Dank des lieben Support Teams bin ich evtl. auf eine dauerhafte Lösung für folgendes Problem gestoßen:    Kopfhörer Sound knackt, ist auf voller Lautstärke, egal wie weit man den Pegel herab dreht,    in-game Sound und Soundeffekte werden auf gleicher Lautstärke abgespielt. Da durch das Update meine Headset-Einstellungen resettet wurden, wurde auch der Button für “Mono-Audio” deaktiviert.Wenn ihr diesen unter “System - Sound” bei euren Kopfhörern wieder aktiviert, sollte sich die allgemeine Lautstärke des Systems wieder herunter pegeln. Hi, I really want to buy a Razer Kitsune skin but they are only available in the US. You can’t buy skins on the French Razer website.Could you do something about it?Thanks. Does anyone know if a French store sell those? 

You would literally rule the world Razer:Hotswap switches (or at least an Orange option) At least one set of macro keys from the full size V4 Pro, but ideally both Full RGB around the keyboard, including the wrist rest like the full size V4 Pro If possible, wireless + wired. But not a deal breakerLike, you would need to purchase a plot of land the size of a small country just to build a new factory dedicated to cranking out nothing but this keyboard. Does the Razer Basilisk v3 Pro work on Console (Ps5)

so previous to a recent update to synapse, my audio controller would show Razer headset - chat and Razer headset - game. however the game option has dissappeared and is messing with my sound settings, in synapse its telling me to default the game option but it isnt there, ive reinstalled drivers and tried plugging my headset into another pc. i dont understand whats going on to be honest.

Good day,I am interested in buying the Razer Leviathan V2 and was wondering if the bluetooth can be turned off completely. I am sensitive to it and don’t want to use it.Also, can I extend the cable from the subwoofer to the main speaker? The cable is too short for my desk configuration and I wouldn’t be able to put the subwoofer on the floor that way. It would have to be on the desk if I can’t extend the cable.

Recently i started using my Huntsman V2 TKL after a long gap. 2 days ago D, 3 and spacebar were not working properly. After sometime they went back to work properly. And it happened often. And now my spacebar is completely not responding. Is there any fix or is it a driver problem?

When using Teamspeak 3, when the interlocutor begins to speak, a sound in the form of “clap” or “cod” occurs, but this did not happen before, I bought the headphones at the end of September and until the update on November 6, everything was fine. I tried reinstalling windows, drivers, updated the firmware and Synapse and nothing helps. This doesn’t happen in games and Discord, only in Teamspeak 3. Tell me, has anyone encountered this problem?

Hello everyone, my name is Alex, and I have a problem. I've had a Razer Viper Mini for 9 months, and I'm having a specific, strange problem. In all games, more specifically Fortnite, I have big FPS drops, around 80%, when I move the mouse. This is strange, it's never happened to me before. I did several tests with other mice, the FPS is stable, but with the Viper Mini the problem continues. Can anyone know what it is? (FPS drops only happen when I move the Viper Mini. With 150 FPS, Viper Mini reaches 30-20-10 FPS, and with another mouse the fps does not drop)

so here’s the thing , i had purchased this mice from amazon on 11th november 2022 it was working pretty fine since last year , but since couple of days it keeps getting dc while playing any pc game, now i am pretty sure its might be a hardware defect (have already changed the ports still same result) but since i live in India , i need to contact razer custumer care i dont know how can i contact them can anyone help me regarding this cuz i searched my self online but i cant seem to findanyone .

My client has purchased a second-hand Razer Blade RZ09. It has no audio at all.When I look in the Windows Device Manager, not a single audio device is shown.When I look in the BIOS, no audio devices either.I am not quite sure if there are supposed to be any dedicated audio devices, or if some audio feature of the graphic card is supposed to be used.Could anyone give me any pointer what to check?

Hi there, Just looking to get a keyboard for my nephew for Christmas. He has a good PC but plays league of legends alot. Just wondering if someone could point me in direction of a good keyboard for about £100. I did look but don't understand the difference between red switch/purple switch etc.Please excuse my ignorance on this, but I did contact razer. Customer service but didn't get a reply 

I just got my Razer Huntmans v3 pro. I have setup synapse to turn off the keyboard light when monitor goes off and when Idle for 3 minutes. However that never happens, everything else works fine and the previous huntsman elite and v2 analog lights go off as per setting. Does anyone know if this is a bug or have any solution for this?

When I use my Kitsune in PC (windows 10) on PC mode the touchpad works as expected being able to drag my cursor and click, but when it comes to steam games I can’t get it to function. I think this is due to windows recognizing it as an Xbox controller, so steam doesn’t think it has a touchpad, But steam has support for PS controllers and their touchpads. Is there a way I could get steam to read my Kitsune as a PS controller, so I can use the touchpad in-game. Shouldn’t it be read as a PS controller anyway though?

Considering the battery bloat problems and the new laptops which are expected to pack the most heat ever (175W + 50W min is no joke), the temperatures of the laptop's body would be insanely high. Now, batteries degrade faster if they are exposed to high temperatures. They degrade insanely fast if they are also above 80% whilst being at high temps. Every other laptop manufacturer out there offers a way to limit the full battery charge. Asus, HP, Lenovo, Acer, XMG - you name it. You just set the max battery charge in % (usually it's 60/80/100%) in BIOS and/or software - and there you go, Windows instantly stops charging the battery once it reaches 60%. This could and WILL save batteries in the future. Please ADD BATTERY MANAGEMENT TO SYNAPSE
