Sorry if this has been answered already, but I did not see anything relating to this. I’m running my Xbox series X into my home theater audio system. It’s a 7.2.2 system and I’m playing games that are encoded with Dolby Atmos, Forza horizon five. Everything is great when I’m using my razor wolverine, V2 controller, until I plug a headset in to use for party chat. Once I plug, the headset in my Xbox will only output stereo sound to my home theater speakers. As soon as I unplug the headset for my wolverine it changes back to Dolby Atmos. As a test, I did the same thing with the XBOX standard wireless controller. When I plug my headset into that, the audio remains outputting Atmos to my HT system, as it should. So this is an issue that is specific to the razor Wolverine V2.  I have changed audio settings around via the Xbox menus, and when my headset is plugged into my razor, it will not output anything but stereo, even if I try to select it from the Xbox menus.  Has anyone else come acro

I have a Basilisk X Hyperspeed and it suddenly stopped working.My notebook (Macbook Pro M1 2022) is not finding the mouse on the bluetooth connections, even though i have reseted the mouse. If i try to connect to a Windows PC, it show 'Dfubasilisk', and it connects to the device, but the mouse does not work. It's like the mouse firmware is not working anymore.I've seen some people had the same issue, but couldn't find anyone that has solved it. Does anyone knows the solution for this problem?Thanks in advance.

The manual calibration on my v2 is just plainly superior to the smart tracking option. I really hope there’s plans for adding it as right now it feels wonky. Would love to hear whether it’s in the works or not.

I’ve had my Wolverine V2 for just over a year and the M3 button broke.  After looking through the internet, this is not uncommon unfortunately.  It has a design flaw where the neck of the button breaks due to pressure on the button.  I contacted Razer support but they would not offer support because it was past the year mark for the warranty, annoying.  So I decided to fix it with my 3D printer.  If you are also past warranty or have a  broken one on hand and would like to fix your $150 controller, see video for details 

I had my Razer Wolverine V2 chroma for 1.5 years and worked nearly flawlessly apart from the cable. Now the M4 button broke and I don’t know how to fix it. Any help would be appreciated.

When I use Tornado Black Shark v2pro to play Apex or EA other games on Windows 11, the sound will be loud and very bad. This does not happen when I use Windows 10. What should I do?

So I bought these just yesterday and I still have the receipt and box, but I noticed that my right earbud was draining a whole lot more than my left one. Does anyone know how I can fix this? My firmware is up to date and I have tried charging them both back but nothing works. If it helps then I have an iPhone 11. I can also just return them to get new ones. 

I'm using a Razer Deathadder V2 X Hyperspeed and the scroll wheel isn't scrolling. I've tried resetting the software as well as the mouse but it didnt work. My mouse is only about 3 months old so I'm pretty sure it doesn't have anything to do with the mouse itself. How can I fix this?

The mouse was working fine last night but after I clicked the update and shut down button it suddenly stopped working. I don't have the dongle as its lost and I have been using bluetooth and the usb cable to use it ever since. The pc doesn't recognize the mouse and It wont go into pairing mode either when I press the necessary buttons. The cable doesn't work either but when I plug it in the lights start working so it isnt an issue with faulty cable or anything like that. Can someone please help me with this.

I have this problem, when I try to log into my account for 7.1 surround sound, it gives me an endless download, all other programs log in without any problems, my headphones were registered on this account, now I can’t log into it to activate this function, what should I do?

I just bought this and i was so excited to come home and test it. I turn it up and it sounds AWFUL. Am i doing something wrong ? Are there any settings to fix them or should i just take em back ? I dont think ive heard something worst in my life. On the other hand the reviews are good.. It literally sounds like a 1 dollar earbud.

I’m told my mic sounds very quiet so I tried to use synapse to change my mic levels but synapse doesn’t recognize my headset no matter how many times I restart or remove/reinstall the driver. I’ve tried using with with a cord and pairing it via bluetooth. I still can’t manage to get it to show up in Synapse.
