Hi! I’m new to the forums, and I registered just to gather some information. I have a regular Razer Viper that I own for over years now, and it has these sudden disconnect/reconnects. I love playing FPS - and the Viper’s venom has costed me several crucial rounds that result to a loss. Right now, I’m using a different mouse, though I really love the Viper’s profile and would prefer to use it. The Mini is too small for my fairly long fingers.Since RMA and service warranty is out of the room, I’ll just do things myself. So, I’m just asking if any of you guys know the specific JST connector size of the Viper? I tried to look in Google. While I did see Viper MINI and a Viper 8k being mentioned, there was no mention of a regular viper in terms of their JS connectors. Physically, I have opened it, and upon inspection, I really don’t know what I’m looking at specifically. It appears that Razer has frequent issues putting complete PIN code numbers on their cards.  I purchased two cards totaling $310.  I put i a ticket and the next day I get a message saying the cards were redeemed the day I put in a ticket.  I didn’t get the PIN code information and didn’t redeem the cards.  So who got the PIN code information?  Is Razer running some sort of scam on their customers.  I have purchased thousands in Razer cards, and they refuse to respond and explain how or where those cards could be redeemed.  Until I am reimbursed, I will never purchase another card and I will recommend to anyone thinking of buying a card to forget it.  Obviously, Razer has no intentions of supporting their customers and has known for some time that they have issues with their 14 digit PIN codes being properly printed on their cards.  

Ive tried multiple times to register my razer deathadder chroma but it doesnt recognise the serial number. When i registered it on the razer synapse 2 it was detected but said that i cant register it there and i need to register on the razer website. Whenever i do try to register it on the razer website it doesnt regonise the serial number.

Hi, I am new to the Razer/Synapse ecosystem, having bought a Basilisk v3 mouse last month. I would like to now pair it with a new keyboard, likely an Cynosa v2, or if I decide to splash out, a Huntsman v2. I use the calculator button on my current Microsoft media keyboard a lot, and would like same functionality going forwrads. So my question is whether Synapse would allow me to task a single key e.g. one of the F1-12 keys to automatically launch the calculator in Windows 11?

On the Deathadder V3 Wired model, every time I turn the computer on and off, the hz drops as if the 1000hz mouse has switched to 125hz mode and I have to plug and unplug the cable every time to fix it. Not only that, I cannot use the mouse on the usb 3.0 port, it does not work directly. I have to use it on the usb 2.0 port. Razer needs to release a firmware update etc. whatever solution they can find (my motherboard ports work fine, I don't have any problems with my other mice)

Hi,Please help. My Razer basilisk Ultimate stop working wirelessly. I tried reinstalling Synapse but no changes. I also tried Updating the dongle firmware but stuck to 40 percent only.  I tried pairing the dongle and mouse, both are detected but PAIRING FAILED. How to fix this please.

So my razer kraken v3 x is brand new and i just installed synapse today,i wanted to configurate it in synapse but it didnt show up so i tried almost every possible ``solution`` i could find but nothing helped,i reinstalled it like 10 times,did the troubleshoot thing,tried repairing it but nothing worked.Also everything works fine and it shows up in device manager.Now i seriously wonder if that headset even is compatible with razer synapse 3,it says it is but it just doesnt seem like it is.If anyone was in the same situation i would love to get a solution:)

My orbweaver is having very laggy keys since a few weeks. I have been using the orbweaver since a few years and i never had any issues. I’m mostly using it for world of warcraft retail and classic. On both the versions i’m having the problem.  The synapse version i have is 2.21. I recently removed synapse from my windows 11 pc, disconnected the orbweaver. Reboot the pc. Installed synapse again and connected the orbweaver. The problem was solved for a couple of days. I tested the input on my notepad in windows and see the same input lag from the keys. So its not a world of warcraft problem.Perhaps going to an older version of synapse can fix the problem?!

Hello, I rely on your expertise,I plan to buy the RAZER THUNDERBOLT™ 4 DOCK CHROMA, I would especially like to be sure that my purchase perfectly meets my needs.I have a lot of difficulty obtaining precise information on a particular technology. The Thunderbolt 3/4.I have a Thunderbolt 4 port on my computer and I would like to install more accessories (external SSD, hard drives, etc.)My question is :- Are the USB port speeds shared or independent?If I connect 3 SSDs via USB-C 10Gbps, will I have 10Gbps per SSD without loss of speed when the 3 SSDs are used?- I have a WQHD 21/9 HDR and 165hz screen, will I benefit from 165hz in addition to HDR?Currently in HDMI I am limited to 85hz, and in USB-C I am limited to 100hz.Thank you in advance for any answers you can send me.

Is anyone else getting the edge-stitching pattern imprinted on their wrists after using this thing? Its seriously uncomfortable and now im considering the Firefly V2 since it doesn't have this weird edge stitching.

So, I recently started using my blackwidow chroma again, everything was working fine until i installed synapse. Suddenly several keys would not work. So I closed synapse in the task bar and task manager and suddenly the keys work again. I was the 2 and the S key.So is there a setting I am missing, or is synapse just bugging out.If synapse is the problem, is there any alternative method to control the lighting on the keyboard? Like a 3rd party program.I mostly use my keyboard for FL Studio Any feedback would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

Hi all.I’m a PC gamer and looking for a gamepad in order to enhance my enjoyment on flight sim and other games.The problem that I have is, I have some trouble with my thumb (long term injury) so it’s easier for me to move the stick from left to right than up and down.Does anyone know if any version of the Razer Wolverine has customisable X and Y axis dpi/sensitivity. As when I try to move the stick up and down, due to added pressure I can’t help but over compensate side to side.Ideally I need a controller where I can lower the side to side sensitivity slightly but keep the up and down at a normal speed.

I did not receive the product key via e-mail and I cannot use the headset in 7.1 surround mode.

Well i reseted my pc after 4 years cuz i needa some new freshair after i did this i noticed a diffrence in my sound i looked everything up and found out that my 7.1 surround sound is disabled. I wanted to activate it again but i need my serial number, since i have the Razer blackshark v2 pro (2020) 4 years the serial number sticker is ripped off from the side can i activate 7.1 anyhow else or do i need a new headset I look forward to hear from u :-)

Scroll and right mouse work fine can click desktop or else but my left mouse not working when i click on it no sound and not working 

I recently bought the razer huntsman V2 TKL and i love the keyboard for the most part. What i don't like is how mushy the keys can feel from the sound Dampeners it seems like. Is there a way i can remove them from the switches at all to be more like the V1 version of the keyboard? Thanks!

According to Razer EU-EN Store, I can only get QWERTY US layout Blade to almost ANY EU country, but not Germany. Is there any way to obtain the QWERTY US Blade in Germany without forward freighting? According to Razer Limited Warranty, the Warranty is only valid in the country of purchase (read - not Germany). Thinking back to the battery problems, I don't want to be punished and stuck without a warranty just because I want to have a laptop with a standard keyboard. What should I do? I'm either stuck with QWERTZ (which is horrible as I am programming) or I'm stuck without a warranty (which is horrible once the battery starts swelling).

Hi! I was wondering what could be the possible fix for the battery percentage stuck at 1 percent? This actually happened to me before and I simply ran the firmware update which fixed the issue and I tried running it again but it wouldn’t fix the issue again since my firmware is already updated. I tried reinstalling Synapse but to no avail the issue still persists together with doing the hard reset.Currently I can only use the keyboard when it is directly connected through the cable and it wouldn’t let me connect via Bluetooth of 2.4.
