Hello Razer community,I am writing not as a tech enthusiast, but as a mother whose daughter has used the same Razer Cynosa V2 keyboard for over a decade of playing World of Warcraft.That keyboard is more than a peripheral. It is her portal — customized with macros, color schemes, and shortcuts, shaped through years of play and connection.Sadly, the keycaps have started to fade badly. I reached out to Razer Support asking not for a new keyboard, but for replacement keycaps, or even spare ones from a used unit. Despite a respectful dialogue, the request was denied based on warranty expiration and reseller status.I now turn to you — the Razer community — to ask: Does anyone have an old Cynosa V2, even non-functional, from which I can recover keycaps? Or any advice on compatible replacements / 3D printed options? I’m not looking to replace this keyboard. Hello,I have a Razer DeathAdder V2, model RZ01-03210.After pressing the profile button under the mouse, it started disconnecting and reconnecting repeatedly. The same issue happens on another PC, so it does not seem to be a Windows-specific problem.When I connect the mouse, Windows sometimes shows a drive/device named “CRP DISABLD”, which makes me believe the mouse may be stuck in bootloader/firmware recovery mode.I downloaded the official DeathAdder V2 Firmware Updater v1.04.01_r1, but the UPDATE button stays disabled and the updater does not detect the device properly.Could you please provide the correct recovery firmware file or instructions to manually restore the mouse firmware?I no longer have the purchase receipt, as the mouse was bought a long time ago. I understand the product may be out of warranty, and I am not requesting a replacement. I have a 2023 Blade 14 [RZ09-0482x] and I recently found out that there a BIOS update for 2.0.I ran the BIOS updater, got the "BIOS will be updated from 1.06 to 2.0" pop up and the usual prompts. However, upon rebooting, it seems I'm still running BIOS ver. 1.06.While searching for a fix, I read some posts on this sub about how undervolting has been nuked and causing systems to run hotter but is that the case for Blade 14 update?

Hello.My Razer Naga Trinity stopped working after a power interruption on my laptop.The mouse is not detected at all in normal mode: no USB connection sound no device appears in USB Device Tree Viewer no lighting However, it consistently enters bootloader mode when holding left button + right button + scroll wheel during connection.USB Device Tree Viewer shows:VID_1532PID_110EProduct: Razer BootloaderbcdDevice: 0x0067The mouse uses STM32L151RCT6 MCU.Razer Synapse does not detect the device.Firmware Updater does not detect the device either.Is there any recovery firmware, service firmware updater, or recovery procedure available for Razer Naga Trinity (RZ01-0241) stuck in bootloader mode?Thank you.

I use various gadgets from Razer, and I like their products. Right now, I would like to leave a review of their headphones ( Barracuda | RZ04-03790 )I purchased them two years ago, and overall, they have been excellent. I must highlight their superb sound quality and great fit—they are both comfortable and lightweight. Even after two years, they still hold a charge remarkably well.However, there are downsides that have only just begun to surface. Initially, the headphones struck me as durable and made of high-quality materials. But now, cracks and chips have appeared in the plastic, specifically in the areas subject to the most wear and tear (where the material flexes most and experiences the greatest structural stress). And, of course, all of this happened exactly 12 days after the warranty expired.Now I have to use tape so they don't completely fall apart. 

hey experts specially for those who use blackshark v2 x, do you have eq settings for cs2? i can barely hear footsteps but sometimes not like maybe low sound for footstep so like maybe there are settings for it? ik theres no eq settings on razer app...

In case you were having issues like me with wireless on the Razer Blade 14 2025.Wireless connectivity would go in and out.  Constant pings to local network devices would fail every 30 seconds or so.  Wireless signals were weak and had issues connecting to network occasionally.    I could connect a USB Wireless device from TPLink and wireless connectivity was completely fine.  I thought it was hardware.  I had removed the driver and let windows redetect the hardware and reinstall the driver.  After pulling my hair out, i google and found a newer driver then the one that was installing WiFi_AMD-MediaTek_v5.5.0.3760.  This driver was NOT provided by Razer.  In fact, there are NO drivers under Razer support for this model laptop.  I believe this is a driver for the same wifi card the Razer Blade 14 2025 uses, but the driver came from another laptop manufacturer.  This newer drivers fixed ALL the issues I was having.  I wish i could tell Razer support, but their support ticket system seems

I have used an orbweaver chroma for at least 8 years now and love it. I wanted to upgrade and see what else is out there but I don't see any keypads with as much customization as the orbweaver. My biggest worry is that they wont be nearly as comfortable and ergonomic(thats what i care about most) as the orbweaver has been for me. I am open to other brand suggestions as well.

I have the Razer Basilisk Ultimate, and I have recently been unable to connect it to my laptop, either wirelessly or directly.  As well, when placed on the charging dongle, it does not go above 96%.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled all Razer software, but it still does not work.  I plugged it into my old laptop, and it works without issue.  Before that issue had started, I was having issues with the mouse, just stopping and having to wait a few seconds before it would move again, and then it would stop again.  I am not sure what to do since I really like the mouse. 

