Hello I am experiencing an audio issue with my BlackShark V2 Pro (original/older model) on Windows 11.The Windows Volume Mixer does not work correctly. When I change the volume using the Volume Mixer, the volume sometimes changes several seconds later, and sometimes does not change at all. Even when the volume has changed correctly, if I stop playback and start it again, the audio briefly plays at 100% volume before changing to the selected volume. The EQ and other audio settings in Razer Synapse work normally. However, I found that if I disable “Audio enhancements” under Windows Sound Properties, the Windows Volume Mixer works correctly. Unfortunately, when I do this, the EQ and other audio features in Razer Synapse stop working.I have already tried the following, but the issue persists:Restarting WindowsReinstalling Razer SynapseUsing Razer's cleanup toolReinstalling the audio driversI have uploaded a video showing the issue on YouTube. Please take a look to see exactly what is happeni
Will the new handheld controller prio work with the Samsung z-fold 8?
Hi, I’m having a trouble wwith my Deathadder v2 hyperspeed mouse. It keeps on phantom clicking and jumps across the screens. I have tried to fixed it by changing out the battery, reconnect the dongle in a different port as well as cleaned the lens but it still bugging out. Other mouses seems to be fine when plugged in my computer
HELLO EVERYONE!! REGARDING ON THE UPDATE OF BLACKSHARK V3 FIRMWARE..PLEASE CAREFULLY READ THE INSTRUCTIONS.. FIRST THING TO DO IS TO UDPATE THE DONGLE, THEN AFTER THAT, UNPLUG THE DONGLE TO YOUR PC/LAPTOPS, NEXT CONNECT YOUR HEADPHONE USING THE PURCHASED TYPE C TO TYPE A CABLE TO YOUR PC/LAPTOPS THEN CONTINUE UPDATE.. THEN IT WILL FIXED YOUR PROBLEMS.. IT SHOULD BE THE SAME VERSION 1.4.0.0.. THANKS
Hello all, here recently I have been thinking about getting the Naga (not sure which model yet). I have had a Logitech G600 since 2017 and it still works perfectly fine. I just want less cables and I feel my mouse can be the first to be without one. Anyone here can give me some insight on how they like theirs? Also, there reason I’ve been thinking about the new mouse is because I got a Tartarus a week ago and I’m surprised I haven’t had one this whole time. The things a monster!
I’m experiencing a persistent and very frustrating audio issue with my Razer BlackShark V2 Pro (2023) headset on Windows 10.After a few seconds of silence, the next sound played suddenly becomes extremely loud for a brief moment (a sharp volume spike), before returning to normal. This happens consistently — for example, when watching videos, opening a tab in opera with browser-sounds activated, or receiving a system notification.Additionally, Windows system sounds completely ignore the volume mixer. Even if I mute system sounds or set them to 0%, they still play at maximum volume through the headset and then reset themself in the audimixer to 100%. These two issues combined make normal use very uncomfortable. What I’ve tried (none of these fixed the issue): Reinstalling and uninstalling Razer Synapse 4 Enabling / disabling Windows Enhancements Turning off all Spatial Sound options (I don’t want any spatial audio) Setting “Do nothing” under Communication settings in Windows Sound
I managed to get one of the recently released Razer Artisan Keycaps but the stem mount is too short I think compared to BlackWidow V4 X keycaps for the stem. The keycap falls off so easily. Is there a permanent way to help it stay on sturdily?
Tried every solution on the internet but my device didnt show up in Razer Synapse 4. Appreciate for the helps
Abyssus Essential mouse, wired: jumpy, lag, sometimes freezesAll I want is a simple mouse. Something that will not destroy my computer.I ended up deleting all Razer drivers and getting basic driers from MS. “Ta Dah . It works.”Eventually, Razer drivers find their way in and the problems begin...again.Question: what are the basic drivers that I need to keep and delete the rest?Behaves as bad as a virus. Really regret getting it.
Hey,tried everything:reinstalled synapse updated firmware to 2.2.0.0 used RazerUSBHyperspeedDongleUtility_v1.00.16_r1 removed every device from device manager that was named Deathadder and HID-compliant restarted the pc, the mouse tried different usb portsThe mouse worked yesterday fine, and my blackshark v2 works fine too. Generally don’t know what other troubleshooting steps to take - any suggestions?
Hello,The wireless dongle for my Razer V2 pro won’t detect on any device. I’ve tried several devices and different usb ports I think it’s dead. My mouse works perfectly if I connect it via usb and cable. Where can I purchase a replacement dongle.
