Hey guys,I get 96g ram on 5600mhz on my Razer 16 and using undervolt function in synapse to keep the machine cool, it all works fine until the new BIOS released last two months.I know the BIOS 2.02 give the option the undervolt protection, but I cann't find the undervolt option in snapse, I use WSL2 a lot, the other software like throttlestop or intel XTU all need to close the some windows features which is eseential to WSL2, which means I still lose the undervolt function in my case. Also I find the ram start working on 5200mhz.I follow the comments in reddit to downgrade the BIOS to 1.07 and the ram go back to 5600mhz, but the undervolt option still missing in Snapse, maybe the Snapse upgrade to the latest version automaticlly? I try to downgrade the Snapse but find no solution.This really trouble me a lot and I don't know why Razer did this, I never saw any company reverse upgrade their product like Razer, maybe plus Apple. When I type V,’ it displays “v5t g” and when | type  B it displays “b00:46 30-11-20236yhn”  all last row keys are working like this and I press shift key I’m getting  similar issue.This was newly purchased  three months ago. Today Razer launched a new update to fix some THX issues, but even with this update problems still remains, audio delays continue, PC take more time to shutdown the system when we try to turn off the PC and weird noises from sounds notifications (web browswer) when using THX enabled. Razer for god sake rollback this update to the funcional previous one, we (users) are tired of these plagued bugs.

Since the last few updates ago, my Razer Nari Essential headset is giving me audio glitches with Discord. I don't hear anyone going into call, coming out of call, when I mute myself, when I share screen, etc....I also have problems with screen sharing, in games like The Binding of Isaac the people who see my shared screen hear the sound of the game music but not the sfx sound effects. I would like to point out that I didn't have this problem before and it happens in more games.After some research I have discovered that turning off audio enhancements instead of selecting the "Default device effects" option solves the problem but it makes the audio enhancements not apply to me and therefore everything I am listening to sounds terrible.  ¿Alguna posible solución?

I noticed that the Razer Kraken Kitty Edition V2 Pro - Quartz has been recently added to the Razer Silver Catalog (the black one has been there for a while, the pink one was recently added), so I decided to aim for it since I had something I needed to load Razer Gold for and my Razer Silver was expiring. I was probably only about halfway to the amount needed (200,000), and after putting in what I needed, I still needed to load up probably around an extra 60k worth, so I just poured everything into Razer Gold (needless to say, skipped Black Friday shopping as well) so that I could redeem Razer Kraken Kitty Edition V2 Pro - Quartz (which I’m aware is pretty silly since that’s putting in an extra 10x compared to just buying it).However, when I finally reach the amount needed and tried to redeem it, it keeps linking me to the checkout cart without giving me a voucher code or anything sort. After the latest Synapse update, the enhancement section is not functioning at all. Nothing changes when I select the music mode or adjust the EQ and it's been like this for a week.

When I slowly touch my thumb to the side buttons, even if I did not click it the buttons move a little bit to inside. This also happens a little bit on the scroll wheels can someone help me?

I can’t find a way to synch my laptop trackpad buttons & my naga left handed mouse:   When I set laptop trackpad  (Win11) to LH  (right button=left click) Naga buttons switch to RH (left button=left click ) but Synapse still show Naga as LH (right button=left click).  So atm my options are either LH mouse & RH trackpad or vice versa. 

Hello, i was moved from HS65 from Corsair to Razer Barracuda X (BLACK EDITION) 2022 after an defect headband from Corsair. When i plugged my dongle and install Razer software like 7.1 and THX, all other peripherals was crashing for not explainations and Windows himself pop-up in events system the Win32K has warning each time. My peripherals reboot in every 30 minutes for no reason. Someone have encounter the issue before and if yes, please tell your experience and if you found an fix or temporary fix to share it.  Im using Windows 11 22h2 with a build over full AMD Setup. Your experience you share could help me to find some tracks and maybe help others. Soo thanks! 

I asking myself a question like if razer made a razer basilisk lightweight version, like something below 70 grams. Many users would like it just because of the handshaoe, I got a V2 by myself and the shape of the mouse fits my hands very well, but sometimes I wished that there would’ve been a weight-reducted version of the mouse with an approximate weight of below 70 grams. It would be insane for those users if it was wireless too. It would like gain a lot of attraction instantly and many people would buy that mouse, including myself obviously too. It would be also more in the competitive market. I am a huge fan of that mouse now since like 4 years and I always waited for like a lightweight version of this.

you know how there's a specific technic to intentionally double click on your mouse? (most known from the minecraft pvp community) well, I tried it on my new viper mini that i just got yesterday and guess what, the double click registered. i thought viper minis have optical switches that don't allow these double clicks to happen? this has been bugging me because I was told that viper minis don't double click. what's the reason?
