So ages ago i bought the kitty headphones off a friend having done 0 research and my other headphones j died so i was thinking if there is any way i can connect my kitty headphones to Xbox? I know normally its not possible but does anyone know if i buy a 3.5 mm jack for audio would it work? Right now i only have the usb jack. Really dont want to buy another expensive headset when i have an perfectly working one at home.

Background: I used the Naga Epic for a super long time before it gave out. I’ve had a Trinity for ~3 years, but I’ve started to have issues with thumb plate buttons, so I’m considering a backup. My desk has metal support bands so wireless has issues.I’m wondering if Razer still makes or intends to make wired 12 thumb button mice. The Naga X is listed in the Naga family, but there’s no actual page for it, so I assume it’s just for reference.Honestly the fixed plate of the HyperSpeed would be perfect, but it’s wireless only.The V2 Pro looks like it’s meant to be wireless. There’s the usb slot on the front but I’m not entirely clear if that’s actually meant to be used for connection or if it’s for wired charging. The 3 mods of connectivity thing way towards the bottom says “can be connected via USB Type C for continued use while charging.” I guess all of this is a blend of question and request for a new round of wired Naga.

My headphones (razer barracuda X 2022) has a voice when it turns on/off. It doesn’t bothers alot but I wanted to know if it was normal because the 2021 version didn’t had that and Im suspecting that this one is fake simply because the build quality is horrible compared with the 2021 model and the situation previosly mentioned.Does anyone has the same thing or is just me??Sorry for my bad english btw.

Now, I would like to activate the code for THX technology instead.I would be grateful if you could provide activation for the THX technology.This is my first time purchasing these headphones, so I didn’t know that the activation is limited to one program.

Hey guys i have a deathadder 2013 and it won't move the cursor, but left click and right click and scroll wheel still work. Strange thing is when i plug it into a macbook it works fine but when i plug it into my windows laptop the cursor won't move. I also tried firmware update but that didnt help. Does anyone know a fix?

Hello,I purchased the Razer Kraken Multi-Platform Black headset on April 17, 2025.After registering the included code, I activated the 7.1 Surround Sound feature. However, I was unaware that the code only works for one software. I was hoping to use the activation for THX Spatial Audio instead.As this is my first experience with Razer headphones, I didn’t realize that the activation is limited to one option.Could you please assist me with activating THX Spatial Audio instead? I’d really appreciate your help.Thank you!

Pretty much the title. I recently got a new one since the last one I had was having that issue. I thought since it was older it was just the headset dying but now that I have a new one it's still occurring. Same exact issue. Turning the volume nob on my headset all the way to the max fixes this issue but it makes everything unbearably loud, I have to turn applications down to 5 just to hear normally and I don't want to have my ears blasted every time I launch a new game or talk to a new person.I know the solution "Adjust the levels so the right side is lower". I don't like doing this because clips I take will make them always sound louder in the left ear then.I really don't know what to do. I reinstalled drivers, reinstalled synapse, tried without synapse. I feel like i've tried everything and nothing works. Would appreciate any help on this issue, thanks!

just open the side up with the usb connection.. and volume control. disconnect the cable that goes from pcb board of volume control to the rest.. then turn up and down volume.. and make sure its all thew ay down when u plug the board back in. and then test.. should fix most as long as all your solder points are still in tact.. thought mine were screwed up but did this and they work again and it was so easy everyone could do it . a few screws and disconnect cable only do not need to take pcb boards out or move anything.

I bought a viper v2 pro about a year and a half ago. Within 4 months, the mouse wheel started rolling the opposite direct that was input sporadically. It progressively got worse to the point of being unusable.I RMAd it after it was about 6 months old. Been using this new one for the last year. 3 months ago, I ordered new grips and skates for it. Not cheap. And within a few weeks, this one also started rebounding on mouse wheel scrolls. And its now currently getting to the point of being unusable (it scrolls in the wrong direction more than the right).What the hell is the flaw in this mouse? Im not hard on it. I take care of my shit. I would never have dropped money on the 8k dongle if I knew this was a common manufacturing issue with the mouse. 

i want to upgrade to the new white kitty headset, but my current pink one has a audio jack… i need the audio jack for my PC and NOT the usb… it doesnt work with my streaming. Is there an adapter i can get to make my usb a aux?  i need help. 

I am trying to activate the 7.1 sound. So, I bought my Razer Blackshark V2 X from a marketplace. When I try to register it, it just said “Uhh sorry your product is already registered uhhh ummm yea”. How do I get the code?? (there was no activation code for it in the package either)
