The Razer Armory

I just purchased a Razer Kraken V3 X and I’m having trouble looking for and enabling sidetone. I tend to speak extremely loud, and sidetone helps me control my volume so I’m not constantly shouting. The option isn’t showing up in Synapse when I go to audio, all I get is volume and sound properties, which takes me to windows sound properties. I don’t mind using the audio playback through windows, but there is a delay that is driving me crazy and I would rather use the razer sidetone. Please help?

Hi everyone,I recently migrated my profiles from Synapse 3 to Synapse 4. After the migration, I selected one of the automatically generated profiles (Default1, Default2, Default3, etc.) for the 'USB Sound Card' page.Ever since then, the 'USB Sound Card' page shows nothing but a blank grey screen—no settings, no options, just empty space.Has anyone else run into this problem? Is there a fix or workaround? I'd really appreciate any help!

I changed my Logitech trackball for the Razer Vertical because this was the only thing I was missing from Razer—a mouse for productivity. The only issue I’m having is that the button to switch devices (Bluetooth and USB dongle) should be on the top of the mouse. It’s annoying to have to lift the mouse every time just to switch devices, since the button is at the bottom. Other than that, everything is perfect: DPI, buttons, RGB, and ergonomics. Also, it would be nice if the scroll wheel could be used as left and right buttons like on other Razer mice, but on this one you can only press and scroll.

I got a new razer blade 14 (2024) with a 4060 for £1100, which for similar specs is like £500 cheaper for a 14 inch laptop, and I'm now a bit worried about issues people have had with razer on the past, but alot of what I've seen is with the (2022) or (2023) model laptops, Has anyone had any positive/negative experiences with the 2024 model? 

Hi everyone,I noticed that my Razer laptop’s surface gets marks and smudges very easily, even when I just rest my hands on it or wipe it lightly. The finish seems to catch fingerprints, oil stains, and other marks that are hard to clean off completely (photo attached).Is this normal for Razer laptops, or is there something wrong with mine? Do you have any tips for cleaning or preventing these marks from showing up so easily?Thanks in advance!  

Hey guys. I recently got the Charging Stand in Aqua Shift and well, it doesn't do what it says on the tin lol it has taken roughly 5-8 hours to charge. I set it at roughly midnight, woke up at 5 (cause I can never sleep) and the indicator is orange, woke again at 8 and it's finally white. I have the included cord plugged into a Samsung super fast wall adapter. Has anyone else experienced long wait times or just me?

The red mute LED on my Ornata V3 isn’t working anymore when pressing the mute button since last Synapse V4 update…I’m on Synapse 4.0.86.2507180821.

Three years ago, I was gifted a Razer Blade 15 (2022) when I started college. Since then, I have had NOTHING but issues with it. This laptop was specifically chosen because it would allow me to play games while off at school where I could not have my PC, while also maintaining the demanding programs I have to use for my coursework. This specific laptop was also chosen for the hardware it contained, as it was some of the best of the best at the time, and would last me a good couple of years.  After just two years, my battery died out on me and Razer would not supply me with a new one. Any repair shop I have taken my laptop into has been unable to get in contact with Razer to get a new battery, and I was forced to purchase one that was not directly from Razer which put my warranty at risk. Currently, I am facing an issue that has been present from day one, but has worsened with use over time. Hello everyone, as mentioned, one of the two metal pins has broken off and is stuck in the adapter of the charging cable.Has anyone had success removing the piece from the adapter? I would prefer not to reward Razer with my money by purchasing a new one.It is enough that I have to pay for the replacement part and the person with the soldering iron.I would appreciate any tips.

There's been so much extra negativity around Synapse and the recent update. So many posts.I havent come across any issues myself while using several Razer peripherals on my rig so Im curious what the real split is between the everyday users around the world.How many of you think its fine? 

So i have quite literally the worst keyboard in existence its the razer huntsman V2 "analog" i have never seen a single game in my 2 years of owning this garbage where the analog function actually works, but for some reason it likes to break certain games entirely. So so this time its decided to break and prevent me from playing the new SKATE game. It won’t detect my controller and my character is just stuck in the ball position permanently.Usually i fix this by going to device manager and disabling the XBOX 360 driver that powers the analog function but ive done that and it still wont detect my controller. Whats weird is this worked fine during the playtests but now it wont work for the steam release. I swear buying this keyboard was the worst decision i ever made when it comes to my setup. All its ever done since ive owned it is caused problems on tones of different games.  

Does anyone know if the audio cable for the Razer Nommo Pro can be extended?From what I found, the spec is a 10-pin mini-DIN, but I’m worried about buying the wrong one.I hope someone with experience can clarify this.

Hey i would like to know where i can get a battery replacement because my laptop say its fully charged 100% and then when i take the cable away it shuts down imeadiatly and it wont start

in our keyboards are somethings named switch and one of them is actually the best.look I'm not telling to go buy these switches you have to find your comfortable switch.look the ones which make sounds aren't mechanical they are blue  switches which they are beter than the silent ones but still.the best switches are for red dragon keyboards they are mechanical and the best gamers in the world used them even technoblade used it😞. but what are the problems? actually i have a keyboard razer cynosa v2 and sometimes the problems are super annoying even the blue switches have this problems but not as common as razer.   

hello, i am new here and this is one of my first razer productsmy razer barracuda x is not working properly as if i raise the volume any higher than the one i have right now my left ear hears louder sounds than my right ear doesi have balanced the audio on windows and my headphones so i can hear them both, but the left headphone is louder than the right one no matter what.i would like some advice on what to do since i am not good at figuring out what the problem isnotes: if you would like some more detail please tell me and i will provide more

Title pretty much sums it up, but out of general curiosity and for the sake of conversation, which anime are people watching these days? Currently making my way through One Piece which has been a long time coming, often starting and stopping only to restart from the beginning, only about 340ish episodes in so got a ways to go yet.

my keyboard writes two times after the razer synapse starts i did ugrade to 4 in he razer synapse 3 i needded to delete razer for this to fix 

Hi everybody, im having a big issue with my razer opus headphones. I just factory reset my razer phone 2 for something the when i just finishing up all settings i start to pair my razer opus and they wont for some reason. It tells me "Pairing rejected by razer opus" all the time i tried with my other phone its samsung galaxy S22 and nothing wrong with it the headphones pair with the Samsung fast without issues. I reset the razer phone again and the issue still now i don't know whta to do. I used my razer phone 2 to watch YouTube, twitch, crunchyroll etc... just cause the screen looks good and its big. Anyone's knows how to fix it its really pissed me off

Hi, The keyboard lights on my razer blade 15 have not worked for a while, I have tried a factory reset and I uninstalled and reinstalled razer synapse and still no luck, does anyone have any other suggestions.

When was this last in stock anywhere? Did razer stop making this?

Hello.  After waiting for over one month, your customer care team finally responded with the missing digits but unfortunately before now,  i gave out the images to vendors whom I thought were legit and they ended up scamming me. This is always the problem most of us face. The customer care team should be quick to attend to people’s complaints rather than delaying it for too long. Here was the person I sent this image to few weeks ago. The person is Chinese and most likely a thief hiding on the computer screen to scam people.
