I recently got a 2018 Blade 15 base that has 16gb of 2667mhz ram. Is it possible to upgrade the ram to 3200mhz with a new kit? Is there a bios available the supports XMP? I’m new to the forum so this may be in the wrong area.

Hello, how can I map a mice button to the function "next desktop"? The windows short cut is "win" + "ctrl" + "left" or "right". It is not under "navigation" and the key record does not recognize the win-key. Regards Andreas

G'day All - has anyone else experienced Razer shipping issues? As of late, I've had two shipments go "not so friendly" 1st one approx 3mths ago, the mystery/surprise gift was not shipped with my order. No big deal but when contacted via telephone by a "random Survey" person asking about the order and made aware of the problem, the person chose to do nothing when saying he would. Life goes on.... 2nd order... I'm short shipped a kunai fan and the free gift again being XMAS wrapping paper. When contacting the Razer support team, they take ZERO responsibility and are directing me to work with my cre4dit card company to get my $60 back because a credit for their mistake is outside their capabilities. Am I the only guy getting screwed by Razer shipping and their customer service team?

Hello, I'm a big fan of razer products. 2 years ago i've started using Razer tartarus PRO for mmo World of Warcraft. Every button was optical and that's ok. In this month i've felt like my old keypad is giving me some problems so i've bought a new one, for my surprise the 8-way pad of the new one is mechanic, i've made a refund thinking is a mistake or the product is defective. Ordered a new one and the same, 8-way pad is mechanic. That's disgusting cause with the optical keys you can adjust the insentity of the keypress and you dont have to do all the way of the key (and also that sick sound clickclickclick) after 1 hour of using the new one i feel pain in my thumb like i'm pressing too much. Started a Customer discussion with Razer and they cant even answer me so... ended here. Guys, Razer is making 8-way pad mechanical at the same price? It is possible to buy the old version? I can't play without the Tartarus Pro and with those new models it is impossible to feel confortable. T

Almost a year ago I have bought a razer blackwidow v3 from a local store. After downloading synapse 3 and setting up a chroma profile, my keyboard's lights stopped working. I have found out that it's enough to unplug and reconnect the usb to the computer after the start-up. However I wanted to know if there is a way to fix this problem, or if this also happened to someone else.

Is that the g pro x wireless? Does mic monitoring work with Razer Blackshark V2 pro Wireless on PS5? Let me know how you go with the Synapse thing.

I wonder if I am the only one having this problem, because it goes as default, I didn't make any changes. And its crucial. Whenever I press the specific action button in game (For example - Holding W + Shift to sprint and pressing R to reload) - it will never start reloading action on pressing "R", only when I release it. Also I can add that this delay between pressing and releasing should be very short, either way it won't do reloading at all. But some buttons/actions have no issues with that. For example - pressing "Shift" immediately activates sprinting, or "Space Bar" immediately makes character jump. What is cosing this and how to fix that? Please help.

Currently trying out the Razer Basilisk Ultimate Hyperspeed Wireless. Seems great with one exception, free scrolling. I used a Logitech MX Master for years and got used to the free scrolling wheel. The Razer can do that of sorts but doesn't have free scrolling aspect so it appears jerky when scrolling a page. Does the V3 have the free scrolling I'm looking for? Thanks

Heya! I'm on a market for a new Razer Keyboard. I started out with Lycosa, upgraded to the original Blackwidow (metal version) which served me super well until it started acting out a few months ago so I switched back to Lycosa https://omegle.onl/. At the moment im clueless as to what keyboard to get because there's so many keyboards and from the videos/research i did they all got downsides for the money. All i know is i want the Tenkeys and not as loud as the original Blackwidow (green switches i think i had). The budget I would go for is over 110€ (not interested in Cynosa and Ornata V2), so either blackwidow, Huntsman or Deathstalker. Any recomendations?

I have been very happy with my razer keyboard but a couple of days ago I spilled a bit of water on my keyboard and now I've lost the z key, left control, left alt key, and the windows key. What should I do. Everything else works perfect shagle voojio and I'm really sad about it but I have had it for 3 years so maybe it's time

My beloved keyboard has bitten the dust. I loved the Black Widow 2014 as I grew up with the old IBM keyboards. I’ve just bought a Black Widow V3 and it’s very different. It’s very ‘tall’ in comparison, the keys are much smaller, it’s very, very much noisier and I think it’s going to be uncomfortable for prolonged typing so I will be returning it. My old keyboard was perfect so this is a disappointment. I’d like to stick with Razer if I can so which keyboard should I choose that is closest in profile to my original Black Widow? Any ideas?

So yea Hi. I have a bit problem cuz I have nari's a little while but today I wanted to get new drivers but I can't like get the drivers app to work. I have to connect by dongle and by charging cable but it can't find them so by that I can't upload them to latest version. Can some help by any chance? Sry for some mistakes in my english

just got my Razer Iskur about a week ago and I love the look of the chair, love the lumbar support, love the tilt, and the build of the chair. But what I don’t love is the actual cushion of the chair, when I say it’s firm I mean IT IS FIRM. About a week of using it, after my typical gaming sessions of sitting on it I feel more pain than I did in my $80 chair from Amazon. I found myself getting up and stretching more during intermissions because it’s so bad. Not only that but you really feel the metal lips on the sides digging into your thighs. Almost feel guilty but I really want to return it. For $500, I would imagine it would feel way better than this. Am I the only one with this issue? No review really covered the firmness of the cushion (and trust me, I watched every review I was able to).

yesterday i bought razer nari ultimate connect the dongle in my xbox series x but it does not transmit any sound to the nari

Sometimes when I would start my laptop it would launch aptio utility, at first I just needed to quit and reset but just recently it has been stuck on a loop and cant enter recovery mode, I tried a lot of tutorial like enabling csm parameters and disabling safe boot mode as well as changing my ssd completely with a new one to no avail. Frankly I don't know what else to do, any help would be appreciated. Thanks In advance

Hey all I have a 2021 edition Razer 14. I've used compressed air to blow dust out through the keyboard and all that once since I got it, that was a couple of months ago. It gets really hot during play. I mean really hot, and not only when I play games like cp2077 or deathloop VidMate , also when I play retro titles like, I dunno, operation flashpoint and the like. I know it's meant to get hot, but this is really hot.. the span of metal at the top of the keyboard below the screen feels like it would hurt me if I held it too long, even the keys a few rows below the centre of that metal board feel hot when I depress them. I just wanna know, is that indeed just how hot 14" razers are designed to get? Or could it be a sign of trouble?

I've got nothing coming out of the mic now, the speaker wires are still attached to the board . I would desoldering these wires fix my issue. It is there something else? And but after snipping the wires that go to the speakers.
