Hello,I have a first-generation Razer Barracuda X, model RZ04-03800, with the original RC30-0380 USB-C wireless dongle.The dongle suddenly stopped working. It is no longer detected by either my iphone or desktop PC, and the Razer Headset Pairing Utility does not detect it either. I have also noticed that the dongle seems to get warm when connected.I would like to know if Razer can provide or sell me an original replacement RC30-0380 dongle compatible with my headset.I am located in Portugal.Thank you.

The Razer Raiju Mobile app isn't supported anymore and recommended Razer Controller app doesn't seem to support Raiju Mobile either. Tried via cable and Bluetooth with no success. Tried to find any kind of answers online with no success. It's very frustrating that big companies can't even provide proper documentation about the products they are selling. Instead of testing the controller in games, I have spent hours trying to make official apps work so that I can remap buttons. Can it be done with Razor apps or will I have to use a 3rd party software?

As usual Razer's vibe coded untested garbage is at it again.With my laptop if I don't have a connection on boot, no successive restart of Synapse or anything short of a complete windows reboot will make Synapse detect ANY devices.Why is this software such? 

The Wolverine v3’s battery status does not work on Xbox. I assume Razer is aware of this issue. What is the plan to fix that? I did not expect to have this issue with a $200 controller. Relying on the app is a ridiculous work around. I would also like a comment as to why Razer does not make a charging station that is compatible with this controller. If there is no intention to make one I would have just preferred using batteries that I can easily swap out. Having to plug it in defeats the purpose and a charging station is available on all your competitor controllers.

If you brought back the Left Nagas in 2026, you would make bank.  You would not even have to create a new mouse evither, just re-release the existing model.  Maybe, tweak it to modern firmware/software standards, but just create a new batch.  Hell, I’d buy at least 2 of them.  I own both versions you’ve came out with and was one of many who signed the petition for the 2020 release.  Being only able to use my left hand for my passionate gaming, it made things 100x easierhave programmable side buttons. With Left Handed Gaming Mice niche being as barren as it is today, you would be the only source of the old school product.  The community of left handed gamers would flock to Razer. 

Hi there, I have already a bunch of Razer products, but I usually don't go doing macros and stuff.. And an idea came to me, what if I could switch audio peripherals from a single key of my keyboard ?So, I'd like to know, is it possible ? If so, how can I do that, or where can I find how to do it ?I've read a Reddit post about using Sound Switch but I wanna know if there's any way to achieve my goal without another software.Thanks ! 

Hi everyone,I'm looking to get a Razer Orochi V2 with the My Melody design. I noticed that I can either buy the official themed mouse directly for around NT$3,090, OR I can buy a standard version of the Orochi V2 plus a separate custom My Melody top shell for about NT$680, and then swap the shell myself.Since the Orochi V2 is designed with a removable magnetic top cover anyway, are there any differences between these two approaches besides the packaging and price? Does buying a separate custom shell affect the official warranty in any way?Thanks in advance for any advice!    

I purchased a Razer Huntsman V3 HE Magnetic Tenkeyless 8KHz keyboard and have completed the setup. Although it is connected via a wired USB connection, the keyboard occasionally becomes unresponsive during use.This issue started occurring after I updated the keyboard firmware.When this happens, the RGB lighting remains on, but none of the keys work. If I unplug the USB cable and reconnect it, the keyboard starts working normally again. However, the same issue keeps occurring repeatedly.Could you please help me identify the cause of this problem and provide any possible solutions or troubleshooting steps? Also, please let me know whether this may be related to the recent firmware update, a hardware defect, or a software-related issue.

