Hello,Unfortunately I have a problem as you can see in the photo. I once worked with a mini grinder and unfortunately it slipped and fell on my keyboard and unfortunately my keyboard now has a paint defect. Is there a housing for the Blackwidow V3 Pro or perhaps a grinder or spray can so I can repair it? What spray paint does Razer use? LG

So the 2023 Blade 14 and 16 can run 64gb 5600mhz memory but my Blade 18 will only run the 64gb at 5200mhz. Currently I’m limited to the 32gb if I want 5600mhz. Is Razer working on a update to fix this?

I was putting the caps back on after cleaning my keyboard and forgot to put the “kickstands” in. Snapping the left-side one off. Can I buy a replacement?

Hi, everyone. Just 4 days ago I purchased Deathstalker v2 pro, Viper v2 pro and Blackshark V2 pro (all wireless). The mouse and headset works fine without any problems. But when I connect my keyboard to my PC via 2.4Ghz there is frequent disconnection, lights on some rows goes out, lights are set to static but they keep on cycling. The Bluetooth and wired mode work fine on this keyboard.  So far I have tried to pair it with my Viper v2 pro using hyperspeed but no good. It actually makes the mouse go crazy like there is lag and frequent disconnections. The firmware is updated to latest on all 3 devices. Synapse 3 is installed then uninstalled and then reinstalled. Windows is reinstalled once again. Changed to different USB ports but no luck.  Now, the head scratching part. All this is happening on the new PC I have built 4 days ago. None of this happens on my laptop. It works flawlessly on my laptop, all three of them wireless. Now from this I’m assuming that my motherboard usb ports ar

Hello, i have a problem with my Wolverine V2 Chroma controller on Xbox. Yesterday i got a firmware update or something on the "Razer Controller Setup For Xbox" app and since then, whenever i launch the app, the controller disconnects and reconnects constantly not allowing me to change from one mapping configuration to another anymore. 

It's currently at 4% battery and even if I plug in the cable and turn the mouse off if will just flash red. But as you can probably tell the mouse is receiving electricity because otherwise it wouldn't light up red if I have turned it off.

why cant i buy Razer PWM PC Fan Controller with my razer gold??

Just 1 day ago i spilt a bowl of cereal on it and i dont know what to do  

My old deatheradder v2 that i had owned for 5 years gave up two days ago so i went to the local PC-Hardware store and picked up an replacement (Deathadder v3). I plugged it in and noticed that my right mouse button does not register when pressing it. The issue ain’t the button since it seems to work but the press are just not registrered. The left one works fine. I tried to update my Synpase and both the drivers and the firmware of the mouse to no avail. I also noticed that the “newst” firmware that Razer got for the mouse are from 2013. Anyone got a fix for this problem? 

Hello, I recently bought a Razer Barracuda. ​​The place I bought it from said that it had a THX feature, and in the booklet that came in the box, it told me to register my device and then activate the THX feature. After registering and registering my device, I downloaded the synapse and THX applications. When I opened the THX, it asked for an activation code. When I searched on the internet, I came across two things. One of them said that the THX feature is active in Barracuda and does not require a code. The other one is that you can register the headset and receive an activation code via e-mail for free. I am very confused. What should I do to activate THX? I would be very happy if you help me.

I was wondering if anyone else has had their top plate on the base station v2 try to pop up a little around the sides. 

My kraken v3 pro just died from nowhere, only the 3.5mm works but it doesnt seem to recognize at synapse, ive tried to update firmware and successfully update the dongle but no matter what i do i cant update the headset, it shows up that way:(I’m brazilian)The bar finishes but it doesnt update.

What undervolts have you achieved with this CPU? I am messing around to try and find a good stable setting. Seems much more sensitive than the previous i9.

I am currently using a Razer BlackWidow V4 75% keyboard. I am having an issue where many of my keys are double typing unless I click them super fast. I have uninstalled Razer Synapse completely and I am still having issues. I'm also plugged into a USB 3 port and my windows is up to date. This post alone was a pain to type, please help me with any solutions. Thanks

Basically what the title says but I was play overwatch and it started to disconnect and reconnect almost instantly and has been doing so for about 10 minutes. I uninstalled Synapse 3 and reinstalled it, I have checked if updates were needed, I am at a lost on how to fix this. Any solutions or should I go buy a new mouse? If so, any suggestions that arent Razed mouses!
