Hello so I have the Razer HyperPolling Wireless Dongle as well as the Razer Mouse Dock Pro I am just wondering which one is better to connect wirelessly, are they EXACTLY the same? Or which one is better in terms of connection?

Hi, ive had my Blade 14 since 2017. It has the OEM samsung 256gb ssd. Upgraded to the Crucial PCIe 3.0 M.2 ssd recommended by lots of users. If the laptop has the old Samsung 256gb ssd or no SSD installed the laptop will turn on. I need help as to why with any new ssd i install it wont turn on.

Hi All,  I’ve been searching all over  internet on this issue but seem like I can’t find any related articles..Just bought the Kishi Ultra and was tempted by Razer website showing on game Genshi Impact on an iPad mini 6 with the Kishi Ultra and make a purchase.   But only realised it doesn’t work at all T.T or am I missing out anything can someone help.   Thank in advance.

This is a youtube link to a clip from my Warzone gameplay displaying the issues I’m having with this controller while gaming. I’ve updated the firmware and even bought a brand new one and am experiencing the exact same issues. My tactical sprint works sporadically, meaning I can’t run when I want to.  And the worst of it is the jump button spams by itself sometimes, making me jump out of the plane at the wrong time, jump sporadically during gun fights, or making it impossible to climb ladders because i jump off when i almost am at the top. Its so frustrating I may just toss this controller and never buy a razer product again!!! Anyone else experience this with Call of Duty or am I alone? I’m sure I can’t be the only one. Please respond with any sort of comments or solutions! Thank you!

One thing ive seen and had an issue that i could kick myself about is. Upgrading ram requires re training which takes time. Black screen and keyboard lighting up is completely normal. Just let it do its thing. Its retraining the ram. It can take up to 15 minutes according to Corsair. It took mine 2 minutes. Previously I gave it 30 second. Completely forgot bout the retraining process because on the PC you have the LEDs telling you what its doing. Additionally. After waiting until it finall rebooted after upgrading from 32 to 64, I got 100s of errors. It just needs to reboot 1 or 2 times to reconfigure itself. and then a few more times before you get back to instant logins. This was with upgraing the 2024 razer 18 300hz 4090, 14900k from the default 32 to 2x Currys 32GN individual Crucial ram sticks, not pair which now work prefectly fine

While my headphones were working normally, yesterday they suddenly started to appear as separate Bluetooth connections. What is the solution to this?

Ok so this is strange and doesn’t bother me at all but when I plug my headphones into my ps5 and charge it while playing there is a faint music playing in my right ear and I’ve checked everything on my ps5 I even disconnected it from my internet and it still played only while plugged into my PlayStation again this doesn’t bother me at all and it doesn’t do it when I use the Bluetooth thing but I just thought it was strange 

Basically have been troubleshooting the issue of my chroma devices on my PC flickering and dimming off and on for the last week or so. I think I isolated the issue to it happening whenever my Aether bulbs and light bar are connected to synapse (even when synapse overide is not on) can I use a wifi extender to see if that fixes the issue, it might be because I’m not even on the same floor as my router. However it also worked fine for the previous months and the issue recently happened a few weeks back. 

Has anyone suspected that Razer has a planned obsolence policy in action for all of its Laptops. The laptops that I am referring to are those with a three pronged AC/DC power jack which is soldered to the motherboard. These jacks are doomed to failure. With months of movement of the recharger cable, the two thinner prongs break off and charging becomes impossile, converting an expensive laptop into an equally expensive door stop. It takes several months for this to occur, so the break usually happens after your warrenty has expired. Since the  repair is a replacement of the motherboard, it is quite expensive so many people will just buy a new laptop… a financial benefit for Razer. It may be that the newest laptops have an AC/DC jack that connects to a motherboard socket, but that does not help thousand sof customers that have laptops from before 2023. I currently own a Razer Blackwidow and I have custom lighting profiles I’ve created for Genshin Impact and Honkai Star Rail that are set to activate when opening the game and deactivate when closing it. I also have a “default” lighting profile that I like to call my “neutral” profile. If I’m not in either of those games that is the profile my keyboard is supposed to be at.Oftentimes, mostly upon startup, I’ve noticed that the lighting likes to default to my HSR lighting profile, even when the game is not launched or active. The only fix for this is to either open synapse entirely and set it to my “neutral” or, if it works, the synapse popup in the taskbar. I’ve searched all over Synapse 3 to find a way to ensure a default and haven’t found one.Is there any way to default my lighting profile to my “neutral” lighting?

I honestly love this gaming mouse to the moon and back BUT the only downfall is the mouse kills the battery fast and I should’ve bought the rechargeable one at the time I bought the one I currently have!! Overall I still love it!!!!! Different category: I’m not a huge fan of the Huntsman mini white special edition keyboard only for the simple fact that I have to use the “FN” key to use the “F1-F12” key for certain games I play on pc  

Greetings!I’m encountering two significant issues - I’m utilizing an outdated keyboard to compose this comment.1 - After installing the latest firmware update, using the “HuntsmanElite_0226_FirmwareUpdater_v1.22.00_r1.exe” file from your website, my keyboard started to repeatedly spamming keys after that. To try temporarily stop this, I had to simultaneously press a minimum of 4 arbitrary keys, but his solution was, again, temporary as the issue tends to recur frequently!2 - Following a suggestion, from your video on YouTube, I attempted to RESET my keyboard using the ESC + CAPS LOCK + SPACE BAR keys. The keyboard underwent a color change, displaying rainbow colors, and a white led  “1”, beneath the END button lit up.
