Hi,All lights in my new Blackwidow 4 go out after 10-20 minutes, or when the PC sleeps / monitor goes off. Only if I plug in the USB off and on the lights reset or if I reboot.I've tried everything with and without the Synapse installed (reset profile, fresh re-install, install firmware, tried all different "switch off lighting" settings) and also tried different USB ports in my PC. What I haven't done yet is to try connecting it on a different PC.I believe the keyboard is faulty one but can anyone recommend anything else I should try?Thanks! 

On June 2023 I bought a Blade 14 RZ09-0427 in Taiwan. When I travelled abroad by end of 2023 the machine died very badly. Returning to Taiwan in April 2024, I sent the machine for warranty service on May 2024. They returned the lapto to me saying that motherboard was changed. It wasn't great, but it was usable. The main problem was I had to turn it on 3 or 4 times before it really wakes up. Two weeks ago the machine became worse. I had to turn it on and off 10+ times until it finally boots up. I followed all the procedures found on https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/1798, but after following the latest advice to "recover the machine", it finally went completely dead. Not even 100 on-off cycles can make it turn on. I called technical assistance. They said this is a common problem for this model of Blade 14, unfortunatelly their service and the machine are all out of warranty and that I have to pay USD 1,000+ to change the motherboard once again. I just got my Tartarus v2 and I’m pretty happy with it, but I have a few things I want to do with it, but I cant seem to figure out how.  1)screen overlay: I’d like a screen overlay to pop up when I change keymaps to the keymap name. That way I am 100% sure which keymap I just scrolled to or accidently scrolled to. I understand that there are lights on the device that show the keymaps, but that is stupid. I don’t want to look down to figure out waht keymap I’m on. Without a screen overlay, I feel I must dedicate keys to specific keymaps, and then that starts eating up keys on my Tartarus, which brings me to my second problem. 2)combo-key macros: how do I assign a macro/function to pressing 2 keys at the same time? I get the feeling that this can’t be done, which sucks, bc this would make the device much better. Then I could just keep my fingers on the home row, and use my pinky finger to change from attack macros to build macros or something like that. It could essentially quadruple th

I took the green pill!Over the last few years, I have bought all my PC gear from razerHowever, its only now that I’m realizing that the software is frankly bad.Two major complaints that I wanted to mention:One, I don’t understand why you still can’t change the color profile for the hyper shift mode. People have been complaining about it for years. On my $2000 laptop with a fancy addressable keyboard I would really like to highlight my custom macros Two, the firmware on my Razer Barracuda X is horrible. Mainly the shifting between bluetooth and dongle. When you accidentally shift to bluetooth and your not connected, it will just wait for you to connect something before you switch back. Or you just restart it, which is also pretty annoying. 

I have headset razer barracuda x and mouse razer viper v3 pro. They work great separately but not together.After i plug in my headset’s USB-C 2.4Hz dongle my mouse (which use hyperpolling) start lagging very hard.Hardware is updated to the latest version on both devices. Problem occurs only when both dongles connected to pc and it affect only mouse wireless connection, headset work great.Is there any way to make these devices work wirelessly without any conflicts? 

I bought a razer viper ultimate like 4 months ago. It was working fine (wirelessly with the dock) but one day when playing a game it randomly started disconnecting and reconnecting. I tried everything. Reinstalled razer synapse tried without the razer synapse tried other ports with or without dock even tried messing around in the razer synapse settings and also tried on other devices. Nothing works. It works wired without a problem. It makes the windows sound of connecting and disconnecting something rapidly. 

Hi I current have a chroma core x GPU and I have stood on the thunderbolt usb connection wire which has snapped off on the board inside the unit I am wondering if it’s possible to just buy a new board for the unit because I can’t seem to find any info about it on the website thanks 

I encountered this problem on the second day after purchasing, I don't understand what the problem could be. I turned off the microphone, plugged it into different USB ports on the PC. Maybe someone knows what the problem is, or has encountered a similar one ;)

I have just purchased the Razer Barracuda X headset, PUBG version.I’ve got these to use on my Xbox, I was aware that these would not work wirelessly, but would anyone know the reason why the mic wouldn’t work when using the 3.5m jack. I can use Apple earphones and cheap alternatives and they work on the Xbox, so unsure why these wouldn’t work.Any help would be appreciated.

So I'm getting the v3 pro shipped to me right nowand I like the way the V2 sticks felt they were nice and big and I've seen videos of them and it looks like the v3 sticks are decently smaller does anyone have any idea how much smaller? And will there be any stick case or accessory to swap them with in the future? Because I really liked the size of the V2 sticks I prefer 360 sized sticks personally so if anyone has an answer let me know 

I have it installed and the product code registered, it came with my kraken headset. However it says I need to select “speakers (7.1 surround sound) as my default playback device, but that’s not an option and I can’t find it or enable it anywhere. The application doesn’t seem to have generated it at all.I’ve searched a lot for a fix but I can’t find anything. Any clue how to solve this?

I want to know Which type of switches are used in the Razer DeathAdder Chroma, cuz I can drag click 49cps on it and idk which switches are so good. 

I’ve had this mouse (Deathadder V2 Pro) for a couple of years, and I’ve never encountered any problems whatsoever—I absolutely loved the product.However, recently, I’ve been experiencing some wireless connectivity issues with my PC. Whether using the USB dongle or Bluetooth, the mouse sometimes randomly connects and disconnects in a loop. On the other hand, the wired connection has always worked flawlessly.Until yesterday, the mouse was functioning perfectly. But last night, after leaving it on, I found that it wasn’t showing any signs of life this morning.I attempted to connect it via cable to multiple USB ports on different computers, using various cables, but it remained unresponsive. Neither the Bluetooth nor the USB options on the mouse wake it up, and it won’t connect to any of my devices. Hello, i am currently using a Razer Blackwidow v4, but the keys always double press or i cant hold down buttons. I've heard people say this occurs because of dusty envoirement. I do live in a dusty place so i have to clean the keyboard occasionaly. I wondered if i buy the Ornata, would dust also maje the keyboard misbehave ? If so im going to buy the Ornata because im sick of this keyboard.

So i was doing things on chrome when suddenly the cursor went to top left corner and i wasnt able to move it cause always came back to the corner. at first i thought it was a virus or something with the pc but i reeinstaled windows and the cursor keep coming back to the corner so i tried plugging the mouse to another pc and happened the same thing. i cleaned the sensor and did everything that people with the same issue did and nothing solved the problem. Anyone knows how to fix it?

The Logitech G600 MMO mouse has two right side mouse buttons (20 programmable buttons in all). Logitech no longer makes this mouse, and it doesn’t look as if they’re going to rejoin the mmo competition. The only reason I still use the Logitech G600, is because of the extra right side button. This one button completely changed my games.I use index for left mouse button, middle for the first right mouse button, and ring finger for the extra right side button. For MMO’s I keybind ctrl to the extra side button, which allows me to almost double my keybinds. In shooter games, I use it for dpi-shift. Holding down the button I can switch mouse speed to quickly turn toward a target, then release it for easier aiming at the lower mouse speed. For voice chat, I can keybind it to alt, so I don’t have to awkwardly reach for alt button to talk. It is extremely convenient, and, in my opinion, a must. I have been using this mouse for 10+ years, and will use it until it dies, or some other company crea
