I just bought a Wolverine V2 Chroma. It works beautifully on a PC, actually Windows on Boot Camp. However, when I'm in macOS, it is not recognized. Nothing lights up. I'm running the latest version of Monterey, 12.4. I know the configuration software is Windows only but I'd just like to get the controller working. I tried installing the old Xbox 360 controller driver but it is no longer supported and won't install. Any suggestions appreciated.

So for a while now, the left fan on my laptop makes a rattling noise. Since it would take a few weeks to get it repaired I think I'm just gonna try and replace it myself. The specific laptop I have is the Blade 15 Advanced Model (Early 2020) - RZ09-033 I'm not sure what specific fan I'd need since all the videos on youtube deal with replacing 2018 fans, I've been able vshare to get the back panel of the laptop off using a t5 screwdriver but it seems like I also need a different screwdriver to unscrew the fan screws? Does anyone know what specific fan I need to buy and if I need to get a special screwdriver to get the fan screws out? Thanks.

Hello! Today, in the morning I was using my pc for about half an hour, mouse was working perfectly as it should. After a few hours I got back, ready to play some games but randomly and for no reason my mouse is not working anymore. Before I booted my pc I did a quick mouse clean, with just a cloth. Then the mouse LED went on for no reason, I booted my pc and mouse is not working anymore. It's not getting recongized by my pc or synapse 2. I tried uninstalling all the mouse drivers/usb drivers, completely uninstalled razer drivers (I also happen to have blackwidow v2 keyboard), disassembled my mouse to check if anything is faulty but still nothing. It also doesn't work on other computers that I have in the household. How is this even possible? I've used this mouse for years, 0 problems. I refuse to believe it suddenly just fell apart and won't work. I would really appreciate it if anyone could provide a solution or suggest something. Thanks in advance! EDIT: Bought a new mouse. Hello, I'm from vietnam last month I bought your product from a retailer! Razer Blade 15 Advanced 2020 RZ09-03305E43, then I reset the pc and it turned off and didn't power on, and no power light on! currently my computer is faulty, I took it to the repair center, they removed the chipset to check but it didn't fix it. Can I send my computer to RAZER in Singapore or Malaysia to fix it? Thanks

Hi, Everyone Today I receive my razer hammerhead true wireless pro. When I receive the box is secure and no signs of damage. When I open the device its sealed and perfectly fine. First I charge the device and wait until the green light showed up and i check the earbuds. So i downloaded the RAZER APP AUDIO ,check the device is okay and i notice that the right earbuds is not charging at all but the left earbud is fully charge. I put back the right earbud back and recharge it again after 1hr i saw on the razer app that the right earbud is fully charge and then I try to use both earbuds but suddenly while im checking the razer app the right earbud is fully charge and just less than 1min the battery is 80% after a min ahain the battery is going down to 76%….. but the big question is why is the left earbud is still 100%. ?????? So i just use it and suddenly the right earbud prompt that battery is low in just less that 7mins but the left earbud is still 100%. I dont know of this is a hardw

Hi, I've been using a Blade 15 Base 2021 (RTX 2060) since it was out, and since the first days it was an airplane. Now, I didn't care back than, but now when I take it to work, the first thing I do when I open it is lower the fan speed manually on Synapse because it makes more noise than anyone's laptop and very noticeable in a meeting. Everyone is kinda making fun of Razer due to that. I've seen ppl talking about the problem on all models around mine, and that there are some BIOS updates that should fix it. Has anyone been able to solve it? Fans are clean, and the problem was since day 1. Please, don't lock the thread like you did to everyone else without any solution. Help!

I have always known that razer itself has a high price due to its popularity and brand naming and that you can get hgher quality for the same price, but here is my problem. I am the type of person who loves to have things all uniform, as in Corsair Mouse? That calls for corsair KB etc. I was planning on getting a Corsair K70 RGB (Maybe K90 if I felt like splurging) and the RGB mouse too but I have recently tried out a 10.0.0.0.1 Razer Naga Hex and I fell in love with the side button layout. What is the general opinion and risks of me going for a Blackwidow Chroma, the switches feel decent to me but I have heard tales of them breaking. I have a friend with the Blackwidow RGB and the mouse I want, his stuff has been working for almost 2 years with no problems now. Any tips? Maybe a mouse that can do what I want by a company that is more reliable?

I was given a Razer Sphex V3 recently, and it's my first plastic adhesive mouse pad. I've not used adhesive pads before. I like how it's firmly affixed, but my question is, what do I do when I decide to move it? (because I decide to sit differently or just change desks) It seems like the adhesive properties will be quickly lost and the bottom will gather dust and particles very quickly if I take it off, similarly to protective glass for smartphones. I'd like to hear about the others' experiences with these things.

I got the Razer Rogue V3 17 inch December 13 2020, and it literally is falling apart . The zippers broke inside the rubber casing almost immediately , now all the zippers are broken or bendable. The right shoulder strap threading came undo and so did part of the backpack that held said shoulder strap , there is a picture of me bending one of the zipper rubbing casing and that is because the metal inside has snapped. seems like the threads on the backpack are sub optimal. My general question is this, is this normal wear and tear for a backpack you bring to work? If it is ill buy a new one but I don't think it should be in this bad shape just carrying a backpack to and from work. I have a Lenovo Legion 17 that I travel with and has been through literally hell with me, it doesn't even have so much as a broken zipper and it have had it for 5 years. Really loved the backpack and got ton of compliments on it but if this is the quality for 150 bucks no thanks.

So I'd like to change out the key caps on my tartarus, I'd rather them be "W A S D" Rather then numbers 1-30 and if so how do you like it? The keys that are on the tartarus are curved so you can comfortably reach for the upper rows https://vidmate.bid/ , I just wonder if there's some caps out there shapped the same (please drop a link if so) and if not is it uncomfortable to have standard flat key caps?

I have this idea to integrate a small display into the front panel. However, I am leery to start cutting up my brand new case. Is it possible to just purchase an additional front panel separately?
