hi, for a few weeks I don't know why my razer nari ultimate lose connectivity with the key every time the pc is restarted, I have windows 11 and the razer synapse 3 software that sometimes when I manage to connect the headphones does not show me on the screen the headphones of the device section even if I hear the audio. I used both the key recovery tool and the one to update the headphones and the key.Here several things happen, or the key is not in the software so I have to uninstall the driver and also change the USB port or sometimes it recognizes it but the firmware download goes to the maximum and then returns to zero and asks me to restart the firmware download (when I open the application, version 106 of the headphones appears while in the key section the current installed version does not come out, practically as if was installed). In summary it is as if the pc deleted the driver of the key at each reboot (I have already reinstalled synapse 3 several times) what can I do to so

I have a HTML, CSS, JS website and on my computer it works perfect but on my Razer Phone with chrome it does not scroll vertically. The website is German but the text doesn´t matter. If i zoom in it scrolls until the next navigator, then it stops. If i switch in mobile chrome to desktop site, it scrolls perfect, but in mobile mode omegle it doesn´t.

Hi! I have been injured and have metallic magnetic parts stuck inside a very sensitive area. I know that I am not *THAT* sensitive to magnets, but it still scares me to have magnets near me. I have recently bought an Ornata v2 keyboard but I did not know it has magnets in it and the wrist rest. So... I would really want to replace it with another keyboard that does not have magnets at all. Or to pull the magnets out (using various tools and screwdrivers). Do you have anything to recommend for me to buy instead?

I can't seem to get this headset charged up completely. I'm using the included cable on a 5V 2.4A USB port. Charged overnight and this morning the LED is still blinking. On a related note, the Synapse app only shows a tiny battery representing the charged state. How about a percentage (%) indicator?

Hi Razer ! Im a pro Counter-Strike player since 2002 & Razer fan since I've got Diamondback in 2006. In 2008 I have tried DeathAdder and found it is best mouse I ever had. I have a big expirience with gaming mouses. DeathAdder was very similar to Microsoft IntelliMouse Explorer 3.0 but more accurate. Some days ago my DeathAdder 3.5G gone...I have use it about 9 years with standalone drivers, changing some times feets and was happy. It started to disabling sensor and buttonts randomly. Some time it works ok, some time it was terrible. I have decided to buy modern DeathAdder v2... I have configured my new DeathAdder v2 mouse with synapse 3 software, saved profile into mouse. Nice app, no problems. Tryed some games, old and new - mouse is outstanding. BUT. It doesn't save lightning settings into mouse(I like to use "breathing" settings with only white color). When my Windows PC logging off, when I am disabling all razer apps - my favorite DeathAdder begins RGB cycling... Razer Guys,

My daughter has fallen in love with the Quartz Book 13 and wants to use it as her high school laptop. As she likes to game as well, the plan is to pair it with a Core X if necessary for the games she likes to play? (so far, Genshin Impact and Fortnite) Reviews are good but keyboard seems to have been a consistent issue in the past. Has this been rectified in 2022 models and would you recommend this set up?

If I do a new login over Remote Desktop and my DeathAdder V2 is plugged in, the Start Menu and Task Bar hang for several minutes. If I log in locally, everything is immediately responsive (even if I start the session over RDP). If I unplug the mouse, RDP login works as expected. I've updated drivers, firmware, created fresh user profiles, tried different USB ports. The problem seems to be the Razer hardware and or driver. Hey guys... Unfortunately, after 6 years, I have to change my headphones with regret. I was a happy owner of the razer kraken 7.1 chroma v2, in my opinion one of the best headphones I have had / tested - there were a lot of them, perfect for playing marathons for 10 hours, I did not even feel that I had these headphones on the ears, or listening to music, just fire ... Today I bought a Razer Baracuda X, after 1.5 hours I went to return them the sound was tragic, the headphones a bit small ... So my question, what do you recommend? I would like to buy the same headphones again, unfortunately they are discontinued

I am sure a lot of you guys and girls out there have been really impressed with the Eve Spectrum 280hz glossy gaming monitor. Sadly that company is a little sketchy and they rebranded themselves to Dough and now increased the price of their monitor to $1,099.00. I like how Razer has listened to our input about creating a Razer Blade laptop with a 2K OLED screen option recently. I am suggesting a new idea for Razer which I believe a lot of us customers would pay for. Why not release a new Razer Raptor 27 inch monitor with the option of picking glossy on checkout. Eve has generated quite a buzz but they have not delivered. Razer can capitalize on the glossy display hype train by offering a glossy version of the Raptor monitor while charging less money than Eve. Their Raptor monitor just looks bad compared to glossy displays.

Latest rumor has it there will be a 450w and 600w 4090 which varies in price. If this turns out to be true, which would be ideal using a Razer Core X? It has a PSU of 650w, but 100w goes to the laptop and idk where the other 50w go, but apparently it only feeds 500w for the GPU. Which would sound like the best option to get here if money isn’t a factor (like at all)? Is the 50w extra you’d utilize make the 600w (500w in this case) make sense? I know you can upgrade the PSU on the Core X, but I might prefer not to do it since apparently it leaves the PSU fan on all the time even if you’re not using it? Any advice is appreciated P.S. I don’t really care if the 4090 is gonna perform like 50 or even 60% worse in an eGPU, just kind of time constrained of needing a beefier GPU for specifically 4K 120Hz gaming right now, and the rest of the 40 series is coming in 2023 apparently. I know these are all rumors, but it’s good info nonetheless.

I bought the keyboard back in 2020 and it has been working fine since then, but yesterday when I was playing the game "League of Legends" to be exact. The keyboard started to disconnect and re-connect. There was also no light when it was connected to my Laptop. I tried the factory reset on Youtube but did not fix it. The matter got worse as it also spammed keys when I typed. Please help!!

Hello to all "greens". For some time something has happened to me in my old age;) my head changed and after a long break I returned to the games. But I didn't have anything "good" from the accessories - I decided to find the equipment that would meet my expectations - that's how I became a fan of the brand ... but to the point. The speakers are really amazing, the look and workmanship is just great (so it turned out that I have nowhere to put the subfoe and kick it every now and then because it is standing right under my leg). I am trying to set up Kiyo Pro and, preferably, Synapse for use during Zoom sessions. Kiyo Pro works fine in Zoom but Zoom doesn't 'recognize' it as a camera. It only is usable as a generic "USB Video Device" I am not able to add Synapse as a camera in Zoom. Previously I have added and used Snap Camera, XSplit VCam, and Logi Capture (although not with Kiyo Pro) Any ideas why Zoom doesn't recognize Kiyo Pro or Synapse?
