Hi all, My daughter has a pair of pink Razer cat ear wired headphones that have suddenly stopped working. It seems like they're not receiving power when plugged in and are completely unresponsive xender. The USB wire that leads from the headset to the computer isn't (visibly) damaged. Any ideas on what could be going on? Thanks in advance.

I am gonna get the Akko V3 switches and I was worried that it won't work on Razer Synapse 3 because the switches were not made by Razer so are the RGB on the Akko V3 switches compatible with Razer Chroma on the Razer Synapse?

There are many threads and articles regarding this issue. I found a simple fix that worked for me instantly. I simply used a different cable. The cable supplied by razer seems to fail quickly and there is not way to tell that this is the issue. If your Razer Wolverine Ultimate or Chroma V2 suddenly stops being recognized, simply try a different cable. I tried every single fix I could find on the web and nothing worked, then I just tried a new cable and it was recognized immediately. Hope this helps

I recently purchased a set of Kraken V3 Pros and really like them so far. However, I have noticed that sometimes when I switch applications, I have to turn off the headset and turn it back on in order to get the audio to come back. If I switch audio devices, it is 100% guaranteed that I will have to reboot the headset. It is annoying but not a complete deal breaker. I also have a set of Corsair Virtuoso XTs that I am considering but their audio performance and battery life is not on par with the V3 - but I can switch applications and devices all day with no problem with the Corsair. To those of you with the Kraken V3 Pros, how has your longer term use experience been? Still love them? Hate them? Complicated relationship?

Hello! Just a really quick question about the functionality of the middle mouse button of the Viper Pro WTVR. On the Logitech G903 Lightspeed, the middle mouse button can be moved both to the left and right, allowing it to be used as two extra buttons that can be used for keybinding in both games and their GHUB software. I was wondering if the Viper Pro WTVR has the same functionality. Does it? Thanks in advance for the response!

Planning to get this (or goxlr mini, still not sure). My current setup is an xlr mic that is connected to a usb mixer (thru xlr too). My main 2.1 speaker is connected to the out channel of my mixer. I also have another 3.5mm headset that is directly plugged to my front audio panel in my pc. All of these are mixed thru voicemeeter and i have a stream deck mapped to certain functions. Sometimes my usb mixer disconnects randomly and when this happen i can easily switch to my headset by a switch in my stream deck which changes the voicemeeter settings. If I upgrade my mixer to razer, will i: Be able to connect my main speaker to the line out of the razer mixer and will that be my system sound then? While the speaker is connected, i plan to connect also my headset thru the front port of the mixer. Will i be able to map the front headset port mic to a channel so i can adjust the slider also? I used to be able to hold down FN and F1 for example to mute the audio AND use the F keys for things like Alt + F4, but now I can only use them whenever I turn on Multimedia keys in Synapse (without holding down FN xender). I have to pick between function keys and multimedia keys now. Is there a way to reverse this and change it back?

So I am guess now that the Razer phones are end of life and have no live support I'm effectively holding a shiny paperweight cause the charging port has become loose and the phone will not charge or come on. I've had it a few years now but was hoping to get it fixed and sell it on. No phone fix companies will take it because it's a glass-backed phone. So am I stuck with a paperweight or is their a way to fix it?

my kraken v3 pro doesn't reconnect after PC goes into sleep mode, i would have to remove the dongle and plug it back again in order for it to connect again. anyone has a solution to this please? Thanks in advance.

From my respective it's a better solution to charge wireless headsets. I saw a 3D print dock for G PRO X Wireless (is it permitted to mention?) on reddit which looks so cool. A50 has it's official base station too. I love Razer Barracuda, where i can find a docker or will there be an official one?

Hi, I got me a Razer Cynosa v2 keyboard. The backlighting behind the keys is blinding me. I was hoping I could turn the backlighting between the keys off, so that only the keys (letters, symbols, etc.) would light up, like on my Logitech keyboards, but I can't find such a setting neither in Synaspe nor Chroma Studio https://19216811.cam/. Is it even possible to change that ? I'd like the keys to be lighted but not to have any lighting bleeding between the keys. I've tried reducing the light intensity overall, but the light seeping between the keys is always stronger that the lighting on the keys themselves, so I am even more blinded at lower intensity. :)

I have bought the supported models even in the govee mobile app it says razer on them. Lan control is finally on both. I just can't get the govee desktop to see the supported straps so it can talk to razer synapse. I've uninstalled reinstalled ever device and I do mean every. Every program followed the directions to a T. I work Speed Test in IT professionally troubleshooting whole company issues so this is the easiest thing I can do lol I see it advertised have a fan good razer setup and I want rgb.

I can't select any devices from the app, I've tried EVERYTHING but nothing works.

Can I transfer the profiles easily, or will I have to redo them for the new mouse? Bonus question: Currently, I pair my mouse and keyboard with one wireless thingy. If I get the new charging dock, can I also pair my keyboard with it?

Yesterday was my birthday so I got a trophy for it. After a long time using the Razer forum, I only now discovered that trophies can be converted to Razer Silver. As a non assiduous user of the forum (since it doesn't have a friendly interface), I received several trophies, but I went to the message and it only showed me that I received the trophy. Along with the message comes a link with the name of the trophy. When opening this link I am directed to a new page informing the reason why I won this trophy. By chance, today I went to the REWARDS tab, and it was only there that I saw that you have the option to convert your trophies into Razer Silver. I imagine many people like me may have missed the deadlines to claim the rewards for this complicated interface. I suggest that when the person receives the trophy have a more friendly link for the person to be able to redeem the reward.

What to prefer for gaming FPS. Need wireless with good positioning - to hear footsteps, direction. Playing mostly PUBG. Choosing between these 2 headphones.

Sometimes when I would start my laptop it would launch aptio utility, at first I just needed to quit and reset but just recently it has been stuck on a loop and cant enter recovery mode, I tried a lot of tutorial like enabling csm parameters and disabling safe boot mode as well as changing my ssd completely with a new one to no avail.
