indication of a great mouse?? 

One day suddenly my Razer Viper V2 Pro stopped working wirelessly, only wired. I made sure that the firmware was up to date, and checked many other recommendations shared on razer forum yet I couldn't solve the issue. Tested it in other PCs but those don't even detect the mouse's dongle

Dear team RazerIm using Razer Hammerhead True Wireless 2021 version.When I paring with my Laptop (ASUS TUF A15 FX506) its connected but cannot detected as sound output and input in my Laptop so I cannot use my hammerhead to my PC right now. Thanks for give me some advice later.

I realized that the Windows key is different from other people who have the same model, since it belongs to the analog model and mine is the purple switch model, likewise the box comes in two languages ​​(English/French). Hi , I recently bought razer barracuda x 2022 headset and I cant hear footsteps in cs go well enough. Do u  guyz have any settings to get better sound in cs go?  Please help me.Thank u so much.

Annoying random beeping when trying to use.  Fully charged close to dongle.  Same issue as millions other posted all over internet with no answer or help.

I have had this headset for a only a few months at this point and I am very disappointed that my Razer products keep breaking. I’ve tried all of the support methods they recommend, in which case my fully charged headset will not output noise and doesn’t connect to my devices. It responds when I turn it on, but it doesn’t output the successful pair tone.It will continue to flash blue until I turn it off again.I’ve tried pairing it to other USB-C ports to see if that was the issue, and nothing helped. Please let me know how to resolve this issue, the headset was working perfectly before this and I’m starting to think that Razer products just break like this..

So who mess up ready bad?  RAZER BLADE 16 X AUTOMOBILI LAMBORGHINI EDITION. On usa website only and only shipping to USA that's a very big mistake. My hand is not so big and for better control, i d love to have shorter mouse (in length) - 10-11 inches. Current VIPER 8k is 12.8. So i wanted to know if there will be such mouse in production in near future? Or do you have any other suggestions?

I bought a new mouse and charged it to 100% after purchase, after that I play for 2 days for 6-7 hours and the battery is already 88%! My friend has exactly the same mouse and after one day and 6 hours of play he spends 2-3% and for 2 days spent 6%. I keep my mouse on at night.Who has faced such a problem? If so, tell me how you solved it, I updated the firmware immediately to the latest.

I have razer deathadder v3 wired with 8k khz but whenever i go 4k 0r 8khz the game adds desync or latency i dont know the enemy peeks and moments becomes faster and i switch to 1 k hz everything is normal again i have a 240 hz dell monitor with i5th gen rtx 3060 ti and 32 gb ram wiht nvme m.2 ssd what may the reason for it and i have a dual monitor with benq 165hz monitor 

I bought a mouse and headphones from a razer store but I can’t find out how to get the razer silver

For a month or so my Razer Kaira Pro Headset is constantly disconnecting and reconnecting from my Xbox Series S, usually it takes more than 5 tires of power on /power off or press the headset's pairing button and pair to the console. Everytime this happens, the headset just ignores my profile configuration like RGB lights or audio running.qThe Razer Audio App for Xbox just says that my headset's firmware is updated.Sincerely this issue is very dissapointing for me after almost 3 years of buying Razer products.

Hello,I'm having a hard time finding pudding key caps for my Razer X Chroma keyboard I was wondering if I could get some help on finding good quality pudding key caps for this keyboard as I would like to have more RGB shine through the keyboard. I’m looking to replace all my keycaps with pudding key caps if that is possible.I made the mistake of purchasing Tecware pudding key caps that didn't fit onto my board as the switches couldn't fit in the mold of the keycaps for Tecware caps as they were designed for MX-style switches.

Been dealing with an issue since I first bought my second Chroma RGB hub. Synapse currently doesn't recognize devices individually if they're the same device.  I was wondering if anyone know if there's a plan to eventually get Synapse to do this.  I'm wanting to control each of my fans rgb individually. I used to have them installed in "zones" using a 3 way rgb splitter plugged in to each port. This only allowed me to control 3 fans at a time. So for Christmas I was gifted a second Chroma Hub. At the time I didn't know only 1 hub would be recognized. Infact with 2 hubs hooked up only certain parts of each hub is recognized and what parts are recognized are random every pc boot. 

I have late model Blade 15 (2020 late model (RZ09-03519)). I am trying to find out about the camera in the laptop. Seems like it should be compatible but windows is saying something different about it.Anyone have experience with it? Thoughts (other than saying buy usb compatible camera)?Have looked for driver updates but not seeing anything.

Looking to finally upgrade to a proper modern laptop but having to use preinstalled win11 is a dealbreaker for me.Call me old fashioned or whatever but I’m wondering if it’d be possible to downgrade to 10 on a 2023 blade?I did some research but there isn’t really a good answer out there, apparently it can cause some issues. Just trying to see if anyone here has more info.Thanks!
