Does anyone know if razer plans to sell the kitsune top plates with different designs separately?

I recently bought an 500 USD Gift card of razer gold. And I put it in the website where your suppose to but it gave me only 500 Razer silver and not gold. I tried putting it in again and it said it was redeemed, I tried reloading the page and again it was redeemed.

The mouse that im using rn is the deathadder essential, and whenever i want to scroll down it scrolls up, people say try to clean it but i can’t seem to find the screws to open my mouse

I saw dongle selling online for orochi v2 and on usb dongle it says 2.4 ORC V2 on it. Can I buy that to replace my lost dongle? Thank you

My deathadder was buy 2 years ago, and 1 year ago I change the same mouse from the store I buy (TDDĐ in VN), I think my scroll wheel problem cause by the old mouse, but now, almost the deathadder series all have the same problem, when I my first 2 months after change the mouse, its was ok but after that the scroll wheel going crazy again, yesterday I have clean my mouse and blew dust in the scroll wheel but not effect at all. You guys have any suggestion?

Can you use the Razer Kitsune for FPS games for PC - I have been using a mouse and keyboard to control the games will the Kitsune make things better / easier to use ?

if i restart the pc  the polling rate will set  to 1k hz and the razer synapse show its 8k  when i unplug dav3 usb and plug it again it. its  back to 8k hz (this is dual monitor print screen)

I use Barracuda X 2022 for about 5 months and in May I met a problem. System doesn’t see device after shut down PC and charging it. When I switch USB port system can see the device. But it isn’t comfortable. 

Hello, I recently bought the razer kraken v3 pro and I don't understand when it charges. It flashes yellow-green while charging and then red. When I remove it from its charge to turn it back on, on the software I see that it is not 100% charged. So it takes me more than 3 hours (or a whole night) to charge it and when I want to use it, it's not fully charged. 

Hey, could use some help here.I've had the Razer Naga Trinity for about 3 years now, and I love the physical mouse, but I'm struggling with the accompanying Razer Synapse Software.I've been playing Warcraft Classic for about 3 years with the mouse with no problems, having been able to map the side keys (I use the circle layout) without problems.About 3 months or so ago, I noticed that all my keybinds (profile) have been deleted, possibly due to a Razer software update.Now my keys are no longer bound, and only correspond to the buttons as they are numbered.  Meaning, if I press the mouse button 3, it will only activate the corresponding keyboard button 3 in the game.I used to have it where mouse button 3 activated action button 9 in the game, etc.How can I recover my old profile, if possible at all?If not possible, how can I bind the keys to correspond to different action buttons in the game, meaning, for example, if I want

Hi. Capture card is Razer Ripsaw HD. Getting constant audio cracking sound.DPC latency checker showed nothing out of the ordinary. Tried different hdmi cables, different usb ports (3.2 is used right now). Reinstalled audio drivers, Razer Synapse. Disconnecting all usb devices did nothing. Video

Hello, I have a version without USB (DOngle or usb conection in the headset  ) , so I have to connect how? with xbox receiverI cannot connect the headset , the razer app to connect or even to update the firmware does not work (it needs the usb)so how should i do it?

I've been using my barracuda x 2022 for 2 months and i realized that my microphone sponge got dirty. I didn't do anything everything is clear except it. It changed colour to yellow. What should i do? I tried to clean it with white soap, it also didn't work help.

I bought my razer huntsman mini for 2 weeks ago and already i got a problem with the 8 i k and , light now shutting off, and it is onlyt them.  They do not shut off when all effects are off and not when my pc is off either. The light is just white if that matters.

I want Huntsman keyboard with adjustable 0.1~4.0mm actuation points and also with rapid trigger enabled at that range . Then there will be no contender like wooting or apex pro . Please razer make new Huntsman keyboard with that feature . I would buy that and throw away my wooting keyboard like a trash even If the new keyboard costs as same as the viper mini signature edition .
