I just bought a MSI GE76 Raider gaming notebook which has RGB lighting effects everywhere. I would like to get my Razor Pad, Mouse Charger effects to sync with the MSI. It uses Steelseries GG software to control all the PC's lighting. Any ideas?

I was thinking about if there is a new razer Book coming this year. What do you think about it?

I'm new to Razer, and recently got the Razer homerun bundle (Kraken V3 X headset, Ornata V2 keyboard, Deathadder V2 mouse, and Gigantus V2 mousepad). I haven't opened it yet, but I was wondering if it works on Xbox because I primarily play on Xbox since I don't have a good PC. Googling it, the Razer Turret seems to be developerbook popular for Xbox, not the Oranata but there are some people who say it's compatible. So would it work?

Hi, Tried to install a secondary drive into my machine (980 Pro 2Tb) and I was wondering if I'd purchased a wrong one since it doesn't reach all the way to the NVME Bracket screw but after taking out the first NVME and trying it into the secondary slot, I can confirm that somehow I have a wrong NVME bracket on my machine as the stock NVME can't also reach the screw. From Reddit I read that there's been couple of people with similar issues and they've got a confirmation that they indeed had wrong model NVME brackets in their machines. I already opened a ticket with support, but curious if there's other people here with a similar issue and if so, how did it get fixed? I hope that Razer is able to supply me with just a new bracket since returning the whole machine would make my life quite difficult, I'd be without my production machine then. Pic attached of the issue. edit: If it makes any difference, I have the 10th gen model with 3070 and 360Hz display.

My razer deathstalker suddenly stopped working. It goes green then black then rainbow wave and then when I try to type on it the color turns into black then green again and I can't type. What should I do to get this fixed because this happened to me before and I gave it to fix and then they gave me a new one and now they won't fix for me anymore.

I used to be able to just plug in the black USB-C dongle into my PS5 and it would connect to my headphones, but it no longer works. Not even showing up as a connection at all, and the light on the headphones just flashes blue continuously. Have tried restarting everything from the console to my internet but no dice. Any reason why this would be the case? I only got them over a year ago for Christmas.

I just bought a new Basilik Ultimate cos the battery on my previous one was starting to die on me (which is quite to be expected after a few years I guess), so I'd like to know the best way to preserve this battery ? Should I turn the mouse off when I don't use it for a period of time ? Or on the contrary, let it on ? And put it or not put it on the charger dock ? Thanks in advance for your advices !

Considering that there has been a v2 release of the deathstalker series, is there a chance they will release a v2 of the ultimate? I love my current deathstalker ultimate, but it's frame feels a bit weak being plastic, plus the keys are membrane, and it has single zone lighting. I don't wanna upgrade to something else since I like having the screen there, but it is starting to feel really outdated, especially since 90% of the apps don't have support or are for old programs. Anyone else have thoughts or input?

Hello, through amazon I bought this keyboard model "Razer DeathStalker V2 Pro - Low Profile Wireless Optical Gaming Keyboard (Linear Red Switch) - FRENCH Layout" but I discovered once installed that the Layout is unfortunately in French. Is there a way to change this Layout?? Thank you .

So I bought a Razer gold reload on site only thing with reciept was transaction id. My friend thinks I should have a pin I've been checking and checking ... is there something I missed I'm use to buying cards in store the numbers on card type in and loads ??? Please it's important to handle this asap

My Razer Nari Ultimate headphones are not working. I hav me tried everything a quick google search could tell me. After playing a game for about 2-3 hours my headphones died, so I played them up let them stay off, and went back to my game. After some time passing maybe a hour or so I go to turn my headphones back on only to notice that the blue light is flashing and they are not STAYING connected to my computer. I tried the repairing software / pairing software online but nothing is making it fix. I deleted Razer Synapse also to see if that’s helped, and reinstalled it. Nothing is helping. At this point I am unite frustrated as they are in great shape.

Hello, I got my son the Nari Ultimate's less than 6 months ago and both earcups have broken off a day apart. Is this common? Were they just bad? I have never seen this and we are a huge gaming family. He loves these headphones because the haptic feedback. Any help much appreciated. Thank you

The only Razer product I ever owned (and still own) is the Kraken TE, which I found to be amazing in terms of sound and mic quality. But I had it for 3+ years, and while it is still functional, it has seen better days, so I came here to ask you guys, who have more experience with Razer products. So my question is, which headphones should I look at, or should I just buy another TE/buy a 2019 and use it with the https://vlc.onl dongle I already have? (My brother has the Kraken Ultimate, which I found to be awful in every possible way, so that is not an option)

My keyboard doesn't type, I already did the "esc+caps lock+space" thing and still not working. Synapse also is not detecting it and when I turn my pc off the lights stays on. I don't know what to do, the keyboard is new and this just happens! I'm loosing hope.

Razer ripoff

I've recently made the switch from an old macbook pro to a razer blade stealth laptop. I have many programs that I've written that have pyqt4 GUIs, and I usually do most of my coding in spyder. Upon switching to a computer with a 4K screen spyder has become unusable as it does not scale properly, in addition all the GUIs that I have written don't scale correctly and are thus unusable. Does anyone have any experience with omegle this problem and/or have any tips on how to get these things to scale correctly on high DPI screens?

bought a new headset and synapse doesn't recognize it but if plugged in to my husbands pc its recognized, I've uninstalled synapse multiple times and reinstalled it and still wont work, what am i doing wrong?

Been using razer mice since the boomslang.. then the naga in many forms became my main mouse from mmo's.. Just wanted to leave some feedback on how excited i am for the upcoming value naga. Its a naga so nothing new.. but i've been waiting for years for a wireless mmo mouse that's had user replaceable batteries. No planned obsolescence or ebay annoyance in a few years time. To have the original versions odd buttons at the top of the left click is a nice touch. So happy about this. Just in case it doesn't happen again i'll get 2 even to have a backup. Thanks. Thanks. Thanks. PS. i love user replaceable batteries. It just takes those few experiences of loosing peripherals after the battery dies years after you're able to buy a replacement.

So I have 2 razer mice (razer orochi v2)(Razer viper mini) and they both have a disconnecting issue and now my razer orochi will turn on for a second when the usb is connected and i have tried several times to change the usb port and change the battery :( I seriously have no idea what to do with these mice. I used to main the razer orochi for a year and I loved it and now it just wont turn on at all. Someone please help me :)
