Hi, about 1 week ago I started having problems with my scroll on my Viper v2 pro, when I’m scrolling down, it goes up a bit and the opposite happens when scrolling up, perhaps you know how to fix it? Firstly, I thought that it could be some software issues, so I tried all the official solutions that razer gives, but it didn't help. What else can I do, could it be repaired? It's an annoying thing. First of all hello, I bought a deathadder V2 Pro about 2 years ago and now I noticed that the mouse moves back and forth during the game and I am very disturbed by this situation, it was not a problem before.And now I understand that when I hold the mouse upside down and try to shoot someone while in the game, it suddenly disconnects and comes back, please help me.

Last year I bought a razer Kraken X lite headset and activated the 7.1 Surround sound. I reinstalled windows and I don’t know how to get another activation key

I am have issues with my s and d key. they are intermittent, sometimes they register and sometimes they do not. At times they take multiple clicks to register. I am also having issues locating the correct firmware for it, maybe it needs an update. What are some troubleshooting steps?

Hello,I've been tearing my hair out for ages over an annoying problem. I would like to use Wake on Lan to boot the laptop remotely. Unfortunately, there are no settings available in the BIOS. Everything is configured correctly in Windows, but it just won't work. The Magic packet definitely arrives, I was able to check this with a network recording.  Is this simply not possible or no longer possible with this device? Alternatively, it would be enough for me if I could set the laptop to boot up after the power supply has been plugged in, but the very slimmed-down BIOS is not usable for this either, as there is no such power option.  Can you help me? Thank you very much :)

So the keys on my Razer Huntsman Mini, specifically “R”, “shift” and “W” are not typing unless I activate the “FN + Y” macro shortcut, and I do not know how to reset this back to normal because now the keys aren’t working. The keyboard is completely clean as it is brand new and I’m already having issues with this. It is very frustrating because I can’t play any games so some help ASAP would be greatly appreciated. And yes, I have already tried a new USB port, resetting all of the Razer apps, and I even disconnected the device from my pc and nothing is fixing the issue!

As per the title, my Viper Ultimate gen 1 is not charging on the charging dock. It is "breathing" as if it is charging, but it is not charging, it will remain red even after sitting on the dock for days. I have plugged it into different ports, directly to an outlet, and tried with the bluetooth usb dongle plugged into the computer and the dock. All the answers on here or other forums are to clean the pins and connections with alcohol and Q tips. Or they say to plug the cable into the mouse directly. I have cleaned it, with no success. Plugging the cable into the mouse directly isnt a fix, just a workaround. I paid for the the dock, I should be able to use the dock.

Hello everyone,I’ve created this topic in order to seek some help through the razer community.I’ve always been playing with deathadder mouses so a few days ago i decided to step up & get myself a wireless one (deathadder v2 x hyperspeed as the title says).First time i used it, i noticed that i had some connexion issues through the 2.4ghz dongle :When i was clicking, the mouse sometimes wouldn’t click once & some other times react like i was holding the button or clicking twice. Also the mouse wheel was kinda acting crazy & going up or down on its own from time to time without even touching it.I first thought that it was the mouse itself that was factory broken so i returned it & got a new one but still get the same problem.After trying a lot of different fixes i’ve seen on theses forums, the only fix that worked to stabilize the mouse connexion through the 2.4ghz dongle is using the dongle utility from the official website & pairing the mouse to the dongle manually

I have a razer blackwidow chroma v2 Tournament edition. Yesterday i turned on my pc and about 10 min into using it got dead keys in the middle row(caps to h). For first thing i installed synapse, then the keys started  working for a minute but then went dead again. I have tried exiting demo mode, reinstalling synapse, reinstalling drivers but nothing has worked. Is there any way to save the keyboard or is it now trash?

hi there,i use razer naga pro v2 about 3 month until  now. have a question about low power indicator.i ever use naga pro v1 and cobra pro before, if these mouse battey level reach low level,  razer rgb logo  will blink red repeatly.  but this naga pro v2 i use until 3% battery level,  lighting still static depending light setting i use, it not blinking red for give us a warning for low power and need to charge it asap. but if i log out synapse it will blinking indicate mouse  in low power. i try update synapse today from synapse 3 to 4, and give same result. power already low. but low power indicator not working if synapse on.please need advice for fix this problem

Hello, I had to format the device. It has not installed the THX version after the format and does not detect the use of EQ features. Clean installation etc.Jul. I did. I deleted the application and reinstalled it, but I didn't solve it. Is there another solution?
