hi, i own a razer blade 17 2022 for a few months now. I use the laptop in the office connected to a Dell screen via usb-c which powers it with ~90W without any problems. however, I have noticed that, in this case, the synapse software limits the performance mode capabilities to "balanced" only. leaving the pc fans running when the workload is minimal and the silent profile would be perfect. I understand that, for obvious reasons, custom mode cannot be activated, but in these cases, with the limited power all the more reason a silent mode would make sense. Ironically, if I use the power supply and activate the silent profile, the fans are much quieter!! Is there no way to activate the silent profile in these cases as well? moreover, it would be the case that the silent profile can be activated even on battery power and remains active even with the synapse software closed (e.g., when the pc is shutting down or starting up - here the fans take flight and the pc becomes an airpla

Hello everyone, just to let those who may have had the same experience as me, I had 3 main issues with Synapse 3, when it was installed. Yes, past tense, I uninstalled. The 3 issues were tested for over a month, simply because I didnt want to post right away in case an update fixed it, or something, I wanted consistent proof it was in fact Synapse 3. Problem 1 - I have the Razer Viper (corded), and my scroll down always skipped once and scrolled up, therefor interrupting my down scroll. Very annoying indeed, Web pages, Windows Explorer, PDFs, games, as I scrolled down, it scrolled up, messing up the flow. Uninstalled Synapse 3 = Fixed Problem 2 - I use the Ornata V2 keyboard and the volume scroll was awful. I mean it was skipping all over the place, volume up and down, slow or fast, it would register, you can read a post I did to try to fix it, and an updated post about how I believed it was software related, with no response. Hey there, so I have a Blackwidow V2 and I really love it. Unfortunately, a few months ago I spilled a little bit of water on the keyboard. I unplugged it, left it upside down for a night and it's (luckily) been working mostly fine. However, over the past couple weeks I have been having problems with the 'N' key repeating itself or sometimes not registering at all. I've tried pretty much everything and nothing has worked so I imagine this is just a result of the water damage. So I'm looking to get a new keyboard from Razer, probably a Huntsman, as I've heard that there is something inn the design of their switches where it won't double press keys (but I'm not sure if its the Elite https://9apps.ooo/, V2, the Linear or Clicky optical switch) but then after doing some research I actually saw a lot of people having key chattering a few months or even a year after getting the keyboard which makes me nervous. So my questions are: Do you own the Huntsman, and do you like it over other keyb

Recently got a DA v2 x hyperspeed, surprisingly enough I encountered a problem on day 1, I couldnt set my DPI to 2150, it defaults to 2200. That doesn't happen with my viper ultimate. I contacted Razer support but Mobdro I'm still waiting for an answer. Can someone else with the same mouse verify this problem for me, I want to see if it's widespread for the DA v2 x.

its only 40 hours i guess not up to 70hours. its brand new whats the problem? again common razer problem? what can i do? it has sleep mode i guess. when i turn off pc is it working? i only use 2.4ghz. i charged 16 hours ago and its now %50. i didnt update firmware. is it affect battery life?

Hey I've got a new Blackshark headset. To maximize its range I want to connect it not directly to my PC, but to an USB extension, so that I can put it at a higher position. Do you have any experience with that? Will it affect my latency or overall sound quality? Best Golem

Does anyone know if the SD card slot will work if a second SSD is added to a 2022 Blade 15 12900H/3080Ti version? Since adding the 2nd SSD, the SD card slot is not working... and there's zero information about port function in the documentation.

I´ve a Razer headset and recently the left ear have started to crack/sparkle when starting my computer. I, somehow, managed to find a solution which consists of; 1. Manually updating my "realtek" audio device to "realtek High definition Audio" hardware 2. Restarting the computer (if prompted) 3. Manually updating audio device to "high definition audio device" (which says it may not be compatible with my computer.) 4. Restarting computer (if prompted) And then it works normally... Somethings to acknowledge here: - If i´m not prompted to restart, I can skip that step and only restart if prompted. It will still solve my problem. - If i dont restart if prompted, it will not work. - Any other combinations of restarting, driver versions etc won´t work. - I do this everytime my computer shuts down or turns to sleep. - Windows update haven´t fixed this issue - Dont remember if any update caused this issue... - Uninstalling / reinstalling doesnt do anything - I don´t move or change any posi

Hello! I just bought the Razer Kraken X v3 USB headset today to replace my old corsair. After getting it setup, installing the surround sound, trying multiple fixes and ports, I don't believe they are working as intended. The sound quality seems fine when listening to music, but playing a game, such as For Honor, becomes terrible. The reviews online say this headset has phenomenal sound quality yet I do not find this to be true. Things sound far away and quiet, how can I fix this? For further detail, I can not stress how bad the sound is compared to my old corsair void lites. There seems to be little to no bass, and in the synapse I have no options to configure it. The audio is at full volume in the control panel and I've tried multiple ports. In for honor it sounds as though I am listening through a screen on a door, and the sound is VERY light. It sounds loud at times but is not a very "full" sound. I really don't want to go to refund these, can someone help me out?

I mainly play Rainbow 6 Siege, and I'm looking for a set of wireless headphones that can tell me where the enemy location is based on sound feedback (no idea what it's called, but enemy footsteps/gunfire sounds like its behind u, on your right, 10 o'clock etc). I also need the headset to be good for commute, with active noise cancellation (i take the plane a lot and the headphones will help me sleep when connected to phone playing music). Connectivity to the plane's entertainment system is a huge plus, but not a requirement. Do you think the Opus or Barracuda Pro is better? Or is there another headset I should look at instead?

I've looked for this but can't see it anywhere, maybe that's because it doesn't. My problem is, I love the Tartarusv2, BUT, it doesn't have onboard storage/hybrid storage, and when I use the Tartarus I want to use it on my xbox via an adapter, so it wont have a connection back to the mothership to retain all of the settings, and I read on this forum (from a staff member) this is because it needs to have onboard storage/hybrid storage to support being used away from a PC and retain its settings. So the question is, does the Tartarus Pro have it? (or even the orbweaver!) I could then hopefully use it with my xbox. The tartarus is so close to being brilliant.

Hello everyone, I ve been having a lot of issues with the kraken v3 pro. Some of them have been solved through the firmware update: strange noise when haptic was in use and charging never endding. One of my issues was with the hyperspeed usb dongle not being detected by windows on statup (had to unplug replug each time for dongle to be detected). In the end after many, many tests and digging, I seem to have found that the dongle has issues when plugged into an usb 3.x. My motherboard doesn't have usb 2 (asus rog crosshair VIII dark hero) unless using Port Usb 2.0 Hub plugged into the 9 Pin of my motherboard and have the ports at the back of the tower. And guess what...it worked! Now the razer usb hyperspeed dongle is detected at startup, no need to unplug replug. If some of you guys, have the same issue, and I know several has, my experience will help you. For other issues like wrong balance and so on... I can't tell.
