Can someone help me? I have bought a razer blackshark V2 X headset for 2 days. As far as I know, it does not support Synapse. Can someone tell me which application controls it? The sound is still perfect, but my voice is not heard in the microphone at all. How can I fix this?

I'm using razer blackwidow v3 pro and I'm experiencing some issue. the dongle and usb connection is readable but I can't type anything, the keyboard lighting rainbow wave colors and when I tap a single key it do the ripple effect but I can't type anything even the wind, alt, all of the keys are not functioning. hope u guys help!

Basically when i bought it space was working with w and other keys then slowly when 2-4 days passed my space didnt work anymore with w and some other keys like a s d z x c  and yes i do clean my keys regularly, im realy tired of this problem and cant find a solution and i dont wanna buy another one

I barely bought theses and now that I set them up, they don’t work. My music sounds robotic, and I can’t listen to videos or to people talking without everything being robotic. I don’t really know what the issue is.

Hello.I need help with my headphones because i didnt understand how to charge it. I mean even it is full charged its still blinking red.sometimes is starting to blink green but when i unplug and plug the original type C cable that u sent me with the box starts to blink red again.Other thing is the battery i somehow did it 100 percent on the audio app i used it like a 2-3 hours then it dropped to 85 fast i dont think theres a problem with the battery or smth but i think theres a problem with the software of thr audio app.Or maybe i just dont know how its charging i just need help.Thx for the help

The razer support team could entirely be axed and replaced with a mid level LLM. They should really look into it, could save a lot on operations costs.Fifteen emails back and forth for them to ask me the same question every time, assure me my ticket was being elevated to a higher level, and ignore my very direct questions. It’s like they’re trained to be actively hostile to their customers.I just want to add another keypair to snap tap. There is documentation online that shows this is supposed to be a feature. just bought razer headphone andi got 50% discount of spatial THX, but i cannot pay it in dollar, so i use razer gold that have QRIS on it because im from indonesia,then when i use the promo code in razer gold it said invalid code, how i can solve this problem so i can still get the 50% discount to buy Spatial THX ?? 

when rapid trigger is enabled it double types. The only way to fix it is to turn on typing mode but when typing mode is on it resets everytime to custom.

Now that you had the give away of WoW mounts with purchase it would be really nice if you had some pre made layouts for Naga and WoW interfaces. I recall back when the Naga was first introduces a similar thing was offered.Just a suggestionThanks

I don’t know if i have a faulty copy or something but my 7.1 Surround Sound on my Barracuda X is amplifying one side while the other side is maybe suppressed. I don’t know what to do after trying to figure it out myself.

I recently bought the Razer Blackshark V2 Pro headset during Black Friday, so it's only about a week old. However, I'm already facing a frustrating issue. When watching videos, the audio frequently cuts out and pauses the video. If I press play, the video just loads without playing any sound.To troubleshoot, I went to the sound settings and switched from "Razer Blackshark 2.4" to my regular desktop audio, and the video plays fine. But when I switch back to "Razer 2.4," it only works for about 7-10 seconds before the audio cuts out again, and the video stops.I've tried unplugging and re-plugging the USB dongle, which works temporarily, but the issue comes back shortly after. Is anyone else experiencing this? I'm considering returning the headset if I can't find a solution.

A quiet noise appeared in the Razer Kraken v3 x headphones, the noise appears at volumes above 93% and makes noise only when playing sound on a PC; there is no noise in silence

I bought the black shark v2x and when I went to activate 7.1 it said it was already in use

I keep having an issue where my volume keeps randomly going up or down without me even touching the knob on the keyboard. It’s annoying because it randomly will be super high or it will lower all the way down to 0. I saw a thread on it, but there was no solution since it was handled directly through a DM. Wondering if I could get any help on this.

I currently have a Razer Blackwidow Ultimate 2016 Keyboard.  It’s starting to show its age, and I’d like to get a new Razer one.  However, while I’d like to stay with a Mechanical type keyboard, I’d like one less loudly clicky?I don’t know if my keyboard is compatible with switching out the key switches, or if there is a comparable newer one with the quieter switches available.Advice and input would be appreciated!
