Product name - RAZER cynosa Chroma Keyboardits been about 4 years since purchase (Warranty does not cover this)very light usage, suddenly I found my Top row Function keys not functioning (F1-F12), Print screen , Scroll lock, “`” and escape key share the same (not functioning)Attempted solution steps|Hard reset, Driver updates all performed, none gave positive results. Checked with 2-3 other systems same issue persists in all systems. Narrowed down to keyboard hardware issue. proceed to do a deep clean of internal boards, same issue persists. I am seeking support regd parts availability/Spares or any authorized service center, Location @ Chennai, India. 

For example, is the number 1 button able to do what pressing 1 would do on a keyboard, and on rocket league do what number 3 button would do?

as title reads this issue is happening to me for about a week already … when I try to move with the mouse it just starts to drift across the screen slowly and doesnt react to any imputs I do. I have already tried to restart my pc , factory reset the mouse , update drivers , update synapse , tried different places for the dongle and I ran out of ideas how to repair this issue Any help would be appreciated

While I must commend its amazing aesthetic and design, which are truly standout features, the persistent technical issues have overshadowed what should have been a premium user experience.The problems I have faced include:Static and popping sounds during use. Issues with the device being recognized by my PC. Frequent connectivity disruptions and disconnections. Hello, I have been using what I thought was a Mamba TE for years, wired that does not use double A batteries so maybe it was a different version? This Razer mouse had modes for the scroll wheel so I can take off the stick wheel and just let it spin. I have recently bought what I thought was the same mouse, but this one is a Mamba Elite. My issue is that I am unsure how to adjust the scroll wheel stickiness/speed. And I definitely cannot get it into a free scroll mode where I can easily use the wheel to jump in fps games.I have looked in the settings in Synapse and cannot find any such modes.

Hi everyone, I was planning on purchasing a new keyboard and was thinking of going wireless. I’m currently using a different brand, any recommendations for models?

After establishing a connection between the mouse and the docking station, the chrome backlight stops working after a few minutes. At times the mouse disconnects from the docking station altogether. There are no such problems when connecting via Bluetooth or dongle. Updating the firmware and reinstalling the synapse did not help.

When I power on my pc, my Kraken V3 Pro doesn’t appear on razer synapse and sound does not work until I unplug and replug the dongle into my pc. I have tried running the repair feature in the razer uninstaller (which as I understand fully uninstalls and reinstalls razer synapse from your pc), after doing so the issue remained. Without synapse installed the issue is not present but I need synapse for my razer mouse button functions to work. Any help would be much appreciated,Zac
