The Razer Armory

I purchased a second Razer Basilisk Ultimate over the holidays and have been using the supplied micro-USB cable to charge it. My first mouse was purchased with the charging dock and I'm starting to miss it for my second "work" mouse. Is the charging dock available separately? Amazon has some cheap knock-offs, but I don't trust third party chargers for my Razer equipment. Thanks! – Dave

I know this question is about a pretty old Laptop but maybe someone also ran into this issue? About a month ago, my Blade (late 2016, GTX 1060) started freezing after a few mintues of use. By freezing I mean nothing responds other than a hard shutdown (long press on power button). After many long days of troubleshooting I finally narrowed down the issue to the Intel HD Graphics component. After disabling the Intel Graphics in Windows device manager the computer works consistently fine with no freezing. I have tried updating to the latest version of Intel HD Graphics 520 driver from Intel's website (Aug. 2022 version 10.0.0.0.1 ) but this did not remedy the situation. I work with a multi monitor setup and disabling the Intel Graphics is preventing me from using a second external monitor and is hurting my productivity. Any ideas for a workaround / fix for this issue? Could this be a hardware related issue?

The same message appears. I have to spend my SILVER COINS by tomorrow as 14856 expires. What to do ? I was able to shop without any problems before. Is it possible that all of these articles are missing?

Hi all, Recently I got as a gift the Deathadder V3 Pro. Deathadder has been my all time favourite mouse and I remember using the first version back in high school. I love the v3 Pro but I would like to change my dpi settings since the default programs are capped to 6400. Now, all I want to do is setup my programs so I can max out the DPI settings. Synapse 3 is not supported for MacOS and Deathadder V3 Pro is not supported for Synapse 2 (which has some MacOS support). I tried installing Synapse 3 on a virtual Windows11 via Parallels but it is never reading my mouse so I can't use it. Is there anyone out there who managed to find a workaround for this issue? Hi, I have had Windows 10 on this device for a while now - everything works well apart from 2 things: 1) Volume rocker (nothing happens when you press up or down) 2) Windows button doesnt work Has anyone got drivers for Windows 10 to pick these 2 buttons up? they worked in Windows 8 & 8.1 - then after the upgrade to Win 10 they dont work Thanks in advance Nick

Razer promised to provide 10% discount on charging genshin impact, therefore, I purchased two orders, one 99.99 euros and one 29.99 euros in 3.3, I did not receive the corresponding offer. I bought it on the first day of the promotion, I think it is impossible that the promotion has been all claimed. I contacted customer service, and it didn't help at all. First of all, they are very slow to reply. Secondly, they keep asking you to provide all kinds of proof and screenshots. I'm not sure why the customer service cannot check the information based on the transaction number. Why do they ask customer service to provide everything? Has anyone received the corresponding discount? Or is this simply a false advertising? All in all, I am very disappointed with Razer. Although it is not a very large amount, but dealing with their customer service is a complete waste of time.

Hi there, want to ask the community if anyone managed to connect iMac as an external monitor to Blade 15? I've tried everything (tried all possible adaptors, ports and cables, mess with nvidia drivers, made some changes in bios, installed all possible apps ), nothing worked unfortunately. My left earnbud doesn't play any sounds. The right earbud works fine. What can I do?

For example, I use a profile in a game (THX Spatial Game), but in Discord I use stereo, When I have a game open, the discord comes out with Spatial sound, Correct would be Discord leaving stereo, In the THX Audio software this does not happen, the discord continues stereo and the game with spatial audio

I have two headsets and I have been shopping and trying to find something new BUT REFUSE to buy another one because mine are so comfortable and reliable. I just WISH Razer would come out with something other then pink for the alternative color-themed gamers. I would LOVE to see a super Vibrant Purple line! It's universal, it's royal and it's a favorite amongst ALL perferred pronouns, age groups and cultures!:wink_: I have seen other companies with purple colors, but no one has really been able to pull off a really nice, VIBRANT, poppin, and bad a$$ gamer headset in purple! Curious about whether or not the blade stealth will be refreshed. I'm a fan of the 13 inch form factor with a dGPU, but the stealth hasn't seen an upgrade in a few years (2020 model had an i7-1165G7 and 1650 Ti). The Asus ROG X13 is is picking up where razer left off with the latest ryzen 7000 (with usb 4!) and rtx 4000 series. Any word from razer if there will be a newer one with the latest goodies?

Currently own a 2020 base 2070 max-Q 4K oled. I’m thinking about upgrading to 4080/4090 when they come out or switching to ASUS Skrix. I love the quality of razer, the display does not flex at all closing from a corner router login. Also love the 4K display for movies but the 2070 can’t keep up with 4K gaming. Can the 3080ti play at 4K 100+ fps with RTX on? Also anyone know of a good site to sell?

Hey there … anybody else having problems with their Hammerhead TW Earbuds? I bought a pair about a year ago and used them for some time until the left earbud stopped working for no reason. Razer was so kind to swap them for a new pair, fair enough though. I got the new pair and some time after a couple weeks the right earbud stopped working and I tried really everything plenty of times to get it back working but absolute nothing happens. I replied to Razer again, as this makes me a bit upset because … well because, right?! They told me about two weeks ago that they are discussing the issue and will be back with me after latest of two days but they do not reply to any email or other contacts whatsoever. Anybody else having issues like that? Many thanks for your replies and have a great day though

Hello, I just bought new DAv2 Pro. For some reason mouse do not work in wirless (2.4) neither BT mode. I had installed Synapse software. Mouse works perfectly fine while connected via cabel. Wireless 2.4 case: 1) When I connect dongle to PC I can see that "HID-compliant mouse" and "Mouse compatible with HID" shows up in Device manager (previously there was also (or instead of, Im not sure) the second "Razer DeatAdder V2 Pro" device but I uninstalled it while debugging). As soon as I unplug the cable from the mouse and switch toggle to 2.4, the mouse stops working. Windows and Synapse can not see it. 2) I tired to download and use Razer Mouse Pairing Utility. The pairing process went without any problems. 3) I checked other USB ports. I'm 100% sure that they works fine. 4) I do not own any other computer with USB port to check if it related to my PC or the mouse itself. BT case: 1) I tried to connect my mouse to MacBook M1 but I can not set mouse to pairing mode. Ofc I moved toggle

As stated above. Currently have a RP2 Reason for upgrade. Phone is old and speakers are going bad/ type c port seems to be coming loose. Key features I'd like to have in an upgrade: Expandable storage through microSD High refresh screen (90hz+) Under 700 USD (might need to adjust but not willing to spend 1k+ on a phone. Nice to have: Smart charge feature ( like what OnePlus has where your phone will trickle charge until your morning alarm goes off so it hits 100% by that time)

Hello, I just bought an ornata V3, I downloaded razer synapse 3 without any problem, The next day the reactive parameter (for lightning) didn't work anymore (only working with the key "fn") Do you all have any idea about what i could do ? Also, is it a know problem that i can't use more than 2 keys at the same time while playing vidéo game?
