Hey guys hope y having a nice day so i just bought a Razer viper mini and  "Razer Control Device"  is failing to install, i have Razer Synapse 3 installed but yeah it doesnt recognize my mouse and i dont know what to do ,i use Windows 11(updated from windows 10 cause mouse wasnt detecting still no use) and i tried to uninstall mouse drivers and Synapse 3.0 aswell but simply its not working i would really appreciate if someone would help me somehow

Make an Orochi V2 Pro. I really like the Orochi V2 Pro but I do not like the hardware and features on this mouse. Use the latest optical sensor and optical switches for better response time. Use rechargeable battery as I can just charge the mouse and do not need to change the battery while gaming. Make this Orochi V2 Pro longer to make it fit a longer hand. 115cm long is enough for most people as most people use claw grip for gaming. just make this mouse with 1000Hz polling rate as most games do not support polling rate higher than 1000Hz. Make the mouse lighter and if possible make this mouse weigh under 50 grams. Please make a Pro version of Orochi V2 as I really want to buy it.

I just bought a Blade 18 with the 13980 processor, 64GB DDR5 RAM @5200MTs, RTX 4090 and 2 TB SSD. I want the fastest RAM possible in it with the lowest CL rating. While the factory says it is 64GB @5200MTs, it does not give the CL (latency spec) or brand/model of their factory installed RAM. Does anyone know the answer to this?And, while I’m at it, what brand and model is the 2TB SSD drive in this laptop from the factory, and what are it’s read/write speeds?I am considering Kingston Fury RAM @5600MTs and WD Black SN850X 4TB drives. Does this sound about right? Has anyone tried this combo or can anyone advise me on the upside/downside of this mod?Thanks, and I look forward to joining the community. I have gotten the razer kraken v3 x and volume is lowered then before, it use to be loud and i had gotten the headphone yesterday, and had gotten the 7.1 and it hasn’t helped it a bit I've tried to rise the volume but had only made it louder a bit.By the way i am on windows 11

Hello guys. I bought my first ever headset yesterday, the razer Blackshark V2 X .I ve tried to register them but when i try to put in the product number it says that it isnt available or that i should check similar characters such as I and 1 or O and 0 . I ve tried everything but it still doesnt work. Does anyone have any ideas what i should do?(my english might not be good because it isnt my native language)

I would like to ask, approximately what date will the Razer viper mini signature edition mouse be available in Mexico? Because and tried to buy it, but it only has availability in other countries And not in Mexico, the closest I have is the US, but they can't send me to Mexico Or at least one day there will be availability in Mexico? my razer blackwidow v3 pro keyboard is doesnt light up blue, when i light up blue, it light up red, when i light up green and red, it perfectly works, i thougt blue leds are died. but if blue lights died, i think it doesnt lit up, but it lit up red, i didnt think it is broken, because it happened suddenly, can somebody help :(my warranty ended.

I just got deathadder v2 pro today. The first 5 hours of usage were fine, but then my mouse started disconnecting for about 5 seconds and connecting back. That happened about 4 times in 10 minutes. I installed newest firmware available. When starting the updater it detects the dongle and says that newest version is installed. But the mouse itself doesnt bootup with the dongle. USB works perfectly fine. I tried uninstalling drivers and synapse but that did not help. Also the installer detects wether the dongle is connected, but synapse app doesnt detect the mouse when it is plugged in with the dongle. what do i do?

i got my viper v2 pro quite recently and at the start it worked flawlessly but the day after i started playing and i noticed that my frames dropped drastically so i tried switching to 1khz and then my game worked flawlessly. does anyone explain why this occurs and if there is a solution to it so i can use it at 4khz polling rate  again?

I ordered a normal razer blackshark v2, I already have the 7.1 surround sound application installed and working on my computer with my previous headphones the razer kraken X. I wanted to ask if 7.1 surround sound will work on my new razer blackshark v2 even though it is not the X version?

I’ve had the Razer Barracuda X for about a year or less and whenever I’m playing games my headset will automatically shut down at random and it’s very infuriating (most notably during Valorant). I’m not sure what is causing it? Has anyone else here had this issue and a way to resolve this issue?

so as I understand it the Nommo V2 X connects audio via the USB cable. With my current setup my monitor doesn’t have a USB port so I would plug the speakers direct into my PC, however I also play on Xbox Series X, would I be able to use the Bluetooth connection from the Xbox to connect to the speakers and avoid changing ports every 2 minutes? And if so how viable is this? Is the Bluetooth connection any good?

Hello Razer! I just bought ths Razer Viper Mini and when i try to register it the serial number wont work it says “Unrecognized Serial Number” i tried alot of times doing it and doing different text on it i tried it on the code that is under the mouse and under the box but nothing has worked.
