If you take a Legion as an example, all FN keys combinations are lit properly. Let’s make it on Razer blades too. I know it’s not a big deal, but if Razer blade a premium laptop, then do it as other top-tier manufactures!  

im trying to auto mate some movement on hypixle and I cant because it not tracking my moues movements is there a way to turn it off??

I have 2 audio devices I normally use - one for USB headphones (device: Speakers, Jabra EVOLVE LINK) and one for the speakers in my display (device: NVIDIA High Definition Audio), connected via DisplayPort.The volume wheel on the keyboard (above the numpad) works as expected when I have the USB headphones selected as the Windows 11 default output device.  However, when the monitor (ASUS PG42UQ) is selected, rolling the volume wheel causes the Windows 11 volume OSD popup to appear, but the value never changes.  Changing the volume using the regular slider works as expected.Bug?  Am I doing something wrong?

i  bought this Hammerhead about a week ago and it is mostly working fiine, but its not connecting to my Razer Audio App, my earphones are CHS packaging version, which im assuming its chinese version, maybe i have to use the Razer Audio chinese version to be able to connect? Help me on this :D

if anyone could help me out i'd really appreciate it. Just got a Razer Ripsaw HD Fresh out of the box, I'm using it with a Nintendo Switch. Cords are set up right, hdmi from switch into the input, hdmi from the capture cards output to my TV, and USB C to the back of my pc. I can see the game / switch menu on my TV, but nothing on my pc/ streamlabs/ obs PC says No active HDMI signal detected But i can see the device, it says it's working, it just isn't coming through. Any Ideas?

I found this U shaped me tail piece loose under the 20 button of my Tartarus Pro.  I can’t seem to figure out how it should go back.   Can someone give me guidance on how it should go back? Thank you

I have been a Razer customer for over a decade, and I like all the products I have bought over the years, 4 keyboards and 3 mice.Currently, I use a Naga Pro... it's excellent, with a configurable left side(I like the 6 button plate). However, I still prefer, by far, the overall shape of the Naga Epic, which is slightly smaller, with a configurable right side. Fites much better in my hand. I know that the Razer development team probably won't look here, but I would love a modern Naga that includes everything the Naga Pro has, with the shape of the old Naga Epic. Is it an unattainable dream? If this happen, I would probably get serial number 000001. xD

it happened 2 days ago. when i open the lid, The right one lights up and connects but the left one doesnt turn at all. After closing and opening the lid several times the left one starts working and works perfectly fine. Then afterwards it wont disconnect even if i put both earbuds in the case and close the lid.it just keeps on connected until i close and open the lid several times. please solve the issue as it is so annoying and day by day it becomes worse.

How do I use my razer gold account, (cards from best buy) to reload my steam wallet or just buy a steam wallet code?  I have $50.00 just want to move it over to my steam wallet?  I Got two Razer gold gift cards from best buy, redeemed them to my Razer gold account and Now I just want to buy a steam wallet code to load in to my steam wallet.  It should be so easy but seems complicated. I have been on Raze Gold’s siter for an hour trying to figure it out I will never buy these cards agene.

Hey,I got my new Razer Seiren V2 Pro today and i got big Issues with Razer Synapse.Since i plugged in the Seiren V2 Pro my synapse is reacting very slow When i click on Streaming the options of my mic are loading for ever. After 15min its still loadingI tired several USB Ports on my Asus Hero XII Mainboard and i reinstalled Synapse.  Anyone knows how to solve it? BR Patrick :)

Which razer hammerhead hyperspeed version should I buy to use with ps4, the xbox version says it's compatible with ps4. But I can't find if the ps version would work as well, would either of them actually work well? Are there any other options for ps4 earbuds?

I have this Razer Mamba Wireless mouse that I ham having issues with. I frequently lose the click like when I’m dragging a Window or play FPS games. I’ve been trying to look online for instructions on how to do it but I haven’t found anything. Does anyone know of a place that could replace the mouse button or a resource online that can help me do it? I don’t want to throw it away.

Having some trouble adapting to hypershift. I play omori, which uses arrow keys, I use a 60% keyboard so some of my keys are my arrow keys. I keep using the sleep function with hypershift and i’m wondering what it actually does.

HelloI  have an issue with getting a signal from my capture card on my screen I will connect everything properly, get a signal just fine, play for hours on end, turn off my console, take a break, come back an hour later and have zero signal I will then get this message from my capture card popping up.  I have the image on OBS just fine, but no signal on my screen where i play. The only thing i did is to switch hdmi from ps5 to switch and now both don’t show up . I have already switch the hdmi before and no problem at all. The message :Resolution Updated Razer Ripsaw HD Your capture resolution is set to 1920x1080p @ 60fps. Please make sure your broadcasting/recording software's video input matches this resolution. NO SIGNAL detection might be experienced when using a different resolution. I don't understand  or what's getting changed and it's frustrating, specially when everything was working well until now. Thank for your response

I just got this headset after having the same problems with the Logitech Pro x. I have updated all drivers, I have changed what feels an infinate amount of settings, I simply want to be able to play valorant and it not sound like I am going through a tunnel with cotten balls stuffed in my ears. 

The scroll wheel has become almost unusable. For example, adjusting the volume, it lags or jumps up by a huge increment or down; using it to scroll too; it lags, stays in the same place, or jumps down or up. Possible to fix or replace it? The rest of it is fine so don’t particularly want to buy a new one.
