I was looking into buying the Razer mouse dock for my Naga V2 Pro, but since it cant really take advantage of the 8000hz polling rate and would only be using it as convenience for charging, I saw on amazon a similar dock for $39 (almost half price). The brand is Soarking and it includes the charging dock and the puck for the mouse. Is it safe to use this third party brand? or can it damage the mouse? 

 So, I opened a ticket with support and the email I received told me to check this place out while waiting for a response. I see many others here have similar issues but no fix has been posted. Might as well share.I have two issues with the audio of my Blackshark v2 pro 2023 headset. I have an MSI Alpha 17 c7v Windows 11 laptop and I have tried every possible solution I could find on Google and the Razer troubleshooting guide. The headset’s volume slider changes the master volume of Windows instead of just the headset. Also, Windows recognizes the headset as ‘speakers’ instead of ‘headset’. bought the razer blackwidow v4 pro cuz it looks sick and ive used razer my whole life no problems before, and now that i have a problem with all 3 keyboards i got since i got 2 replacements and now im trying to get a refund since this has been a huge waste off time and when i read about others who have gotten the same keyboard its all the same issue keys double click and dont register. well now they pull out a bullshit 14 day refund time from original purchase that is not stated anywhere wich u can easily find and they can not change my replacement to another line that might work "but hey we can give u another faulty keyboard and waste ure time and empty our warehouse" im so done i tought this was a serious company that cared about customers and made good products, how wrong and naive ive been just cuz some off my shit worked in the past u scammers 

So I ordered an open box Blade 18 completely maxed out specs for a very sizable discount but Amazon sent me the blade 16 instead with the same core specs minus the change in cpu. I know I can return for a refund but it is still a large discount over list price. The 16 does have a very nice oled panel which was the one big downside of the 18. I was looking for an 18 inch laptop and if I return the laptop I’d definitely won’t be shopping in the 5090 category as without the large discount I couldn’t justify it for gaming. My main worry is the weaker CPU’s longevity for gaming. My last and current laptop is a blade 15 with 8750h and 2080 and I know that I disliked that the cpu has become the limiting factor in that setup and am worried that the same thing will happen. Having said that it has lasted me this long before considering an upgrade. 

How do I stop my mouse button 4 and mouse button 5 going back a page and forward a page respectively, I have a Razer Deathadder v2 and I can’t find anything in razer synapse to fix this, how do I make it so it doesn’t so that?

hey! firstly sorry for my english, its not my native language. so ive got a razer basilisk v3 mouse, and yesterday when i hopped on valorant, my mouse just started frequently left click in game by itself. i thought that i maybe accidentally installed some virus and it was a aimbot because it mostly happened when i looked at the enemies but after the game i tested it in 1v1 against my friend and it clicked by itself whenever it wanted. i tried all the troubleshooting tips, closing synapse, updatinh drivers, literally everything but only thing it did was that it wasnt so frequent but it still leftclicked sometimes. i also noticed it happened when i clicked multiple keys for example: moving on my keyboard, zooming with my gun and shooting, flicking the mouse etc. so im trying to figure out whats wrong with it. every help will be appreciated!

Hello I have problem with my razer stealth 13 mercury white it only turns on when the laptop is plugged in. It shows battery percentage 63% but when I unplug the charger, it turns off. It also does not turn on by itself with the battery.

Hello i come because i jjust installed again synapse to see what was the sens of my mouse but for an obscur reason synapse 4 seems to dont detect my mouse whatever the usb port i used to plug my mouse ( a deathadder essential white ) and i dont think its a fake one since it was detected on the previous version synapse 3 any idea ?

I went into my local tech store a couple days ago, they had the Superlight 2 priced $20 AUD (which is like 10 USD I think) lower than the Viper 3 Pro. They had both mice out, its weird how they do it though, its like glued onto a inclined piece of wood so I couldn't really get a proper feel for both mouses. I thought they felt the same and just went with the Superlight 2. Been using it for a few days and it just really did not feel right and kept like scratching my mousepad almost. I actually thought it was superior to the Viper 3 Pro because I didn't do my homework but returned it today and said it was faulty lol. Replaced it for a Viper 3 pro and wow, I get the hype. It feels amazing in the hand and so smooth! It has a better feel to the buttons, mouse wheel too. I like the fact that its wider at the back and not shaped like a potato which suits my grip. Thanks to reddit it convinced me to buy the Viper 3 pro after reading it was better! 

Hi guys,I’ve made a post 2 month ago about my problem with my Razer Naga Pro V2 and its incompatibility with WoW. I’ve tried running it through steam or lutris and with different compatibility layers (proton-10, latest, ge). This new thread is more about finding people actually playing WoW on a linux OS with the same device and maybe compare our configurations give me clue where to search..I’m a little desperate as I don’t want to use Windows anymore as I really try to avoid GAFAM but this bug makes WoW unplayable without switching to a normal mouse.. which I will not as I use it since so long now.Any clues ?

Hi, using a black Widow V3 halo edition,is there any firmware updates for this?can only find standard v3 firmware updater for it, should I use that? also in Razer Chroma the “\|” and “#-“ key isn’t on the setup page, so those 2 keys doesn’t light up,is there a fix for this? UK keyboardthanks

Hi, just got a Blackshark V3 X Hyperspeed (for PS5), and got all the Synapse and 7.1 Surround installed on my Win 11 machine and it sounds great!But I also use it on my Linux Mint PC though bluetooth, and just "out of the box" it sounds great... but was wondering if there's anything possible I can do to get the best out of it?(I already am doing things like running Easy Effects for EQ etc, but was wondering about anything specifically that would utilize the Razer features, or whatnot. (I installed OpenRazer, but it looks like that doesn't do anything for audio, just mainly light effects.))Thanks for any suggestions!
