The Razer Armory

I have a Blackshark v2 pro and when I use THX audio the only thing it does is make the sound quality worse and does not help me pinpoint where anything is, in fact due to the worse audio quality it seems to be make it much harder to pinpoint anything. THX audio is also very bad for listening to music. Does anyone have a fix for this? Am I doing something wrong, or have I done something wrong? If so then I would be grateful for any type of help even if the help is no good. I like everything about this headset for example the comfort and sleek and cool design, although, the only thing that ruins it for me is the sound quality and THX audio, which is a shame. I found that using it wired makes the sound quality much better, I don't know why that is (I understand better but not much better router login ) could it be that the wireless USB is on a USB 2.0 port? I bought the Razer NOMMO Model-RZ05-0475. They are connect to my computer by way of USB-USB-C cable. The instructions state to connect the speakers to ANY USB port, mine are Blue which I believe is 3.0, and hold the ON button till it turns green which indicates it’s connected to your computer. I’ve done all that and all I get is a BLUE light and the speaker starts making a sound. I’ve checked my connections twice and they are correct. I’m running Windows 11, 23H2. I’ve checked SYSTEM/SOUND and the Nommo doesn’t even show up. I’ve even checked for BLUETOOTH devices and still nothing. I guess you could say I’m lost. Sure could use some help if anyone knows about this. Thanks in advance.

Hi I just recently bought the razor nari ultimate and the it seems to be having a couple of issues like connecting and disconnecting  repeatedly on pc also cant listen to myself to test mic, and on ps5 players talking or any type of shooting keeps echoing in the headset even though I have mic volume all the way down and noise cancelation and feedback reduction on as well. It also seems to be crashing synapse. the headset sounds great but I cant use it on pc anymore and  cant use the mic on ps5 since the echos is so bad.

So i dont know what happened, but my controller dosent wanna work anymore, it blinks twice when i press the power button but it never actually does anything, wont power the xbox, wont flash amything else, im not sure what happened, uve tried to look around a little more but all i saw was videos about just unplugging the xbox for a while then turning it back on (i tried it but nothing really changed) am i doing something wrong? I have trust that it still works i just don't know what it wants

I have been having issues with my d-pad so I tried to reinstall the device and now synapse doesn't detect it.

As the subject stated, Barracuda X turns off randomly without an actually feedback (no warning), and i have to hold the power button and turn it back on from time to time (sometimes every minute). New item, battery charged, did connected to Razer app to turn off auto shut but still nothing solves the issue.Saw few similar threads on the support forum and Razer team locks the thread for additional reply and resort to private messaging with thread owner, which does not help the rest who have this same issue; like myself.

After firmware update razer deathadder v3 pro stopped working in wireless mode(not hyperpolling). But sometimes it connects. How can i fix this issue?

I mistakenly deleted my authenticator app without removing 2FA from my razer gold account.I have no backup codes, email etc and its been a year since I used my razer gold account last time.I totally even forgot I had 2fa on my account.The strange is that when I login back to my account and redeemed some razer gold codes yesterday, 2fa was required on neither of these account activities and now I can't make a payment because of this.

Razer Balistick mouse no longer pairs or shows up in the app. When turned onto 2.4 the mouse pointer freezes and doesn’t move properly. I have taken the usb doogle out and put it back in. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the software synapse and still no luck. When paired the mouse can’t communicate properly.

I got a barracuda and wonder if i get a barracuda x mic it will be compatible.

Is their any place to get a palm replacment part for the tartarus pro the padding is peeling. 

After instaling update nothing changed with thx patial audio it doesnt work and also volume bars on headphones decreases or up sound a little bit, not completely like it was before when i took it all way down to chat i must not hear game but it doesnt work that way now, please help me with that

My Kraken V3 Pros are not completely charging. The light will never go solid green just flashes while pluged in and then turns off.

Just bought razer basilisk ultimate with charging dock 2 days ago and current having major issue with it. Every 4 second the mouse will automatically click by itself and is causing a lot of  inconvenience. The mouse will automatically off like as if there is no battery when the razer synapse show 90% .  Does anyone knows how solve this issue/ problem Thank you

Well, I first thought Razer was tracking in the right direction for the last few BIOS/Synapse updates (max fan toggle, keeping CPU unlocked for undervolting, etc.)This lastest debacle is just sad, though. At this point in time, all Blade 16 and 18 users (of which, many spent ~$4K or more on said devices) are now forced to choose between:Losing the ability to toggle max fans in Custom Mode, which is necessary if you are pushing for performance (who wouldn’t be on a ~$5,000 device like the Blade 18 4090, which is advertised as a Desktop Replacement) or   Losing undervolting, the ability to disable Secure Boot (which is the way to access ru.efi and do BIOS modifications) and ultimately end up with significantly worse performance and louder fan noiseTaking away something that was touted and promised in your device lineup for the year, is not great.
