The Razer Armory

As stated above the experience is absolutely horrendous.My headphones keep being unpaired so i need to turn off, turn on, connect and disconnect the dongle etc.And even if they pair there is a 30% chance that when I play a youtube video or stream the video gets paused the second i click play.Is there any fix for this or is this the experience I should expect? 

Hi,does the problem still exist, that the Wolverine v2 Chroma Controller is not supported by Synapse v4? Or am I too stupid to install it right? Hope anyone could help me.  Thanks :)

I recently purchased a Razer huntsman mini special edition for 100 dollars and as soon as I plugged it in the colors were all funky and messed up. I downloaded like 100 different Razer apps people on YouTube told be to download and it don't do Jack shit. It changes colors like it's rainbow. But the U key stays white. For 100$ i should have it working out of the box. Someone please help me fix this problem I don't wanna bring it back it's a really nice keyboard

I bought my Razer Kraken back in 2019 and it’s finally starting to bite the dust my problem is i have my headset plugged into the Razer Seiren X where all it has is the 3.5mm jack and all the headsets use USB-C is there an adapter i can get to convert usb-c to 3.5mm jack so i don’t have to replace my working microphone as well

I bought the Wolverine v3 Tournament controller. Currently, I'm playing a lot of Street Fighter 6 and I've noticed that the function button is too sensitive and too close to the d-pad: in the heat of action, I accidentally reassign back paddles 😅. Am I the only one experiencing this? It would be good to be able to disable this feature or add an extra step to the mapping process 😆thanks;)

I've had the Razer Ornata Chroma for years now and it's served me well but very worn out and some keys starting to double click. I was looking to stick with Razer keyboards and liked the look of the Blackwidow v4 but have seen when they first came out people were having a lot of issues with it, like double clicking after a couple weeks.£170 is a little pricey but if it end up lasting me as long as my current one, I'm happy to pay that price. Is it worth buying or are the faults to common for this keyboard? If so what alternative can you recommend? 

I was wondering why the Razer Viper Ultimate v2 Pro doesn't come in a Quartz Pink edition and why there are no pink editions for the console and microphone products either? I have been using Razer products exclusively since the Quartz Pink edition was released, but now I am disappointed that there are no more high-quality pink products available. I need more pink.

Hi did you consider to make a real gaming chair, like flat seat with memory foam, lumbar support like in v2 and in with memory foam either, plus cushion with memory foam in additional inside chair put a haptic system in back and seat and maybe with fully breathable fabric and cooled seat? I’m having issues with a new Blackwidow V4 Pro momentarily disconnecting every few minutes. When this disconnect happens, it freezes virtually everything else my computer is doing momentarily, including audio and mouse input. Even a YouTube video will pause and load when the keyboard disconnects. All of my drivers are up to date, razer synapse is up to date, and I know it’s not an issue with my computer because this doesn’t happen when the keyboard is unplugged or if a different keyboard is plugged in. I’ve tried moving the USB cords around as well, so I know the ports aren’t the problem either. Any ideas what the issue could be?

Some years ago I had binded some the keys “K” and “V” to my Razer Viper Mini’s Mouse4 and Mouse5 buttons. Now, when I change those binds and turn Synapse off, they reset back to those old keybinds as if they are the factory settings. I have tried resetting from Synapse but it does not work. How can I change those binds and code new binds into the mouse’s memory?

And an idea came to me, what if I could switch audio peripherals from a single key of my keyboard ?So, I'd like to know, is it possible ? If so, how can I do that, or where can I find how to do it ?I've read a Reddit post about using Sound Switch but I wanna know if there's any way to achieve my goal without another software.Thanks ! 

Hello, I have a Huntsman Elite Pro keyboard, and the other day my PC booted into BIOS upon turning it on. I’ve checked for sticky keys and have cleaned my keyboard, so I do not think keys are an issue. I’m able to boot into windows if I manually click windows boot manager from bios or if the keyboard is not connected when the pc is booting up. 

Hello Support,  I have been using the Razer Blackshark v2 Pro (2020 version) for about three months now. A few days ago, the audio stopped working and it was no longer detected in the Synapse Software. I tried running the pairing utility to fix the issue, and all I got was a pairing failed message. The part that confuses me is that it has the static blue light indicator, which before meant that it was supposed to be connected, but the audio was not working and it was nowhere to be found in the razer software. I have tried; -redownloading software-removing all razer related apps and running just the pairing utility -updating drivers-so so many restarts-downloading new synapse beta; in this version it showed up in the software, but was marked as disconnected with no way to reconnect it.-reading through many similar threads, but none of them have real answers. Unfortunately none of these worked, and now I am lost on what to do. At this point is it just an issue with the headset itself?
