Hello, I'm experiencing an issue while playing Super Smash Bros. Ultimate using my Razer Wolverine Chroma V2 controller through the Magic-NS adapter. When I try to dash by quickly flicking the joystick, even though the joystick reaches its full range (touching the edge of the ring), the input sometimes doesn't register. This inconsistency is affecting my gameplay, and I'm unsure how to fix it. Is increasing the outer deadzone the solution ? Has anyone else encountered this issue? If so, do you have any suggestions on how to resolve it? Software that can be native on the controler or hardware. Thank you in advance for any help you can provide!

I’m on the hunt for a new gaming mouse, specifically for playing Valorant and Fortnite. I’ve been using the Logitech G502, but I’ve found it to be a bit too heavy for my liking. I was previously comfortable using a honeycomb-style mouse, but unfortunately, it broke due to excessive pressure during intense gameplay.Now, I’m looking for a lightweight mouse that still offers multiple programmable buttons. The lighter the better, as I need something that allows for quick, precise movements without the bulk. The additional buttons are crucial for mapping in-game commands for both Valorant and Fortnite.If anyone has experience with a lightweight mouse that fits these criteria, I’d really appreciate your suggestions. I’m aiming for something that combines the comfort of my previous honeycomb mouse with the functionality of the G502, but without the extra weight. Hi guys,My bf and I recentley changed my setup to another place in my room and I bought a usb hub since my computer doesn’t have much usb ports. Now the problem is, is that my headset and keyboard etc keeps disconnecting from synapse and then I just can’t hear everything for a while.Could it be that I can’t put my razer stuff in a usb hub? Because I didn’t had that issue before I bought the hub and it’s really frustrating :( 

The new Razer Wolverine V3 Pro looks great but I saw that enabling PC Tournament Mode (to enable 1000hz polling rate) disables usage of the app. Does this mean the 6 remappable buttons won’t save my settings changed from the app? I have pretty specific custom binds so I’m worried the buttons will essentially be useless.Does this also disable any customizations to deadzones, haptics, sensitivity, etc? Thanks!

Hey, since 2 weeks my basilisk ultimate mouse has stopped working wirelessly, it only works with cable.I have deleted and downloaded synapse, used the pairing utility several times, tested on multiple PCs., multiple types of usb ports etc.i even bought a new dongle, same thing.the issue is, the mouse works with cable, but it completly shuts down when the cable is unplugged.When i put the mouse ob the charging deck, it shows in the synapse, with 100% charge, and with the charging logo, once i take it out, i see in synapse, the charging logo is gone and after 1 second the whole mouse is gone.I saw there is a lot of threads similar to this once, but they either dont have a fix, or an admin/moderator asks for a PM.Thanks

Hi. I have DeathAdder v2 pro with hyperspeed dongle. And I want to buy Pro Click for work (as a secondary mouse). Can I use the hyperspeed dongle with Pro Click to use only one dongle?

Alright, I’ve been thinking about this for quite some time…Looking at those phantom keycaps that Razer has, I got an idea to make an inverse version of the concept with some improvements. First, I’d be using epoxy resin to make the keycaps. Second, I’d go about it making the upper half with completely transparent resin, save for the legends on the key. Said legends would be made in solid-color epoxy, as would the lower half of the key.Why would I do this? For funsies.Will it look good? I dunno. But hey, fun experiment. Just airing out my ideas here… don’t mind me.

Devices: Firefly v2 ProBlackwidow v4 ProI can configure the command dial knob on the keyboard to change the keyboard brightness. How can you use the knob to change the brightness on the Mousepad, or alternately change brightness on both Keyboard and the Mousepad ?Synapse see both devices, and the RGB syncs between them. There has to be a way to change brightness on both ?Thank you.

I reached out to the Razer store at Westfield Valley Fair and have some bad news. The first 100 people to arrive in line at the sore get a RAFFLE TICKET for the laptop, not that the first 100 people actually get a laptop. It seemed too good to be true, and the person that emailed me even addressed that the wordage on their website was misleading, so hopefully this info helps some of you out. 

I just got my kaira pro headset for the ps5 and the audio on my end is amazing I can hear things a lot more than my Astro a10s, but on my buddies end they say I sound like a McDonald’s drive thru speaker and can’t hear me all that well, also when I have the kaira pro plugged in it makes my controllers analog sticks spaz out, was wondering if these issues were happening others and if you know a fix. Otherwise I will have to return it. 

Whenever I move my mouse slightly fast it disconnects for about a secondI have tried almost everything to stop this, I have updated the Firmware, uninstalled synapse, removed it from device manager. Its a Viper 8khz

I bought this mouse about a month or two ago. It’s been working fine until today, it just stopped working out of nowhere. i tried doing firmware update but it doesnt even connect to the firmware only the dongle, I don’t know how to update driver because it doesn’t even recognize anywhere even with wired.

Hello! I recently bought the Razer Blackshark V2 X. I tried to register the product ID and serial number, but unfortunately, I was informed that it was already registered, but not with my Razer ID. As I understand it, this means I won’t be able to access the 7.1 surround sound. I couldn’t find another solution, so I would really appreciate your help. :(

Hello Razer people.I recently bought a Razer Huntsman V3 pro, and it has worked okay some days until now where I can't type or anything with it. The macro keys op in the right corner are responsive, but nothing else works, responds, or does anything. I don't understand how a keyboard can light up but can't work as a keyboard or type or anything besides showing me many colors. So anyone know any kind of fix or anything? Have tried the latest firmware/software update, the new Synapse app downloaded but still no response. So Please anyone help me.Also another thing. When i played FIFA the keyboard acted as player 1 and 2 and pushed my actually Controller down as player 3? Why should a keyboard act as a Controller and be above my actually Controller? I have Disabled before now in Device manager. But why would one want a keyboard to act like a Controller?

Hello, I am very happy Razer blade 15 advanced (2019) owner and as my laptop ages, I have started to question if it is possible to upgrade certain hardware within the laptop? I am out of warranty and not worried about problems with that, but am asking to both the community and/or any Razer employees that would actually like to be helpful (not going to lie, Razer support has been a terrible experience for me over the years) for their input? I can’t seem to find many sources, though I am getting the idea that the difficulty of upgrading in descending order is RAM->CPU->GPU which is coincidentally the order I’d look at things.Just putting this here hoping for a helpful discussion so I can see if it is better to pursue possibly upgrading components of my machine, or to better look at upgrading to a new machine altogether  when the time comes. My laptop is still very much a functional piece of hardware (I only have had to replace my battery once) but I am still asking for the future .
