The Razer Armory

My mouse like two days ago began to stop working well, first when i lift it up (I do it a lot) ot just goes off, also the wheel likes to go all the way down in random times 

I just got this new pair of Razer Hammerhead true wireless for my birthday and after taking both earbuds out of the case the left earbud goes from 67% to 10% in under 55 seconds (rough estimate) and everybody is saying to troubleshoot the earbuds and do a battery calibration and I have no idea how to do that.  I also had a pair of Razer Hammerhead Pro Hyperspeed before I lost them (so I got these) and I never had a battery issue like the new one I got.

im just curios that razer is "top rgb brand" but dont care about creating rgb effects. id buy suscription from a razer software than had to buy a 3rd party rgb maker. id like to give my idea to an high level razer. I thanks to community for your rgb effects but i have to honest that is not good as smth made by a team, this is why i had to pay to signalrgb to have awesome rgb effects. im very sure that many rgb razer lovers would pay a reasonable suscription to get amazing rgb effect without effort to coding, (u couldnt do game integration with a razer kit btw)  I need the help of all of you to give my idea to an high level, in my opiniong this would be an idea that all of us will be benefit.

Since the latest Razer Synapse update, my Cynosa V2 keyboard doesn’t light until after I log into Windows. (Neither does my Mamba Elite mouse, but that’s less important.) The keys are difficult to read when they’re not lit, so this makes entering my Windows password more difficult than before; the keyboard used to light as soon as I woke it up. Any help?

so while using the Tartarus V2, the d pad sticks and you keep moving in one direction till u press the same direction again. I know a lot of people have this problem while looking through the forums and the one solution is to delete razer synaps. but unfortunately I use a lot of razer products and that's the best way to match and customize RGB. so its either I deal with that annoying glitch and have cool colors and effects. or i delete synaps and don't deal with that glitch but now half my RGB features are useless. I was hoping to bring this back to the attention of the developers to see if u can make a small patch for synaps so the people who use the Tartarus can enjoy there gaming and RGB lights at the same time. Please and thank you.

Can anyone tell me what the difference between the two Ornata v3 keyboards is? And more importantly, why there’s no driver on the support page for the 0447?  Will the 0446 driver work?

Hello everyone, I’m having a strange problem with my new Nommo V2 X. They cut out the beginning (a few split seconds) of a newly played sound on MacOS. It is very noticeable with the short “Boop” or “Mezzo” sounds: they are almost inaudible.To reproduce (on MacOS Ventura):Ensure that no audio output is running (background music etc). Go to System Settings → Sound and select “Boop” as “Alert Sound”. Ensure that “Razer Nommo V2 X” is selected under “Play sound effects through”. Then press the “play” button. You will hear the sound very faintly, if at all. BUT if you press “play” more than once in a second, the sound plays correctly. Also, if background music is playing, the cut-off does not happen.I’m running latest build of MacOS Ventura. I also upgraded the firmware of the speaker, but that didn’t change anything. I also tested multiple computers running MacOS, they are share the problem. I didn’t notice it with Windows, though.Anyone else has this problem?

Hi, The esc, 4, 5 and o illuminate differently to all the other LED’s.  I’ve uninstalled Synapse, reinstalled to latest version, created a new device profile, reset bindings and reset profile in the systems tab thought the issue remains.   I don’t want to configure Visualiser to always off.  I’m stuck where to alter settings so that the four keys above use the same settings as the remainder of the keyboard.  Any ideas? With thanks,

I have a deathadder v2 pro mouse and the charging dock thing. ive switched to a new pc, and i installed synapse, and even though both devices are plugged and connected, the devices do not show up in synapse. i use the right version of synapse for my devices, since i know it worked on my older pc. the devices are registered in my account.please help

Hi!I ve just reinstalled my windows and when I ve reinstalled the razer synapes I can t set as default the THX Spatial audio speaker,I m struggling for hours,I ve register my product and tried to get activation code but it says ‘’Your Razer device is not eligible to receive a 7.1 Surround Sound’’,If i can get some help I would appreciate.thank you!

So my razer keyboard (blackwidow v.3) doesnt have a backquote key (this `) but instead theres a vertical line (this |) I have tried everything and this is my last resort.

Hello community I tried everything to my opinion but I didn't get any positive result How can I  get the joystick from my razer tarantula pro for walking/running in the game instead of the keys w s a d? Remembering that those keys got a secund function for calling some help or supplies so the running shall work too when I am calling some supplies? Regards odi

They show the 200hr. battery life available when looking at all the features. But not at purchase at Razer store checkout. I have found 1 online but it doesn’t say that it has Chroma. And they want $299.00 and only 1 year warranty. And I can’t get any way to talk to a rep at Razer support, Store support, Contact us, Orders, and Talk to us by phone. lol what a waist of a 1/3  of my day.

Hii have bought the chair on july2023, but today the tilt mechanism of the chair just broke .the brakes of the chair won’t hold the mechanism on one point and it would always tilt forward.is there anything to do? The chair is still under warranty. thank you in advance.

The truth is that the equipment turned off normally and no longer turns on but when you press and hold the power button tilila light.Razeer has contemplated this problem on its website and gives a possible solution, which in my case does not work. I have taken it to a technician and he tells me that the ideal is to have the diagram, so I go to the forum, if someone has happened the same or something similar and what are the solutions you found, if you found them.Thanking in advance to each and every one of you for your help.Jose Miguel)

As the title suggests, while the keyboard is connected steam will not open, once disconnected it opens fine, and once reconnected it instantly crashes.I have a Razer Huntsman Analogue and would be interested to hear of any other people with the same problem.
