Just got the new headphones, thay work fine with doongle when synapse is uninstalled. As soon as i connect them with synapse installed the dongle dosent show up on pc. I have updated the firmware and tried using the pairing utility too. Please help.

As the title says. I was scrolling and suddenly there stopped being any bumps and the wheel moved smooth and it stopped working. My guess is something inside the mouse broke, which because it's only about 6 months old and I treat it well.

Hi, I just bought the Razer Viper Ultimate wireless. Sadly, when holding it next to my ear and when charging on the docking station, it makes a constant beeping sound. Unrecognizable when using it as its too far away from https://showbox.bio/ my ear then. Is that normal or a production mistake? I can ignore it as it doesn’t bother me (i don’t need to hold the mouse next to my ear). But if that isn’t normal, I would consider exchanging it.

Trying to find a replacement cord for this Blackwidow V3. dosent have to be pink, just not sure exactly what to use since it is shielded and grounded aswell. pics attached

Couldnt find any information on this. Does the keyboard work wired without the battery? I intend to use the keyboard without the battery as my previous asus keyboard battery started swelling and just want to avoid all that. 

I recently got a new PC build as my old computer was having lots of issues. One of these issues involves the entire computer freezing and the only way to resolve the issue is to force shut down. When I got my new pc everything was new except the only thing parts that were kept was the Razer Keyboard and mouse. I'm currently using the old Huntsman Elite and Deathadder Elite. Now, the same issue happening again except this time, the computer eventually goes back to normal. I'm suspecting it has something to do with one of these two units. Another thing to add is that the computer only freezes when the computer is idle and I don't have games running in the background. If a game is running, it never freezes. Has anyone experienced anything like this? Any ideas of what I can try to adjust that could be causing this to occur? Any type of help is appreciated.

Basically just what the title says, just wondering if they discontinued it or if they are just out of stock? I've used it as my main monitor for around 6 years. I want to go from a 1 to a 3 monitor setup. I have the 144hz option, and I know it isn't a great monitor. I know it's too clunky, the cords are weird, etc. I know it is way too expensive for what it is. The problem is, I would like to have 3 monitors and I at least want it to match. Basically what I mean is I would like to buy another Raptor 27 then get a different monitor with 165hz 4k capabilities and put the raptors on either side of the new monitor. 

I ordered and received my Razer Blade 14 (2025) model this month.  I have been adding the software I need installed since this past weekend.  This will be a business machine, not a gaming system.  I know this is blasphemy but I am not a gamer.  I run a 3D modeled Industrial Robot Programming software package as a means to perform some of my job functions.  I also run Structure Studios VIP3D Pool Design software designing my own future pool.  I may parlay this into a side job but for now I have a license for my own use.  This software is a GPU pig! I previously was using a 2018 Razer Blade 15 Base and it worked rather well.  Thinking I had some sort of GPU or RAM issue while on site back in 2023, I needed a power laptop and ordered an ASUS ROG Zephyrus G15. There is absoult NO sound playing, I see on Discord that the mic is working, but i can’t hear any thing, i did a lot a trouble shooting, tried different posibilities for the aux to put in, did the aktivation thingy. my PC hates the new headset i guess

I've conducted an experiment, and it works. The purple switches work perfectly on the Tartarus PRO. Yes, you'll lose the analog input and Rapid Trigger. However, if you prioritize the tactile feedback and the feeling of pressing the keys, you can rest assured that it will function properly. One way or another, you can take it back.

Hi, new here, just started using razer products, I just bought a razer barracuda X headset, with wireless and bluetooth support. I'm using it for PC with the wireless dongle. All is well, but when I turn on my pc or restart windows and power up the headset, it just won't connect, tries the wireless and then the bluetooth pairing. The only thing I need to do is just unplug and replug the dongle; it's not that much of a deal, but is this supose to happen do I need a driver or software for fixing this? My windows version si 10 19045.2364 build. Does anyone have a solution for this, would be much appreciated! Thank you and have a good day!

I‘ve been using the Blackwidow V3 TKL for a few years now and it‘s great but I‘m really over the clickety sound and am looking for the most quiet option now. Due to synapse etc. I think getting another Razer to integrate into the setup works best.With how the website is setup and since it‘s been a while since I bought a keyboard I have zero overview what is the latest and greatest when it comes to silent switches and wired keyboards.TLDR; Looking for TKL, wired, most silent Razer keyboard out there (if it has extra nobs etc. for volume that‘s fine I don‘t really mind)Could you guys help me out here?

Hi, I kinda have a persisting problem and sent multiple tickets for razer support. I have sent my payment a week ago and have my proofs, but I haven’t received any code in my email or mobile number.
