Hey! I have myself the Razer Nommo V2 X speakers. I connected my sound card as the manual said with all the cables and all the RGB lights are working as they should. However, when it came to connecting the speakers I had a problem. The speakers are not analog so I thought I could fix that problem by buying adaptors ( USB to analog ) but they still do not work. I can not hear anything from the speakers when I select the SoundBlaster AE-5 Plus option on the speaker setting. Can you please help me fix this problem because I really want to use the speakers through the new sound card and not the motherboard sound card. Thanks!

Hi all,I've had my V2 Pro for over two years now and absolutely love it. But within the last 2 weeks or so, it's been slowly acting up. At first, in games my character would suddenly look up. Not a "drifting" motion, just a sharp sudden snap.Then, my mouse pointer started jumping around, skipping, and my scroll wheel started skipping scrolls, clicking on its own, etc.Googling and looking at threads here, I assumed it was a hardware issue, and took it apart and cleaned it. It didn't seem to work.Just on a whim, I plugged it in to my computer with the charging cable and it seems to work better now.I'm guessing it's a software/connection issue, instead of a hardware one. I was hoping it was hardware, because software wise I have no idea where to begin.I've tried different ports on my PC with the dongle, that's about it. Still the same issue.It may be interference, but my setup is the exact same as it was before this issue popped up.Any ideas?

I recently purchased the Razer Wolverine V2 Pro controller for my PS5, and while I love its overall design and feel, I've been encountering some button responsiveness issues that are bothering me. Help, I just bought a Razer Basilisk V3 Pro 35K Mouse, and I can't find how to configure the Scroll, left / right with the Forward / Back function in Chrome Browser. On all the cheap mice before, I could do this. For me it's the most important function. How do I proceed ? I have Synapse 4 installed.

I have two Naga Pro mice and two Naga Pro V2 mice, all with their respective mouse docks.On one of my computers, I have jerky scrolling (and already have blown air into the scroll wheel), and so wanted to switch mice between two computers to troubleshoot.But when the mice are switched, leaving the docks in place, the mice are not recognized by their “new” systems.How do I “un-pair” or “re-pair” the Naga mice with the “other” mouse docks?

Hello,I recently purchased a Razer Viper V3 Pro mouse with serial number PM2435H32109071. Unfortunately I lost the dongle that came in the box and that was unfortunate. What can I do, the dongle on the site does not support viper v3 pro.

How do I change the color of my Razer Ornata v3 x without using Razer Synapse. I play on PlayStation and I'm wondering if there is a combination of keys that need to be pressed to change the colors.

Recently had a kraken v3 pro hypersense delivered and tried to set up the wireless connection. I plugged in the dongle and turned on the headphones and there was a connection between the two (I know this because it played the sound on the headset that mean it connected) However the computer itself would not recognize the headset and neither would synapse. Even when I used the audio jack cable, I received sound but synapse couldn't detect it. I tried everything from completely wiping synapse from my system, even making sure to install the software that deletes any and all drivers. I made sure my drivers were updated, I refreshed synapse countless times, charged the headset fully, and tried multiple USB ports for the dongle to No avail.  I cant even make sure the software on the dongle is updated because it simply will not recognize it. If anyone has any answers or suggestions, any and all help would be appreciated.

Hello. I purchased Kraken v3 Hypersense. Synapse software works successfully. However, when I want to update the headset firmware, I get the "firmware update failed" error. Many people are experiencing this problem. How can I solve it? 

My Leviathan V2 all of the sudden stopped playing any sound, and not visible by PC. But. I can connect to it via Bluetooth (still no sound) and even control RGB with mobile app. Do you know how to fix that?Tried different cables, laptops. Nothing. Thanks

As from the title, my transaction has been pending for 2 hours now. I don’t know what to do, and my transaction this time was quite a big amount. I need the latest stable driver for my graphics. The issue I have it their are no RAZOR updates for this since 2020.Based on the Adobe check how on earth can you update the driver without gettng the black screen so many people have mentioned.
