Hi! I was wondering what could be the possible fix for the battery percentage stuck at 1 percent? This actually happened to me before and I simply ran the firmware update which fixed the issue and I tried running it again but it wouldn’t fix the issue again since my firmware is already updated. I tried reinstalling Synapse but to no avail the issue still persists together with doing the hard reset.Currently I can only use the keyboard when it is directly connected through the cable and it wouldn’t let me connect via Bluetooth of 2.4.  

Hi everyone, I was here wondering if any of you also got confused about the Razer Keyboards super extensive Switches offering.To give you some context, my first Razer Keyboard was a Razer BlackWidow Ultimate bought in 2013,subsequently, in 2016, my brother started gaming and I bought the newest model of the Razer BlackWidow Ultimate to gift the old one to him (I have not idea what kind of switches those keyboards had, but i liked both).In 2021, I bought a Razer Huntsman Elite during a trip to the United Kingdom (which I just checked and it is equipped with Purple Switches). I was a fool not to think and check that it came equipped with an UK Layout rather than an US Layout - which became a problem for me.Because of the fact that when I first purchased my first Razer BlackWidow (gaming keyboard) I was previously gaming on my old Macbook Pro keyboard, the wow effect was very intense, I went from hell to heaven and played for years with this keyboard. Anybody have directions for disassembly of Razer Atheris? My MMB click is resistant and I think it needs to be removed and given a clean.

I want to put in the suggestion that Razer develops a 2024 edition of the beautiful full black Razer Barracuda X that is able to wirelessly connect to Xbox. I think it is such a shame that this is not already a feature. There are also no current options other than the Steel Series Arctis 1’s that wirelessly connect to Xbox yet lack bluetooth connectivity. Obviously there are the Official Xbox Headset but its ugly and no one wants to wear it outside, it is also very bulky. Now, the Razer Barracuda X has a sleek design which would be able to be used as a gaming headset and regular headphones. I think here there is a major market and motivation to create such an edition especially if it is kept at the same price point.  I know I would certainly be instantly picking these boys up if it were to happen. 

The day before yesterday everythoing was ok, but yesterday the headset stopped working. I dont have any  sound or mic. I dont think  the headset itself broken, but there is something with the driver of software.The reason why I believe this, is when I start YouTube to test the sound, the clip is not starting - basically telling me there is nothing to play the sound with. I'm on Windows 10 ProI didnt install something new program etc that could cause this. Maybe there was a new update of Razer, but i’m not sureI did get a message the day before yesterday that - and i'm not completly sure - i had conflicting profiles and which one shoudl be  used. All profiles where old (from 2023) and I chosen the newest version from the cloud. I tried to update the firmware from the Razer website.I tried to remove it from Microsoft Device Manager, but as soon as I remove it it is installed again.I remove it from Sound Settings, and i came back againI removed profiles and tried making new again (I don’t

Hi ervery one, hope someone can fix my issue. I bought the keyboard Razer ornata v3, and i don’t know why, when im in game, my shift Key got a shortcut to windows, it do the same of windows key.I checked on the software Razer Synapse, but no shortcut assigned.Has anyone had the same problem? Thanks a lot.

Started using it again yesterday and it was working fine. Tried using the mouse again and this happens, I've already cleaned the sensor to the best of my ability.

hello I lost my headphones Razer blackshark v2 pro 2023 dongle, Because of this I can only use bluetooth Mode and can't use Razer  synapse. I tried to buy it on eBay or some other online store, but everywhere only sells the 2020 version, as the description says, it is not compatible with my model. Please advise me where I can buy a dongle that will work on my version. In bluetooth mode I am limited because I can't use razer synapse and wireless mode :(

The LEDs on my Razer Basilisk V3 (wired) are consistently out of sync with the rest of my razer peripherals. When I set my whole setup to white on Chroma, the mouse’s lights are red. With other colors, the lights are some darker, hue shifted variant of the actual chose color. I thought this might be a dead LED, but it’s every light in the mouse at once, and I doubt that they all died at the same time.

I recently purchased Razer Kitsune to play street fighter 6 on PC . Steam recognize the controller however when I launch the game the controller is not responding in ‘PC’ mode. I tried numerous settings to work it out but returned empty handed. Can you help me out here please ? 

Everything works somewhat fine except this single Wheel.I can Increase/Decrease the Volume but cannot Mute/Unnmute. ​​​​​​​When using the wheel to In- and decrease the volume its really unsmooth and doesn’t do it properly

I'm trying to update my system bios from 1.04 to 1.06 but when I run the Razer Updater, it will only run for a second before restarting my system and keeps the bios on 1.04.

Hi, I purchased an order of Razer Gold gift card. But I only got the Pin, I don't have Serial number. As I know, I only need the Pin to redeem the code on website gold.razer.com, but I want to link the Razer wallet with others website, so it requires serial number. How do I get serial number?

I am unable to remap the Mouse Button 4 + 5 keys on the Naga Pro V2 using Synapse 3 Beta. The keys continue to map to their original functions of attempting to change the scroll wheel settings and DPI respectively. However, I was successful in remapping all of the side mouse button functions. Weird thing - If I close Synapse 3 and open Synapse 2 the newly bound functions for Mouse Button 4 + 5 work. They don’t however work with Synapse 3 Beta open. Has anyone else experienced this issue or have any suggestions on possible fixes?

I have an issue with my cursor randomly freezing. After some research, I have concluded that I need to update my firmware. There is no firmware listed on the Razer site for my mouse. Am I just S.O.L.?

Hello everyone,Recently I’ve bought brand new streamer cam Razer Kiyo Pro. It came in a sealed box. It is my first Razer product and I was positively surprised by the build quality and packaging - overall first impression was great! So I’ve hooked it up to my PC, downloaded Synapse 3 and got a really nice picture from the cam. But… the autofocus which is infamous for hunting for an object all the time was really disappointing.I’ve read some posts on various websites that it has been fixed in recent firmware update. So I’ve downloaded the latest version (v1.05_r1) from Razer support page, tried to run the update and… no luck, got a message that I need to contact Razer support:That was really strange, but OK, I’ve tried to contact Razer Support as suggested. After entering device details (S/N) my irritation level peaked:I cannot get support for a product that I’ve bought brand new in a sealed package! So I just got a Blade 14 2023, doing some tests.Overall I really like it physically, the Mercury edition doesn't show fingerprints like the regular black does. The temps are good and it runs almost silent doing casual stuff.However there's this high pitch noise under load (e.g. Cinebench, Time Spy). Is this normal? The loudness I can accept, but the high pitch I'm not sure...Would be great if owners can chime in.

I have the following issue when trying to use the above shortcut in my Razer Huntsman V2 Analog.Specifically the issue happens when trying to use the shortcut to cycle through any apps that have more than two windows open. So say I have to Chrome windows open on the first spot in my taskbar, the moment I try to hit Win+1 a second time I am not able to go to the 2nd window of Chrome and instead the short just brings me to the first Chrome window I have, seems like it registers as if the windows key is being constantly pressed and released as I’m sometimes able to cycle through the windows if I mash the button quickly enough.I’ve noticed this seems to be an issue caused by Synapse as when I exit the app this behaviour disappears. So far I’ve attempted resetting my keyboard profile in Synapse, however this did not fix the issue. I’ve currently got this version of  Razer Synapse: 20240311Has anyone else encountered this issue?Thanks.
