I’ve got a manowar and sometimes even at max volume it can be hard to hear when watching movies when it gets quiet or they’re whispering. Is there any way to boost the volume? A separate app or something?

Hi community, I have several razer headsets. Of course, more than two years of purchase so warranty claim is not an option.But I'm really wondering if some sites/people have good reputation repairing them. The older Kraken Tournament have issues with the mic/switch and balance on the speakers.  But my nari ultimate was working fine on analog mode (plugged to 3.5mm connector). Some years ago while using on digital/wireless mode I plug in the 3.5mm connector (was on conference and didn't want to lose the audio by a battery drain) and then lost one speaker while using on digital mode. All test worked fine.. But just the left speaker worked on wireless. Inclusive, the thx test sound well but just on the left speaker.So found out the both speakers worked fine on analog mode only. Thankfully, the mic never gives up, no matter the mode used on the headset. But yesterday while doing some home chores; my heads

I recently purchased a Razer Blaskshark v2 X headset, However, when I went to register the product on Razer's official website it says that it has already been activated, so I can't activate and download the program to use it with 7.1 surround sound, I would like to know if I can obtain the key code another way or if Could some moderator help me? Well, having tried and returned two 2023 Razer Blade 16 Mini-LED models (one with RTX 4080 and another with RTX 4090) over various display issues I crossed my fingers and bought a 2024 Razer Blade 16 mini-LED with the RTX 4090 and am very happy with the display.  The single dimming option yields spectacular results for standard use and the multi-dimming zone selection is equally spectacular for gaming and watching movies.  Though I am not aware of any audio changes to the 2024 model, I would swear the audio is better as well.  I also have the impression the fans are producing a higher quality, lower decibel sound.My only small critique on the display is that the single dimming zone control (i.e. ‘LOCAL DIMMING’) is not part of a ‘profile.’  As a result, unlike other settings in Razer Synapse I can link to the launch of games, I have to manually toggle local dimming on or off.  I assume that is just a bug they will fix.While I need to do more performance testing

I have an issue with Viper V3 Pro, whereby the cursor randomly snaps (jumps, teleports, or what you may call it) to the top-left corner of the screen. This happens once or twice every 5 minutes. Interestingly, it never occurred in-game (knock-on-wood), only on desktop and other applications. Did any of you have similar issues? Is there a fix or should I ask for a replacement? 

I recently found out about this keyboard from Razers Discord. It looks to be only in China but I was just wondering if we could be seeing this board be released to the rest of the world in 2025?

Hello, for the last year or so my headset has been refusing to connect when I plug in the usb dongle, only after numerous attempts does it connect and get detected by the computer. Sometimes it can take hours to get lucky by plugging it in, in just the right way so it’s detected and connects. Is there anywhere I can get a new dongle that would work with this headset? If I’m out a roughly 200$ headset cause of a 3$ part I’m just going to buy a different brand from now on.

I have wireless razer kaira for xbox and randomly the Audio start to crackling. Only way to fix it is to turn off and turn on the headset. but the crackling it might come happen again in the next 30 min or so. I tried to exchange them with another pair and same problems. latest firmware on xbox and latest firmware on headset. I've heard it's a common problem and can't believe Razer haven't released a fix yet. Any help would be much appreciated.

I’m trying to earn silver by playing the game of the week, but even though I launch the game through Cortex from the Rewards tab and hit Play it still won’t see that I’ve been playing and shows my Silver earned as 0. Any ideas what I might be doing wrong?

My Naga v2 hypershift is being super weird. I was playing Throne and Liberty and had the profile set to default (number pad), and it starts using my Helldivers 2 profile. It says it's on the default profile still. So I leave the game to try and fix it and it starts using my First Decendant profile! 

i was wondering if i could connect my nari headset with a basilisk dongle or should i buy a new one since the guy who sold me the headset said he lost the dongle

As this is about THX-related merchandise, I’m not sure if it would count as Razer Gear, so I’m putting this in off-topic.For a while, I’ve had this idea for a collection of THX-inspired gear: shirts with designs inspired by trailers like Cavalcade, Amazing Life, the Tex trailers, and, of course, the iconic GOATed legend that is Broadway; Funko POPs of Tex and other characters, wallpapers of scenery from Cavalcade, Amazing Life, and Genesis, and desk sculptures showing Tex interacting with the THX logo (for instance, fixing it like in the original Tex trailer, hooking a cable from a storage panel in the X into a moo-can toy from Tex 2, etc), among others.Of course, that’s probably my inner logo nerd talking, but still, I wanna see things like this.That said, I also want to hear your ideas. What do you think should be made into THX merchandise?
