I woke up and the keyboard wouldn’t function properly at all. Everything is okay now except for the RGB. Several keys (about 10 of them) are stuck on a single color and won’t change. Even when I turn the brightness all the way down on the lighting they stay on. They will change colors sometimes during a reactive profile, but always to the wrong color. I’ve reset everything to factory and still nothing. It does the same thing on different PCs.

Hi I need help I just purchased a razer pin card but its not working. need help asap please

I am attempting to find a link or email to send my proof of purchase, as well as RMA Number. There i s no spot to find or submit to collect and RMA number. I have been looking for 3 hours. Background: My “RAZER NAGA PRO WIRELESS GAMING MOUSE” has the optical laser (red light) on, but can’t connect with neither the Cord or USB or BT. Everything I have read says to submit for a new one. Please help!

Hi,  Today, I started getting an error saying Windows 11 cannot be activated.      I’ve installed all available Window updates, as well as bios updates.  However, I haven’t been able to get past the issue. I haven’t done any changes to the Windows installation that came with the laptop, other than having to reset Windows a few weeks ago using the built-in option when hitting a separate issue.  However, the license message did not come up until today. Any ideas?   Thanks in advance…  

I'm interested in buying a pair for my PS5. But I would like to know if the RGB can be turned off when using the headset with the console or if I can at least turn it off in Synapse on my PC and the setting can be saved on the headset when connected to the Playstation afterwards.I know that RGB can't be turned off on some Logitech headsets when paired to a PS5 and that would be a deal-breaker for me. It's dumb and it needlessly drains the battery.Does anyone have any experience with this?

Does the cynosa chroma pro have removable key caps, if so what’s the best way to remove them for cleaning

Hi! I stopped using my razer anzu glasses some time ago. I'd like to get back to using it but I've noticed the cable is missing-probably due to moving out :( is there any way to get a replacement one? Or where should I look for one? Most places have them in prace ranging in 20-30% of the glasses price and I've no way to tell they will work. Also, is there any other way to charge them?

Dear Razer, Please release the parts for Deathadder left edition for someone to build themselves. I know you told that it's not interesting/lucrative to build this for left handed people but maybe someone else can build and sell this.  I really liked my Deathadder left edition and unfortunately died on me. Ergonomic it's really good for my hand and probably for others but the mouses you and others release nowadays with left and right buttons on one mouse suck big time ergonomic and placing of buttons!! Please do something about this 😭🙏 With kind regards, R.

Headset is able to connect but when I move from regular sounds on pc, it sounds like I am far away from my headset or just quiet and bad sound when everything is max volume. Almost sounds like a cheap headset only when I plug into PlayStation. Maybe the THX I put in the headset doesn’t transfer over to playstation?

Quiero saber si a día de hoy, después de 1 o 2 años de uso no tiene fallas, tengo unos razer kraken ultimate, a los 2 años empezó a fallar, tanto el micrófono como el audio se cortan de manera intermitente, es una pena porque se ven nuevos. También he leído en foros, que todos los audífonos de razer tienen el mismo problema de desconexión, quiero saber si estos también tienen ese problema después de un tiempo de uso, porque estoy pensando en cambiar a unos inalámbricos. Ya he intentado todo para reparar mis audífonos razer kraken ultimate y no hay manera, tampoco consigo servicio técnico de confianza en Chile, es muy doloroso invertir en unos periféricos tan costosos y que estos empiecen a fallar y no tengan arreglo.

So how many people would be interested in 1 or 2 or 3 option from razer of mini pc.   Should it be 1080p version 1440p version and 4k version playing at 120fps cross play standards.     I been thinking about this for a while. What's the best option.   So many choices coming possible.   With maximum of 36 gb of graphics data at maximum and 30 mb of minimum data. There are lots of options.  Should they be upgradeable ?? What features must be added.     Should it be allowed to work with older cartridges cd 💿  and Bluerays devices.      Could it just be different razer edge cell phone and table devices or does it need a screen.  Lots of interesting option for the future still even thought they set maximum value.  Waiting for the future.Razer team. 

Why does my charging dock always light up orange when I open the Xbox, but after a few minutes, the orange light keeps flashing and does not turn white

Hi All,I'm looking to buy a new gaming laptop, but it appears many of them do not have num pads anymore. I currently have my Razer Naga side numbers bound to the num pad numbers for mmo play. Is there a way to keep num pad binds if the new laptop does not have a num pad? If not, does anyone have a good alternative?Thanks

So here I am again having technical issues with my Razer products, which didn't happen before. (I'm a Razer user since November 2022, all my accessories are Razer products: Mouse, headset, keyboard.) So first I had trouble logging in which as mentioned before is a month ago, now I cannot select my sound output in 7.1 surround sound. It's greyed out. Is anybody from Razer willing to take a position on this? Even before asking me for it, here is the screenshot:  Keep in mind I did not have this problem before, so I do understand that here and there technical issues can happen. My point is a company such as Razer is dealing with these kinds of issues the last month or so are you guys dealing with the difficulty? I'm waiting for a response from someone or for the issue to be solved as soon as possible.I have paid for a Razer standard, which you guys are advertising.Greetings.

I was wondering if the mag safe phone cooler works for the s23+ because the area that the heat comes from on the phone isn't cooled. I have the universal clamp version of the cooler and due to the phones camera layout it doesn't allow for the cooler to rest flat on the phone. If I move the coolor to the middle of the phone it doesn't allow from proper cooling if any. Especially right now in the summer my phone still gets pretty warm to the point where my phone still gets uncomfortably warm to the touch, and my phones game launcher reads the temp as hot. Please if anyone can answer my questions it would be much appreciated 🙏.

Hello,I got Razer hammerhead wireless earbuds 2021 edition a month ago and a week ago my right earbud started being quiet. At first I thought that the right earbud isn't working, but I realized that touch was working and that when I turned the volume all the way up, I could hear it. What could be the problem? If it's the earwax blocking the speaker, how do I clean it?Thanks. 

Hi i have a had a basilisk x hyperspeed for about 2 years now and just as of tonight it suddenly froze mid use. It is not responding to any actions i do except it keeps moving just a slight tiny bit upwards continuously. Is it the lazy problem as the laser appears to not be passing through? Or is there something i dont know

The A key on my razer huntsman feels like its full of soda. If i press on the top of the key its goes aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa. It uses like 2 seconds to come back up. The keyboard is almost brand new. I got it from my brother who only used it for an hour. I have removed the cap and there is no spill at all.
