Hi,so I unfortunately mistook and made my user account in a wrong region, if anyone knows how i can change my region please.Cause i play survivor.io and its not supported in this region 😭😭

razer's naming scheme is confusing the hell out of me. v2, v3, x hyperspeed, pro, etc. i really like the design of the basilisk, but the few i found under $100 USD either did not have bluetooth or rechargeable. which of the models do have these 2 criterias? i might stretch my budget to $150 usd if it means there is a basilisk model that for this criteria... 

I got Razer Kraken Kitty V2. I register my headset already but I could not find where to get my activation code for 7.1. I try to get it from “Request a New Activation Code” but they keep telling me to register my headset, which I already did. I thought they want to me to do it again, but it told me the headset is already registered. I was trying to solve this by myself by clicking links but it is looping and not helping at all, so I gave up. I am confusing. Could someone please explain what is the problem and how can I solve this. 

I have a razer hustsman v3 pro mini keyboard, and have snaptap mode installed on the synapse app. But after playing Valorant for a few rounds, that mode disappears, and can only be turned back on if the connection cable is unplugged and plugged back in. How to fix it

I am experiencing an issue with my Razer Ornata V2 keyboard where the numbers located above the letters are not functioning, while all other keys are working properly. I have attempted to update the keyboard’s firmware, but unfortunately, the issue persists. I would greatly appreciate any guidance or assistance in resolving this matter. Thank you. 

I purchased a Blade 15 a couple of years ago. When I received it, I was having problems with the wireless network adapter. In my arrogance, I felt confident I could fix the problem myself. In hindsight, I should’ve just sent it in for repair under warranty. C'est la vie.At some point, I managed to shock my motherboard into not responding at all. I’m assuming it was a problem with my static bracelet. Or I was just negligent.Just a disclaimer going forward: Razer has absolutely no province, responsibility, or etc., to honor my warranty or fix my mistakes. I knew full well that I shouldn’t have been tinkering with the laptop; I simply thought it was a simple problem that I could handle. Again, C'est la vie. I’m here to ask about how precise a motherboard replacement has to be. I’ve seen results show up on eBay and such that offer the chance to purchase a Razer Blade motherboard but the semantics never aligned or made me feel comfortable in purchasing the replacement.  How much leeway do I

my mouse suddenly starting to go to the top left corner of the screen, even when I try it in a different computer I have followed the guide for resolving mouse tracking issues an nothing worked , after two days I tried the same mouse and it suddenly worked but it started to go to the top left of the screen again , and when I try to update my firmware a massage keeps popping up and says I need to close synapse even thought I deleted it and reinstalled it.

I have the Kaira pro for ps5. Everything is working besides gaming mode. I read in the book it came with that u can listen to real time audio while playing ps5. So when I try to play music using my phone I can’t hear my game. Also the app it tells u to download works only during Bluetooth mode so how would I customize my eq for gaming if it won’t connect when I’m playing ps5 at all. I’m on the latest update for the headset and I can’t find anything on this online. Hopefully this forum will help.

hello,Currently using a 5.1 system for audio but making the step to a clean desk. I enjoy gaming (without headsets and this is why I am looking at this soundbar.My wife's office is next to mine so sometimes I use my Steelseries headset (high end, optical connection) for meeting and gaming. Question, how do you guys connect your headset? Jack from headset station to Leviathan? headset directly into the sound section of your motherboard?Is your setup so that when you turn on your headset, the speakers turn off? I'd love some input!

Is it possible to connect Mouse and Keyboard on the same dongle and then I saw a keyboard which can connect with more than one device, when I switch to another device will the mouse also connect to the next device?

My friend just bought Razer Pro Click, compared to mine (Razer Naga Trinity) the horizontal scroll could not be tilted continuously. So when he has to scroll he needs to tilt repeatedly. I did look on synapse setting, but there may not be continuosly tilting scroll setting available. Am I missing something here or just Pro Click does not have this simple feature? Thanks

I Got this for 50 dollars at walmart and i didnt do anything with it until i got home and plugged it in and barley anyone know what im saying becasue of the mic sounding so damn pixelated

so i was trying to coneect my wirless keyboard and mouse to my pc and the keyboard wont stay on so i connected it using the razer app and reconnected the keyboard to the dongal usb and it wont stay on without a cord is there a way to turn on the keyboard when not plugged in or? cause idk what to do

Just bought Razer Huntsman Pro V3 TKL. I don’t quite like the mushy feel from its linear optical analogue swithes. Plus the press force is kind of heavy to me. I need to 100% confirm if the Optical Analogue Gen 2 switches pre-installed on Huntsman Pro V3 TKL are truly hot-swappable and not soldered on the pcb.  Please also list compatible versions of Razer optical clicky switches which can be used on this keyboard. Any confirmed information would be of great help. Thank you! 

I have a Blackwindow-v3pro keyboard, model number is RZ03-0353，Since upgrading to the latest firmware（device version 3.02.01）,I have found that when I usd the wireless mode, including hyperspeed-2.4g link or bluetooth link, if i need charge my keyboard with cable（for charging only，no connect to PC,the wireless mode automatically fail.However the original firmware （device version maybe start with 2？）does not have this issue，i could usd my keyboard with wireless mode while  charging. After the equipment ages, it occasionally needs to work while charging. How can I solve this problem

Hi guys, I have a Razer Blade 15 (2023) and I really don’t wanna mess up the battery. I use my laptop everyday and during that time I keep it plugged in with the battery saver mode active at 80%. Now my question for you guys is do I keep it plugged in while it’s in sleep mode or should I unplug it every time I’m not using it? I had a cheap asus gaming laptop before this and I basically kept it plugged in 24/7 for 3 years and I’m too scared to see what the battery looks like now lol. Just wanna take better care of the Razer and want some insight, thanks!

Hello there,I have a brand new Basilisk V3 mouse, when i plug it to my computer it everything in the mouse work except the optical sensor, i can not move the pointer, all other 10 buttons are working very good.I have win11, and already have the razer synapse program. I tried to search for the same problem but found nothing.Anyone had this problem before or know how to solve it?

Hi, my Steelseries keyboard is about to die slowly, and i wanted to buy a razer keyboard again, since i was so satisfied with my Blackwidow v1 and had it for 5 years, without any problems. But when i look at any of the keyboards, i cannot change the layout to Nordic? But i have found some Nordic layout keyboards on Danish online stores, but i am more looking towards other than green switches. Because the clicking is too much after 10 min. So my question is.. Do Razer really not make Nordic layout keyboards anymore?.. 

Installing Razer Synapse almost defeats point of high end mouse… But because many games cannot handle high polling rate - i was forced into it. Right after installing Razer Synapse mouse turns heavy and less reactive when making small adjustments - it is hard to select unit etc. I always tried to avoid Synapse as it makes mouse movement literal shit… See nothing was done about this years too… And it is probably mouse movement logger… On every gaming forums also i hear ppl avoid it at all costs… IT IS JOKE!
