Hello, I am not able to charge my phone anymore and wanted some guidance on how to go about it? I understand Razer does not have warranty for this device but is there someone who can direct me to how to get replacement part for the phone. I've tried searching but to no avail. I'm also wanting to know the cost of USB-C Port repair?

Long story short the shelf I have above my pc fell under the weight of new textbooks and hit the dongle sticking out of the front of my PC. What do I do? The warranty expired over a year ago and Razer does not sell replacement dongles for my Orochi V2. Do they expect me to just buy a new mouse?  Thank You.

When i put it on the dock, it charges for a minute or so before shutting off (indicated by the lighting), ceasing the charging. the battery is still warm to the touch afterwards however. Thanks in advance for the help! 

I have a problem, while cleaning my keyboard I removed the spacebar keycap and when I put it back, it didn't fit well anymore. In my country, razer huntsman v3 pro costs 6500PHP ($113) and Wooting 60HE costs 11950 ($208). Is it worth getting the wooting over the razer if the price difference is almost half? I was also wondering if the difference in performance is a lot or almost the same.

Hey, my razer blade batteries keep swelling. The original battery lasted 3.5 years but swelled to the point the touchpad wasn't working properly anymore (but that was resolved when I removed the battery). The last two I bought on amazon, just lasted a few months. I'm not sure what to do. 

How can I optimize my AMD Ryzen 9 7900XTX or 7950X3D for lower power consumption and heat generation while maintaining high performance during streaming and gaming? Also, what is the best streaming software for this specific setup?

My razer basilisk v3 mouse is stuck on free spin mode for the scroll wheel and i can’t change it to tactical mode through the button on the mouse or through the app. I switch to tactical through the app, but it stays in free spin. please help.

Hello,i live in turkey I bought a razer blackwidow v4 pro yellow switch keyboard 1 month ago but the S and D keys started typing twice and the Ü key sometimes stopped typing. Unfortunately, as far as I can see, this has been going on for a long time. I took it to the place I bought it from today and they will send it to service. How can this problem occur in such an expensive keyboard? So is there no solution? So much time has passed? If there is a physical manufacturing defect, can it be replaced? If it is software, when will it be solved with software?I also tried synapse 3 and the new beta version but it doesn't make a difference. Polling rate change doesn't make a difference either.

So just recently started having this is issue where I'm ADS in a shooter game and my character moves backwards when holding down the left trigger. Also noticed it does the same when pressing my right joystick to the left direction lol. None of it makes sense but wondering if anyone has encountered a similar issue and has a fix? None of the buttons have ever been modified everything is default 

First time poster here, I've noticed a fair few items have color variety yet the top tier items come in only the classic black, Razer you guys are missing a market, I personally want the white barracuda pro headset and a few other bits in white to match all my other gear like the mouse dock and even your speaker range needs color variety. 

After 3 years of use my mouse’s battery now only last for 5-10 hours, so I have to charge it every day instead of once per week.  What battery is used for the mouse? I want to order a replacement.  I assume it is a cheap mass produced thing that only costs a few dollars.

razer's naming scheme is confusing the hell out of me. v2, v3, x hyperspeed, pro, etc. i really like the design of the basilisk, but the few i found under $100 USD either did not have bluetooth or rechargeable. which of the models do have these 2 criterias? i might stretch my budget to $150 usd if it means there is a basilisk model that for this criteria... 

I got Razer Kraken Kitty V2. I register my headset already but I could not find where to get my activation code for 7.1. I try to get it from “Request a New Activation Code” but they keep telling me to register my headset, which I already did. I thought they want to me to do it again, but it told me the headset is already registered. I was trying to solve this by myself by clicking links but it is looping and not helping at all, so I gave up. I am confusing. Could someone please explain what is the problem and how can I solve this. 

I have a razer hustsman v3 pro mini keyboard, and have snaptap mode installed on the synapse app. But after playing Valorant for a few rounds, that mode disappears, and can only be turned back on if the connection cable is unplugged and plugged back in. How to fix it

I am experiencing an issue with my Razer Ornata V2 keyboard where the numbers located above the letters are not functioning, while all other keys are working properly. I purchased a Blade 15 a couple of years ago. When I received it, I was having problems with the wireless network adapter. In my arrogance, I felt confident I could fix the problem myself. In hindsight, I should’ve just sent it in for repair under warranty. C'est la vie.At some point, I managed to shock my motherboard into not responding at all. I’m assuming it was a problem with my static bracelet. Or I was just negligent.Just a disclaimer going forward: Razer has absolutely no province, responsibility, or etc., to honor my warranty or fix my mistakes. I knew full well that I shouldn’t have been tinkering with the laptop; I simply thought it was a simple problem that I could handle. Again, C'est la vie. I’m here to ask about how precise a motherboard replacement has to be. I’ve seen results show up on eBay and such that offer the chance to purchase a Razer Blade motherboard but the semantics never aligned or made me feel comfortable in purchasing the replacement.  How much leeway do I

my mouse suddenly starting to go to the top left corner of the screen, even when I try it in a different computer I have followed the guide for resolving mouse tracking issues an nothing worked , after two days I tried the same mouse and it suddenly worked but it started to go to the top left of the screen again , and when I try to update my firmware a massage keeps popping up and says I need to close synapse even thought I deleted it and reinstalled it.

I have the Kaira pro for ps5. Everything is working besides gaming mode. I read in the book it came with that u can listen to real time audio while playing ps5. So when I try to play music using my phone I can’t hear my game. Also the app it tells u to download works only during Bluetooth mode so how would I customize my eq for gaming if it won’t connect when I’m playing ps5 at all. I’m on the latest update for the headset and I can’t find anything on this online. Hopefully this forum will help.