All the keys are repeating sporadically when I type. Sometimes it has no response when depressed, such as the arrow keys or punctuation keys. I have to spend a lot of time checkingg the spelling and missing letters. If there is any typo here it is because I gogt fed uup on correction.

Hi everyone,After about 4 years of loyal service, my Razer mouse is finally starting to show some battle scars. The rubber grip under the side buttons has developed a small worn spot and a bit of peeling. To be fair, considering the amount of hours this mouse has seen, I can’t really complain — it actually held up pretty well. That said, I’m curious about something:Is there any way to replace just this rubber grip piece, even outside of warranty? For example, does Razer sell replacement parts, or is there any official grip kit designed for this area?I’ve seen some universal grip tapes online, but I’m not sure if there’s something closer to the origina
Hello Razer Insider Community,We are testing background listener stability and remote webhook payload handling when integrating external hardware telemetry endpoints into automated data pipelines.Technical Setup: Our integration architecture at Frontline Sales Consultancy (flsc.co.uk) triggers automated B2B data updates and REST API syncs over HTTPS (TLS 1.3). The Issue We're Facing: Under heavy concurrent load spikes, background POST webhook listener sockets occasionally report HTTP 504 gateway timeout responses before acknowledging payload completion. Direct REST API requests to the same remote host resolve normally under 150ms thresholds. Are there recommended network socket keep-alive settings or queue worker retries to prevent connection drops during high-volume telemetry syncs? Any advice on managing asynchronous background worker threads would be appreciated! Thanks!
I am using the Razer 7.1 Surround Sound software with my headset on Windows 11. However, I am experiencing a persistent issue where background recording applications like NVIDIA ShadowPlay and Medal.tv fail to capture desktop/game audio. When the playback device is set to "Speakers (7.1 Surround Sound)" as required by the software, recording software captures my microphone audio, but desktop/game sound is completely silent in clips.
I’m sick and tired of this damn controller constantly disconnecting. I got new USB C cables and even trying to play wirelessly, it just keeps like, disconnecting and reconnecting mid game. My camera in game wanders off and I can’t do anything about it. Usually, I play ranked multiplayer games and it completely ruins it for me. I’ve looked up this issue and there’s countless amounts of posts regarding this, so does anyone have another alternative? I love using the paddles but it’s just too frustrating at this point.

Hey everyone,Got the laptop cooler about a week ago and it's great. Lowered my temps around 10 degrees on average.I have Synapse set up and set to Balanced mode. However, everytime I wake my laptop up from sleeping, it kicks into what sounds like middle speed (aka very loud) and just stays there. I have to manually switch modes and then switch back to Balance.Does anyone know what's up with this and how to stop it from happening?Thank you!
This conversation is in relation to the memory leak I have been experiencing on my Strix G16 laptop. For over 2 weeks I have been going crazy, trying EVERY solution mentioned out there:Some of the solutions I have already tried were:Disabling all audio enhancements (e.g. Razer 7.1 Surround Sound) Disabling all sound effects/ e.g. Spatial Sound etc. Uninstalling/ Installing Windows drivers ALL the updates you can imagine…. Cancelling the Windows Audio Device Graph Isolation process directly from the task manager.… and couple of others I cant remember. I have been watching countless videos on YouTube and relentlessly reading all the Forums for an answer. My problem has never been the spike in CPU usage, but simply a memory leak. The Windows Audio Device Graph Isolation would start at 1GB and slowly (but surely) creep up to 8 - 9GB. I call it memory leak, because during at an idle moment in games, I would minimise the game - open task manager (whilst nothing else is open) and simply watch
I will preface this post by listing everything I have done to troubleshoot this issue, including buying a brand new Pro AND THEN having that pro replaced with another pro after contacting customer service:Previous tartarus v2, then new Pro AND NOW replacement Pro have experienced unplayable lag when keymap swapping for several months now, starting any time a game is launched. Issue requires unplugging and reinserting the device every time after starting a game for it to return to a properly functioning state. EVERY SINGLE TIME. Issues are actually worse with the pros, if that’s believable! The pros sometime outright wipe my current keymap after games start.I have attempted (in rough order)-Bought a new device-Different usb ports.-Deleting profiles and creating new profiles.-Disabling its recognition as a 360 controller so steam no longer recognizes it as such (with a computer restart after disabling it)-Disabling various parts and combinations of its drivers and restarting the computer
