As title goes, in the near future i am going to purchase my first custom keyboard, and as i already own the Razer phantom keycaps i am wondering if they are compatible with north facing leds as one of my options has them.

I'm making a switch to a wireless keyboard soon, and I would like to know your opinions on the best keyboards that have brown switches. I've been looking at the Keychron K2 Wireless and the K8 Wireless, but im not really sure what the best buy would be in the 100 dollars range.

Hi I have a Razer Phone 2 and I'm DYING to emulate PS1... is there a place I can find a decent tutorial? I really want to do everything through the phone without a pc. I'm stuck trying to locate my games, I already downloaded RetroArch and 7zip directly through the phone. can someone help please?

Razer issued a firmware update for the Viper V2 Pro mouse on June 15th 2022 that just came out on May 10th 2022 which contains a couple important fixes that are related to the power and battery. Hi I'm planning to change my Logitech keyboard/mouse to Razer. I wanted to buy a Razer Basilisk V3 but I see that the Razer Viper Pro V2 just came out with a new sensor and new 3Gen switch. I don't know the habits of Razer at all. Do they release upgraded existing products? I mean, could a Razer Basilisk V "3.5" with the new sensor and 3Gen switches come out very soon or they never do that and I can buy the Basilisk V3 without fearing a new model omegle shagle coming right after?

This happens a lot during fps games as I tend to flick the mouse a lot. It disconnects (the light turns off) and then it reconnects again (the light turns on again). However, this does not happen if I plug the mouse in.

So I got the Deathaddder v2, but my hands are so heavy, that the mouse feet got completely got worn down after only 30 minutes of use. Are there mouse feet out there which don't get worn?

I just gor a Razer Naga Pro, and was wondering what is the best practice for charging, should I connect it to the cable every night so that it charges, or should I wait until it actually shows low battery to connect it?

my nari ultimate dongle broke because i used it so much. lol i really love my naris, and i basically take them everywhere. and because of that i constantly needed to unplug the dongle. i am really sad that the dongle broke. i was going to order a replacement on the official razer website, but they are out of stock :slightly_sad:. i love my naris so much and i don't want to throw them out 😭

Not sure if this counts as technical support but I'm curious if it's a known bug. Synapse updated itself last night , everything seemed fine. Then this morning just put of the blue my mouse (a basilisk v3 if that matters) drops sensitivity and the colour goes from the fixed one I set it to to the default colour cycling. Weird but maybe synapse just crashed. Computer restarts , it's still on low sensitivity and colour cycling, open synapse up and for whatever reason all my settings and changes are gone, the mouse looks like it did when I first bought it and the profile is just "quick start"(nothing saved) Is stuff like this common router login? Can I get my stuff back or am I just going to need to reinput myouse settings? I've had the mouse for the better part of the year and this is the first time something like this has happened and I'm worried about if it's a hardware fault or a bug or if it's some really weird malware thing Thanks for any help in advance and I'm sorry for the block

Hi, Every time the Barracuda X headset connects or disconnects it makes a connection beeping sound. Is there any way to turn this off? Because sometimes when I move around my apartment I move out of range and then back in range so I then just have constant connect / disconnect beeps in my ears and it's quite annoying. Any way to turn it off? so that the music just comes and goes, not accompanied by constant beeping? Thanks in advance.

I ordered the kraken headset that says on the razer website comes with 7.1 surround sound yet no activation code was included in my box and even when i registered my device it still wasn't sent to my email.

As the subject states, starting with Tiamat 7.1v2, at some point the sound stopped coming out. When I select each channel with the selector, the indicator light comes on full blast after about 5 seconds, but no sound comes out no matter how much I turn the volume controller. The mic mute and 7.1ch buttons do not respond when pressed, only the audio mute button does. Is there anything I should check or has anyone solved the problem? Synapse is up to date with v2.21.

Hello everyone. Just bought Krakens tournament edition like a hour ago. I live in Amman, Jordan and bought the headsets from PC Circle, when i opened the box, it had some weird particles and i think its an open box even though i bought it brand new. the box just had tape on the bottom. anyways, i registered the headsets to my account and it worked but the THX app isnt confirming my code that i got with the headsets, im now living off the trial.

I'm interested in purchasing the Razer Blackwidow v3 keyboard. However, my laptop only has usb-c ports (Dell XPS15 9510 laptop). I've read that the keyboard comes with a detachable usb-c to usb-a cable and the keyboard has a usb-c port. If I buy a separate usb-c to usb-c cable, can I plug the Blackwidow v3 keyboard into my laptop and expect it to work? Do I need to buy a specific type of usb-c to usb-c cable?

I am trying to play on my phone using the razer raiju mobile controller connected via USB c. But for some reason it is not connecting using the provided USB c to USB c cable. It used to work before but has suddenly stopped. I am still able to charge my phone using the provided cable so I don't think it is an issue with the cable. I am also able to connect to my phone via USB c using a different USB c to USB c cable other than the short one provided so don't think it is an issue with the controller. For some reason the controller is not allowing me to connect to my phone with just the provided razer USB c to USB cable. Is there a fix for this?

Looking for new dongle for my headset which is a kaira for playstation can I use any other dongle as I can't find a replacement for that one

I'm a metal fabricator by day, engineering student by night looking to purchase a top-of-the-line laptop for school, business/creative work, and occasional streaming and movie watching. Can I use this laptop for touch screen capabilities and occasional stylus pen use? I'm in love with the hardware and display of this laptop but I don't play video games and I don’t want to settle for less. Any insight from anyone would be greatly appreciated. Thanks again!

Yesterday it was driven home just how much Skype seems to hate my Nari Ultimate's mic. I had to do the video edits from hell for my podcast because the latest Skype updates wrecked the Nari's mic quality even more than it already did. Crackling, even more tinniness to my voice, all sorts of issues that I had to use filters to fix. I know the Nari's mic can be a bit weird and distorted, but my friends can hear me just fine, and without near as many issues, when I'm in a game, be it PC or PS5. It's just Skype that absolutely hates the microphone, and Skype is how we record the vast bulk of our cast. I have a workaround, but wanted to pass this tidbit along to the community.

Hi, I currently want to upgrade my SSD and RAM in my (Mid-2021) Razer Blade 15 Advanced Edition, but I keep getting mixed messages and confused about which one I should get. I checked the bios, and it doesn't show XMP, which means I probably won't get the full speed, 3200mhz if I upgrade the ram. As for the storage, it is believed that the SSD needs to be a specific size to upgrade. Can anyone give me suggestions as to which is the best to buy?

Hello everyone I feel a little frustrated, I have purchased the Razer Gear Mobile, but the headphones are giving me a problem. The first time I used it without a problem, after the first charge was exhausted I put them in their compartment for one night, the next day I wanted to use them but the left side did not work, I have carried out all the synchronization recommendations without success. I tried to restart the charger allowing the charge to run out completely, but then I started another problem since the one on the right side did not work either, and I have noticed that the synchronization mode now works the other way around, I have to open and close the box and only like this the application recognizes them, although it tells me that the connection was not successful I apologize for my poor writing but I have relied on a translator

As title my raiju requires reconnection each time I turn my ps4 on. Is there a solution? Firmware is up to date etc
