I have Barracuda X(2021) everything is okay.When I connect through dongle audio volume decreases and maximum volume like 70%, Not as loud as before which I get from aux cable. So please fix it.

Hi,So recently I have a problom playing multiple games becauce I have a stick drift.So what should I do? Do I have to send it back for reperation?Btw im using the sonic edition.Thanks 

I use the Naga X, and recently I’ve been experiencing this issue where whenever I scroll, it either jumps in the opposite direction, or way farther than I want it to. It’s practically unusable at this point.So far the only places I’ve seen this issue even mentioned is on Reddit and YouTube, and the only solution I can find requires me to take my mouse apart and order replacement parts, which I don’t have enough money to do.I’ve tried reinstalling my drivers, updating razer synapse, and checking to make sure it isnt just my PC and none of those fixed the issue.Does anyone know of a way i can fix this without ordering replacement parts, or another mouse all together?

I bought my Razer Blackwidow Elite in 2020, and I have been using it since. It is in excellent condition, and recently the keys began double clicking. In the sense that randomly any key will register twice and a word will end up like thhis for example. I’ve tried the following to no avail: Changing computers (a Mac and a Windows laptop) Clean re-installing synapse Factoring resetting the keyboard (using the fn+esc until led flash method) taking apart the keyboard and cleaning the motherboard with isopropyl alchohol using compressed air to clean out surface dust and dust underneath the key mechanism. Nothing works, the double press issue affects all keys except the volume scroll and media pause play skip buttons. I genuinely have no idea what’s going on, and help would be appreciated as my warranty is over.

I lost my usb dongle. Live in norway. Is there a way to buy a new one? The mouse is useless if not.

My mouse has just come back from warranty but the back button has a loose problem that is not normal but the click still works and when my old mouse is made in china vs series PM and the one after the warranty comes back is made in thailand and I can't find its serial on the website because it doesn't have PM . Its back button is quite loose, not perfect like the old one (the one is faulty)

Hello! I want to find out the cause and solution of this problem:I bought a Razer Blackshark V2 X headset, when connected to a laptop, only the right earphone works.Monophonic sound is disabled in Windows settings. Sometimes everything becomes normal, and then the left bowl stops working again. I ask for help!☹️

Is it possible to change the colour of my mousepad without having to have razer apps open at all times? Like with Logitech G Hub having On-Board memory so you can change the colours and sensitiviy for the mouse universally, with g hub installed or not.

I purchased the Hello Kitty edition of kraken headset. And today the design just blew away with no reason.Is razer utilizing a real bad quality materials?Any idea if my product can be replaces or at least fixed?im sad and very disappointed.seems it will continue to get damaged little y little . everything else works perfectly fine is just the design.

When I start Diablo IV 4 my keyboard turns Red, which means that it’s seeing my keyboard.  But when I enter the game, my action keys (1-4 and spacebar) do not change color.  My Son has the Cynosa and his keyboard does.  I checked his settings and they seem all the same as mine.  Do I have something wrong?  Or is it that the Ornata does not have that capability?Thanks for the help!

To make this post clear, i am wondering if the Barracuda allow a detachable mic, not the barracuda XSince the barracuda 2022 don’t bring any mic to attach to the headset (due to already incorporate them into the speakers itself), i was wondering if adding a detachable mic to the audio 3.5 jack would work and allow the possibility to use it occasionally while gaming.I don’t mind if the microphone is razer brand limited, as long as the possibility exists, i would be fine purchasing the microphone aside with the Barracuda 2022 (again, talking about the barracuda, not the X edition)

G’day, I’ve recently bought an used razer kraken headset, and the left channel sounds like its on the right side, if I test right side its fine, but when i test the left side, its not only playing on the left side. I dont know how should I exactly explain it, but i tried to mess with the windows settings, where i can balance the sides, but it doesnt work at all.

 Recently Razer came out with a new series of apparels called Razer Xanthus collections. The products are all looking good and I noticed that there is one product called Razer Xanthus Shirt Jacket which can be found in the lookbook. Sadly, it cant be found in the razer website currently and I feel like this product is worth buying. Do anyone knows that will this shirt jacket come out in the future?

day before yesterday i brought a brand new razer kraken tournement edition. and it came with a 7.1 surround activation code card.. but when i scrath the card the. code so got scarthed off... soo i couldnt use it. then i foumd out that there is a way to request a new code with the serial number.. but when i tried that with the correct s/n it says this product is not applicable to have it. then why did i recieve a scratch card? please help me with this situtation

Hey! I have somehow managed to break the little "plus shaped" part of two of my key switches on my brand new Hunstmans V2 TKL, and after spending a few hours waiting in line for Razers so called support, i was shocked by the fact that they couldnt help me with anything. TL;DR: I have to buy a new keyboard because two of my keyboard switches are broken. I have seen spare switches on aliexpress and e-bay, but most of them seem to be for the Huntsman Elite. Does anyone have any experience with replacing switches on the Huntsman V2 with third party replacements? Kind regards, Michael
