Hey. I've tried almost everything (removing the device, resetting Bluetooth completely, making sure it's registered as a playback device, everything people have recommended, to the official web pages and still no luck. The audio comes in and out but for the most part, it's simply just no sound. (my Bluetooth version for my PC is 11.3, so I wonder if that's the issue?) Thank you in advance to the people who might know how to help!

Hi, I've had these headsets for a while now, and they seem to have an issue related to the volume knob built into the headset, if I change the volume using it, my left headphone will stop working completely. The only way to fix it during the past was to keep moving it like some old radio. Today it happened again but currently it hasn't worked again, hopefully someone knows what's causing it or has a solution. Thanks

I know I've used Deathstalker ultimate keyboard long enough, but I'm keep using it because there's no substitute. The only problem is, recently one of the adaptive tactile keys is not working, while other nine keys are still working fine. So my question is, Is there way to fix this by myself?

I was looking into a new mouse today, and am upgrading from my GE 98529 that I’ve been using since the start of my PC gaming journey. I was thinking about getting a Razer mouse because I love the Panthera Evo fightstick, and I’ve heard it’s just overall a quality brand That being said i was interested in the Deathadder V2 Pro, but I wanted a second opinion or any other suggestions. I heard the Mamba was really good. I mainly play shooters on PC and other multiplayer stuff. Thank you guys and I can answer any follow up question that may be needed.

So I have this issue that's been occurring. If the wrist-rest for the hunstman elite is slightly off, it makes the keyboard completely go whack. I'll try to type and then it just acts like I'm holding a key down or just not type at all. The lights on the wrist-rest still work but if I take it off and put it back on, everythings back to normal. I haven't seen any posts about it and I'm wondering if something is wrong??

I just wondering what people like you love to listen to when gaming or just chillilng? Mine favourite is Hardstyle/Hardbass and that what i produce every day for fun. P.S. Sorry for my bad English, it's not my first language:)

Made some fun macros for Minecraft (it is my own server, which I share with a friend). I hit one of the many keys on my mouse to start one, and again to stop. Well I hit them on accident sometimes just browsing the web and xender can't figure out which one so I trouble getting it to stop again. It is weird to me that there's no way to send a message to Synapse or just my mouse to stop the macro. Is there really no way to do this? I'd like it if I could program a button (say the "1" button on my mouse) to stop all macros.

Sorry for the noob question .. I just saw both headsets with different price tag for the x lite being a bit more expensive .. what is the difference between both headsets vshare??

I recently got a new gaming mouse from razor. Everything works fine except for the dang led in the mouse wheel. It flickers back and fourth from the color I set it (grey) to a dim green. It does this for other colors as well, but different colors instead of green. I’ve noticed that when I touch the mouse wheel this tends to happen. At one point it was working fine when I put the resistance completely down, but now it doesn’t matter. Any ideas https://100001.onl/ ?

Hi! I want to use my Razer Nommo with a subwoofer that I own. I tried using the 'Headphone' jack output on my Nommo speakers, but it disables the Nommo's audio and only broadcasts to the subwoofer I connected. Is there a way to disable this feature so I can use the speaker and my subwoofer at the same time? Thanks!

Hi all, I have a problem, I bought for a girl razer kraken kitty edition, and they are not identified by Windows when connected, appear for a second and then disappear, in the Device Manager they are, in the sound settings is not. Found a temporary solution is to clamp the THX SPATIAL button while turning on to cosplay mode, then they work but no settings in the synapse, glow with one light. Reinstalled Windows, razer synapse and all the drivers, the same on other computers. (*Omitted)

Since the release of the Hyperpolling 4000Hz wireless dongle lately I am asking myself why the polling rate over usb is 1000Hz only. Like if the mouse is able to achieve 4000Hz wirelessly they should enable https://routerlogin.uno/ it via cable too. It could probably even do 8KHz wired... So please Razer do us all a favor and enable it for us :)

I Have a Razer ortana chroma. And i would Like It To ahve Lightning that slides on the keyboard in the 3 colors of the Tractor Brand Claas. I have tried making it but im bad. Could Anyone maybe make omegle it to me :D

Is there any way to prevent updates running atm? I have a v3 Pro wireless keyboard which was fine for ages until it became a very expensive paperweight for around 4 months due to just randomly typing gibberish until the most recent update I got (3.7.731.72516) where this behaviour stopped. So, I can only assume this issue was caused and fixed by an update. I see that Razer has thoughtfully removed the option from Settings so that we can untick Automatically check for updates to avoid updates, and there's now only a button to Check for updates in Settings > About. I'm on W10, and W10AMEL. Does anyone have a way around this to prevent further updates? TIA frens.

Hi, it's been 3 months since I bought this mouse. And today I noticed something. If I press or click the buttons on the left side (Mouse 4 and Mouse 5), my mouse sounds like it's vibrating. Is this a problem?

Hiayaa Mate, Let's get to the point shall we. As you know, or maybe some of you know, I'm huge fans of Razer Product and always have been, I'm just me being a fan just like you are. I owned the OG Razer Goliathus Extended Chroma from couples years ago and i still love it but, there is some issue that i have which is annoyed me which is How to clean it ? Now with this problem since its Chroma its a bit challenging. You can't treat this like any other Mouse Pad that you can soak with water and bleach u need extra careful coz 1st its cloth and 2nd it has electrical RGB by the edge. With that issue, Razer released Strider last year or a couple years ago (correct me if im wrong), but I skipped it for a reason (deep down in my heart I believe one day Razer will release the Chroma edition ) and guess what, i was right. I just bought these and they disconnect every time I start a new Youtube video or start a game.

I'm having a problem with my headphones with the fact that as soon as I stop listening to the audio, the headphones stop registering any audio. For example, if I pause Netflix for let's say 10 seconds when I click play again, no noise comes out of the headset on any platform (youtube, Spotify etc). Sometimes turning the headset on and off again works but it's such a pain to have to do this every single time. I am basically sitting next to the Bluetooth dongle on my PC so there is no issue with distance. I have upgraded to the THX Spatial software and updated all my Razer applications and still, this keeps happening. Any suggestions would be welcome, thanks.

Hello, I just recently got the naga pro and am having an issue where when the mouse goes to sleep it will not wake reconnect to the bluetooth. I have to remove it and reconnect every time. I have updated firmware, tried reinstalling synapse a few times. Anyone else have this problem or know a solution? THank you!

Hello There! Since I got the Razer Viper V2 Pro and totally felt in love with it, I was wondering what settings might be the best in case of DPI and Calibration to get maximum performance out of it. Let's start with the DPI: I actually used to play with X:700 Y:300 DPI for shooter - currently Hunt Showdown as maingame - since I saw a video which has shown that low DPI reduces the mouse movement delay. But after I was watching a more recent video the recommandation switched from Low DPI with 400 and 800 at best results in case of input lag into High DPI with the best results at 1600 and 3200 DPI. Sooo.. What should I now go for? Currently I'm playing arround with testing X:1600 Y:700 but the problem is, eventhough you get your settings on a level which makes both playarts comfortable, the effect of input lag is nothing you really can feel. Has anyone a final conclussion whether I should go now for High DPI or should I stay with Low DPI with the Viper V2 Pro in particular? The next topi
