Hello everyone,I wanted to share my experience with the Keyboard Pro Type. Unfortunately, I have had a lot of trouble with this keyboard. It keeps double typing and disconnecting every 4 seconds, making it unusable. I have tried troubleshooting the issue, but nothing has worked.I am disappointed to say that I feel like I have wasted $200 on this product. To make matters worse, the warranty has expired and I have not been able to get any help from the manufacturer’s customer service team.I wanted to share my experience with all of you so that you can make an informed decision before purchasing this product. If anyone has had a similar experience or has any suggestions on how to fix the issue, please let me know.Best,

Recently checked Insider and it looks fully revamped and the daily/weekly challenges/trophies for zSilvers seem to be removed, will any regular user ever be able to save up enough zSilvers to even redeem a Razer Iskur chair? or even a keyboard/mouse upgrade? 

Looking to figure out how to get in contact with someone above VIP support team. They seem unequipped to actually help . After discussing the issue with them they seem to have given up and the last  3 emails they have with responded the exact scripted answer and are just going in circles and circles without actually trying to address the issue at hand, also the 3rd time I’ve contacted them with the same issue. Hi, I just bought my razer barracuda x headphones and I tried to call my friend but she can’t hear me. Is there a built in microphone on the headphones or do I really need to use the detachable microphone for me to answer calls even outside

What is the problem with the availability of the razer iskur fabric chair (smaller one non xl) in europe?There are plenty xl versions or smaller eco leather, but its problem with fabric. 

Hi, I have the Razer Blade 16 (2023) with a 4080 and dual-mode display (120hz and 240hz), and it’s set to 120hz on the built-in screen. Does the HDMI output at 120hz or is it 60hz?

Was working fine, then color on keyboard changed to solid blue, synapse will not change the color. I also have razer basilisk and mouse pad. The colors change on them fine. I already deleted synapse and all the hidden folders and then reinstalled to no avail, as the keyboard is only 2 weeks old I returned it and got a new one but the new one is only blue also, tried different usb ports and same result

Hello!I bought Razer Deathadder v3 Pro 3 Days ago and yesterday I discovered a problem when I click and hold scroll wheel button and when I relax my finger a little, button just unclick.It's ok or not? Just I bought a Suprelight X before and there was the same issue and I returned it to store.

I’m trying to get my kraken kitty’s v1 to sync with music and make the lights follow along to the songs but I don’t remember how it happened and it was really cool. Can someone help please

Can anyone tell me how i can tweak the mic settings because whenever I game using the  headset, sometimes my voice is not detected by the mic making the comms ingame pretty bad...or is there another solution  that doesnt require the usage of razer synapse 3

Hi just received my razer mamba elite mouse.Im really happy and first impressions are very nice.I just got one question,When scrolling down and up I just notice scrolling down is much louder then scrolling up, is that a normal thing ?In my feeling its twice louder comparing down .Thanks for any help :)