I’ve had the Tartarus V2 Pro for a few days now. I bought it thinking it might be the answer to some of the issues I’ve had using a mouse and keyboard for space flight games, and on the whole, it actually is. But there are a couple of issues that kind of ruin what could otherwise be an amazing product.The biggest issue for me is the direction of the thumbstick. It doesn’t seem to be configurable.For me, “up” should be pushing the thumbstick forwards, towards the back of the Tartarus. Instead, you have it set so that “up” is towards the top/keys of the Tartarus. I can see the logic behind that, but it feels completely unnatural to me when using it for flight controls.I’m sure different people will prefer different orientations, so rather than changing the default, please just give us the option to configure the direction ourselves.The second issue is the analogue keys. Using the keys as a mappable joystick is incredible functionality and exactly what I was looking for. Great work here.B

Razer Huntsman V3 HE Magnetic Tenkeyless 8KHz key input not workingI am experiencing a strange issue with my Razer Huntsman V3 HE  (65%). Out of nowhere, the keyboard completely stops responding to any key presses, and no inputs are sent to my PC. However, the RGB backlighting is still fully turned on and working.Here is what I have tried so far: Reconnected the USB cable directly to a USB port (bypassing hubs). Restarted Razer Synapse and checked for software conflicts. Performed a hard reset. Unfortunately, the issue still happens randomly.

Hello Razer Support,I have a Razer Kraken V3 Pro (RZ04-03460).The battery percentage in Razer Synapse is incorrect and changes significantly after reconnecting/restarting the PC. For example, it showed 20%, then 50% after connecting the charger, and after restarting the PC it showed 80%.The headset firmware is 1.10.0 and I am using Razer Synapse 4.Could you please confirm whether this is a known battery reporting/firmware issue and provide the recommended fix?

The initial pairing process completes successfully.However, just a few seconds after they are connected, the keyboard completely drops its connection and becomes disconnected. Strangely, the mouse continues to work perfectly fine through the keyboard's dongle.I have tried unplugging and replugging the dongle, as well as restarting Synapse, but the exact same behaviour repeats: both work for a few seconds, then the keyboard disconnects while the mouse stays connected.Is this a known bug with Razer Synapse, a firmware issue, or am I doing something wrong during the setup? Has anyone successfully rebound these buttons to something else and not had them change back to defaults when changing profiles?Synapse still says that they have been bound to new keyboard inputs but still do the default inputs. Both profiles have been changed and there is no profile that has them set to defaults.If they are set and the profile does not change they work to the new bound key but a profile change removes the new bind, only these two buttons affectedHas anyone else noticed this or found a work around?

Has anyone here gotten their Hyperflux V2 to charge their Naga V3 Pro?  i recently just purchased both, the mouse connects fine via the Hyperflux V2 but it does not wirelessly charge it.I have tried everything so i contacted Razor Customer Support and the representative said the Naga V3 Pro is not supported by the Hyperflux V2….which is weird because if you go on the Hyperflux V2 product page it claims that the Naga V3 Pro will work with it… I also found a guy reviewing both on youtube with them both clearly working together… is anyone else have trouble with their Hyperflux V2 not charging their Naga V3 Pro? has anyone else got them to work together?   

Good evening. Like many others posting to this forum, I have problems with my Tarturus 2. I had a Tarturus 1 running Synapse 2 which generally worked well with Win 10. I upgraded a couple of years ago to a Tarturus 2 and Synapse 4; it worked fairly well, requiring periodic unplugging and plugging back in the device to make it work. Then I got a new PC running Win 11 64. Again, the Tarturus 2 seemed to work just fine until it stopped functioning properly this summer. Suddenly it started transposing keys; the actions programmed in to the first row of buttons shifted to the second row. No matter what I do (reinstall software, try to reset the device, create a new profile) it runs the same values for the buttons: first row-profiled rmw space-bar Lshift, result: 12345, second row-qsdfc, result-tab qwer. I plugged the device directly into the PC (without a hub), same result.  Can someone please tell me how to reset this damn thing, or give any recommendations for moving forward? Thanks

I couldn’t find anything to help me i tried everything.-charging it to 100% to see if its the problem up-updating drivers-updating windows-cleaning the headphones and inputs etcand some otheri noticed the mic works on the jack and bluetooth for some reason and after playing with the setthings here is the fix!Go to setthings > System > Sound > Properties (of the mic) and disable audio enchantments! that’s it now it should work. It’s not razer’s fault tbh it’s more on microsoft and them enforcing some stupid setthings on us :/
