YoUsing my Razer Blackshark V2 with the **** synapse razer central app and my MIC VOLUME keeps going down on its own lol…Anyone else had that isse that and knows how to fix it?

What is the colour and what type of lighting u use on your set up and what colours would look good on a full razer set up?My colours are purple or spectrum cycling. Have a nice day

Hey, so I just recently purchased the Viper V2 pro wireless gaming mouse, and I have a question about the battery protection. As most moderen technological devices, battery protections are seen everywhere. I am curious of if the the Viper V2 pro wireless has such a thing or if the Razer SYNAPSE has one. 

Just got the chair. Not even a month old. Tried everything and there is a slight tilt to it horizontal and vertically. Is something getting loosened up what’s going on?

Hello, I bought this sound system for my PC!I would like to know if it is possible that when I turn off my PC the speaker lights also turn off?In the synapse settings I checked: turn off the lighting when the screen is off.But when I turn off my PC, the lights which were configured in white statistics go into spectrum cycle.On the other hand, when my PC goes to sleep after 1 hour of inactivity, the speaker lights go out.How can I make it automatic (without having to press the control button for 3 seconds) so that it turns off?Thank you for your response, sorry for my English, I'm French :)

Hi everyone, i am sure i am not the only one left handed in this community 😄 i was thinking about what if there was a left handed version of Basilik V3 Pro? It is playable when i use the original one however when i switch it to my right hand it feels amazing like i wish i was right handed so i could experience that mouse how it has to be. Gladly would love to hear any thoughts on this topic ❤️

have you ever thought about people who only have the use of 1 hand like myself im left handed cannot use my right i have the naga left hand edition but have you thought of something like the tartarus and incorporating a mouse as the palm rest most games need mouse for look and wasd for movement the naga is fantastic but a little restrictive for example with the sheer number of functions required for most games i usually give up the strafe function all though very useful not easy and im sure there are people like myself who would be willing to pay for this just to be more competative and have more fun playing games

Why does it always say purchase failed whenever I buy things for my friends but the moment I buy the stuff for myself it works again?

So I had bought my Razer Hammer head True wireless Gen 2  November 29 2023 and as of a day or 2 day I had gotten one of them damage to water and bought them from Amazon and sadly did not have the warranty I thought I bought it and I am hoping to find out if there’s anyway I can get them repaired or replaced since I have day them only 129 days 

I’ve tried to find out if my Razer Kraken Kitty Edition has a warranty and of course it asked me for my serial number, so i typed it in and it gave me We are unable to locate your serial number in our database.The serial number may have been entered incorrectly. Please verify and try again. If your product was previously replaced under warranty, please contact customer support for further assistance.I’m so confused because i put in my number correctly, and i even swapped 0 for O and it just won’t work.

I just installed the new synapse update and ever since then, randomly, only discord seems to have stereo audio issues. whether it's randomly lowering/increasing the volume, or randomly switching it from perfectly normal to right/left sided, the update is the main thing to blame. I've been using steelseries sonar for a while as well as synapse and I have had zero issues regarding that fact. I use synapse for the spatial audio on my blackshark V2 and I also haven't had issues with this specifically until I installed the update. if there's a possible patch/fix to this, please let me know.

I can't find anything concrete online, and I'm trying to see if my setup is supported by the new Synapse app. My headset and mouse are both on the list, but I'm not sure about my keyboard. I have the "Razer Cynosa V2" (that's all it says on the bottom of the keyboard, it mentions nothing about "Chroma.") However, it does have full chroma functionality. On the list of compatible keyboards it only lists "Razer Cynosa Chroma V2." Are these two one in the same? I have Razer Blackshark v2 X headphones with 3.5 jack and I’m using THX Spatial Audio for it as a separated app. I understand that for now Synapse can see only headphones with USB sound cards or with wireless connection but the separated THX application can work with any headphones, so why it not included in Synapse? It is very uncomfortable to install the separated THX app, maybe it can be integrated into the Synapse (for example in the new beta)?

Hi all,  I just purchased a white atlas mouse pad (glass).   I have a mamba wireless mouse but it doesn't  work on the new mouse pad.  I mean the cursor doesn't budge.  I tried it at my son's desk on his naga wireless mouse and it too doesn't work.  I have tried surface calibration but it didn't help.  Maybe synapse 2 calibration is broken or maybe the cursor needs to move more to make this work? Anything else I should try?

My mouse was working fine until today. I started my laptop with the mouse plugged in and suddenly the cursor goes straight to the top left and I can´t move it anywhere. The buttons are working, but I can´t move it.Also, the trackpad is working and I also tried to plug the mouse to all my laptop USB doors. Already did what is in here, but nothing seems to work. The only thing that I wasn’t able to do was the calibration through Razer Synpase 2.0.Did somebody had the same problem and found another solution? Or is it any technitian who can help me? Thank you!
