Hello,So, I have a Razer Basilisk V3. I love the shape and most of the buttons for the mouse; I wish there was more of a visual display color on the top of the mouse when I switched DPI on the fly. Can I set up my colors so that it does that on top? But I digress there.I have several questions all revolving around mice and polling rates. I am including numbers for my questions below to make it easier for you to help me.I prefer wired mice, but I have not been able to find a mouse (of any brand) that I like which has 8000hz polling rate. I know Razer makes the Viper, but the mouse is not right-handed, it is ambidextrous and I found that troublesome when trying to use it. Perhaps I would need to give it time to adjust?1). I disabled the buttons on the right handed side of the mouse, but I still couldn’t get used to it. Should I give it more of a chance? 2). Will the Razer Kishi V2 - USB-C mobile gaming controller(s) receive an official firmware/iOS app update fixing the missing functionality owners are still facing with Apple iPhone 15 devices?   I know everything costs money, and creating the firmware/software to improve iPhone 15 user experience will come at a cost as well as time.  However,  as a Kishi V2 owner that purchased the controller after finding little information on compatibility with iPhone 15 except that the USB-C version does intact work for iOS I didn’t easily find information that it was not fully compatible as it has zero compatibility with your AppStore Software.   While this was a disappointing fact to learn.  And while I am content with the basic functionality available in most cases I’ve ran into so far. I have definitely been holding out a small amount of hope that we would be considered as customers, and that an update to the compatibility would arrive for us so we could enjoy our devices fully.  I hoped this upda

Hello dear Community members. I have purchased Razer BlackWidow V4 pro 100% keyboard with green switches. In Razer store i found that there are orange switches. i want to change from green to Razer orange switches. Is it possible to do it in my keyboard? i do not know if they are hot swappable

I have personally purchased over 100 Razer Gold Gift Cards from Amazon, PayPal, Walmart, Best Buy and various other retail stores. Everyone of them have different procedures and routes that can confuse or even anger the general consumer.*It is worth noting here that as of 05/08/2023, most major companies have removed any possibility of getting a refund from ANY GIFT CARD sold in the market today, including Apple Cards, Google Play Cards, Amazon Gift Cards, Steam Cards,  as well as the Razer Gold Gift Card.

I got the keyboard a while ago. But I discovered that the keystrokes were not fully utilized and I was already at full capacity after half a keystroke. At first I thought it was a Windows or controller setup problem. But now that I've been able to test the keyboard on another system and the same problem occurs there, it's probably the keyboard. Did someone had the same issue or a probely a fix, i would really thankfull.

Looking on how to save my current firmware version so when i update it and come into any issues with a newer update i can revert back to it if needed. please let me know if this is possible or not.

Have a RazerBlade 15 Advanced (2021) RZ09-0409x using standard charger and battery. Battery charging icon appears when laptop is being charged, however once the battery reaches a full charge, charging icon disappears and computer runs in battery mode (reduced performance), even though battery does not start draining in any way. I purchased a replacement battery however this has made no difference, so returned original battery to system. Battery life is still sound, get 2-3 hours from a full charge so believe the battery is ok. Latest BIOS 2.02 installed.

Bought this mouse about 2 weeks ago.  I have used it maybe 5 or 6 times intermittently as I only use it when I don't have access to desktop.  Worked perfectly fine for a few hours today then just stopped.  No indication of low battery, wont work wirelessly or plugged in.  Purchased march 15, 2024.

 It was ok a few hours ago but suddenly the audio became very muffled. When I play music i can hear some parts of the background music but the lyrics sound super soft and weird. When I am playing a game some things i can hear clearly but other things i cannot hear at all especially my teammates talking. I have tried to reinstall the driver also but it does not work. When I try using other headsets, the audio works ok. Can anyone help me?

I have recently acquired a Razer Basilisk Ultimate and it will not charge. It says that it is charging but will stay at 4% and breathing red no matter how long or what way I try to charge it. I have tried every fix to this problem I have read online.Cleaning the pins/port Firmware update Plugging directly into the computer Plugging directly into the wall Plugging the dock into the computer Plugging the dock directly into the wallNothing is working and I am getting very frustrated. The worst part about this is that I got the mouse from someone on Facebook Marketplace as apart of a peripherals set, so I don’t believe I won’t have the necessary information to contact Razer Support. Was hoping that someone with a similar issue would be able to give me a couple other options to try because I really do not want to have to buy a new mouse ore use this one wired in if I don’t have to.

The Razer Raiju Ultimate was working fine with the PS5 on PS4 games until the latest controller update last week or 2 ago.  Anyone have a solution or ran into this problem?

Hello, i made a fresh installation of windows11 on my blade13, but i can not find the drivers for the notebook product number: RZ09-03102G22serial number: BY2036A88803095Windows 11 Version 23H2 (Build 22631.2861)Synapse Version 0.0.76.19 going at the razer size support page, i land here:https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/5498 but there is no driver.when i look at the device manager, many parts of the hardware are not recognized and i can not set things like the display resolution or refresh rate. (it seems like i am running on embeded graphics) any help would be greatly appreciatedcheers! 

Hello. I have IP 15 pro max and i have a question is there a version of Kishi for this phone? It has USB C and don’t see inf. if they did V2 for that one. Thanks for the answer. 

I’ve tried everything i can think of. Just randomly lost audio. Mic still works but no sound at all. I’ve tried reinstalling device. Removing device. Updating device. It shows up in synapse but even the “test” in there doesn’t work. I really like this headset. Any ideas?

Hi there,I'm currently using a Razer Nari headset and have been for sometime and love it. Especially for the dual audio channels (one for gaming and one for chat eg. Discord since its Discord Certified ). However it has seen better days and I am wanting to upgrade to a newer Razer headset but still keep the dual audio channels.What are my options? Your advice would be greatly appreciated.