My friend bought me a Razer Strider Chroma. It's recognized on the device and in the Razer app, but the colors aren't working. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling it, and also turning off Windows backlighting.

I recently purchased the Razer Seiren V3 Chroma to use with my Macbook. The Razer Synapse 4 does not work with this mic and Razer Synapse 3 is not only unavailable but is only for Windows. OpenRBG does not have this mic listed as a compatible mic.Does anyone know what software I can use instead?Thanks so much. 

I know what most people will say just to adapt to the new / current versions of the Naga. I believe the circular pattern is best due to how they positioned the side buttons so that when gripping the mouse it prevents your thumb from accidentally clicking any of the buttons.  The original Razer Naga to the Naga Hex & Trinity all had this button layout.  If anything at least make an additional side plate that will be compatible with your new Razer Naga Pro V2.

I have been having trouble using the controller on steam games. As soon as I load into a game it “disconnects” (it’s still is connected but nothing works) and stays like that until I reset my computer. I was wondering if anyone knows a fix for this? I’ve installed the Xbox advanced drivers on steam and updated the controller in the synapse app 

Apologies, as I’m a novice on the matter, but I’ve read different and sometimes conflicting responses online via search, so I’m hoping for an education from those in the know.I am considering purchasing the Naga Pro; however, the decision is heavily influenced by the ability to perform certain desired tasks based on the onboard memory, as I cannot run Synapse on my work computer.For example, in one program, I need to hit “alt” then “f” then “i” in succession to refresh the record. I presume this would require creating a macro in Synapse? If so, can it be saved to the onboard memory and used when I switch over to my work computer? I’ve read simple macros are possible with the Naga Pro, but am honestly confused by the rabbit hole I’ve gone down. I’m not looking to do anything more complicated than the above.If I CAN do the above with the Naga Pro, I presume I CANNOT do it with the single profile Naga V2 Hyperspeed from what I’ve read. Is that correct? Since I am mainly looking to utilize

My mouse DA V2 X Hyperspeed Wireless is suddenly stopped responding and the synapse is detecting the mouse and the dongle but it shows a power off logo next to my mouse and it says needs to be turned on by 2.4 GHZ but it doesnt detects. It was working fine a day before this happened and the power off logo says - Device is in sleep mode, switched off, or needs to be connected by 2.4 GHZ. and the same for when try to connect it through BT. the mouse is not waking up neither there is any light blinking or showing up on the mouse.I tried reinstalling synapse, removing all the mouse drivers from the Device Manager, tried restarting, new batteries.  Please help.

Been thinking about getting the Blackshark V3 after hearing good reviews about it, and wanting to get something that would be like an all in one gaming headset for me to use on PC, Xbox, and PS5, but I wasn’t sure which version would cover that (heard the Xbox version of the headset does this), or if it would be possible to flip between those 3 easily.Will this cover exactly what I’m looking for?

The bugs I do still have, sometimes the PC reboots or cold boot lead to chroma studio don't open correctly and they stuck on green color (yeah I've reinstalled trillion times and never got fixed) and also one is interesting, if you put the PC on power saving and use the feature everything turn off when monitors do, sometimes keyboard (cynosa V2) never light up again, replug is the only fix, sometimes RGB effects feels laggy, to fix this you need to open chroma studio and reselect your own profile (cloud) to fix this.None of those things I had on synapse 3, literally, none.

I recently bought a Razer Huntsman V3 Pro (full size) and it has pretty bad coil whine (when LEDs are on) that I can even hear with my headset on. I will be returning it shortly, its not usable for me that way even though I really like all other aspects of the keyboard.Now after googling a bit, it seems this is not an uncommon issue for the Huntsman and I see people reporting the same issue even after replacing the unit multiple times. Is it even worth replacing it or should I just move to another keyboard?Does your Huntsman have coil whine?

How you all doing?So,  I'm looking to buy a new Razer mouse, but I'm undecided on which one to get.I'm torn between two: the Naga V2 HyperSpeed ​​and the Basilisk V3 Pro.Ever since I was younger, I've always liked the Naga line. Just got this headset and noticed any time I muted my mic by using the mic mute button on the headset, it would stay muted even if I pressed the mute button again. Even if keep pressing it mute, unmute, mute, etc. it stays muted permanently until I restart the headset or PC.This issue stops happening after closing Synapse 4 and comes back when I re-launch Synapse 4.Also, isn't this headset supposed to save your custom EQ? When I close Synapse 4 and restart the headset, it's back to the default horrible sound.How can I go about fixing this? 

Hi, my razer barracuda started turning off suddenly while using it and it bothers me a lot coz I’ve been only using this for months. Already tried other solutions but the issue still persist. It cuts off power while I’m gaming tho I’m not low in battery also I’ve been using it via USB dongle. ff: I tried to update it to its latest firmware but only the dongle has been updated and I have issue updating the headset itself.
