Hello! After using SmartSwitch, when the Razer Barracuda switched from the phone back to the 2.4G USB modem, Windows loaded its driver over the Razer driver, and now the USB modem is detected as a regular USB device, and the sound is terrible. I tried everything: uninstalling these drivers through the task manager, using CleanupRazerDrivers, reinstalling Synapse, turning it on and off, updating the drivers for the Razer Barracuda, but they did not update because the latest version (2.4.1.0) was already installed. I have not yet reinstalled the Windows operating system itself. Synapse still controls the sound/equalizer/enhancements, and audio enhancements are enabled in the Windows sound settings, the music sounds fine but in games the sound is terrible, completely broken. Tell me how to restore the driver (Razer Control Device)? Thank you.

hi ı have a firmware error issue on my kraken v3 hypersense  ı tried every solution on the internet to fix that issue but none of these doesnt fix  . what should ı do ?  ı bought that headphones 1 day ago and having that issue should ı go with rma ? need a help 

Good dayGot my Razer Kraken V4Playing some Games with open mic (Lockdown Protocol) other players complaining that my mic is echoing themso they hear themselves thru my mic, out of embarreament  i’m muting myself all the timealso when someone talking in Discord my mic has some input even if i’m quite.Basicially it feels like my mic is put too close to my headset so it’s doubling?And one other thing:i’m playing Euro Truck Simulator 2 (ETS2) with a mod called TruckersMPHowever, TMP has a seperate launcher, you launc ETS2 via TMPGoing thru the loading Sequenze, it’s all fine but when i come to the Login Screen, i’m loosing my  Sound connectioni have to unplug and re-plug the Razer USB Stick to my PC to have my sound backAny ideas? I have a problem with my razer blackshark v2 (RZ04-03230100-R3M1) the volume control. If you turn the volume knob above 80-90%, the volume drops on the contrary, and the balance shifts from the center. In addition, when adjusting the volume knob at high values, a small crack appears. How can I fix it or should I use the warranty

Instead of repeating to you what is apparently a very common problem with this headset I will illustrate with a screenshot of the review I left on Staples.ca  As you can see my headset is ruined. I am not here to talk about that. I am here to complain about the RMA process. It has been three weeks since I sent the broken one back to Razer. Which was an annoyance in and of itself. Why do they want a clearly BROKEN headset back? This is a COMMON manufacturing defect and I feel they are just being obtuse on purpose by demanding broken stuff back in the mail before they will help you. Anyways. I have sent mine back THREE WEEKS ago and I have received absolutely NOTHING from Razer. Not a confirmation that they received it. Not a tracking number so I know a replacement is on the way. NOTHING.I tried to open a case to inquire about where it is but guess what YOU CANNOT OPEN A CASE WITHOUT THE SERIAL NUMBER but I do not have the serial number because I sent my headset back already. OH. MY. GOD

My Razer Blackshark V2 Pro 2023 headset is stuck on a gray screen in the Synapse 4 application interface. I can't configure its settings. It works fine in Synapse 3.

Hey, I just bought a Razer Barracuda X Headset, a wireless one with dongle I charged it to max. But as soon as I try to turn on the headset it instantly shuts off. When I try to charge it, the indicator gives a solid green light, which means the battery is full. It came with a jack cable, but when i plug it in the PC it still doesn t give any audio

So i just got my blackshark v2 x and when i try to register it it says that the device is already registered and idk what to do

Hello, I recently purchased a Razer BlackShark V2 X headset and wanted to activate it with the 7.1 Surround Sound software. However, when I tried to register the activation code, I received an error message saying that the code has already been registered. Could you please help me resolve this issue and provide me with a working activation code? I'm trying to register for 7.1 but my model number on my headphones behind the earmuff is not registering.I'm being asked for a serial number by the registration process.

I just purchased a Razer Kraken V3 X and I’m having trouble looking for and enabling sidetone. I tend to speak extremely loud, and sidetone helps me control my volume so I’m not constantly shouting. The option isn’t showing up in Synapse when I go to audio, all I get is volume and sound properties, which takes me to windows sound properties. I don’t mind using the audio playback through windows, but there is a delay that is driving me crazy and I would rather use the razer sidetone. Please help?

Hi everyone,I recently migrated my profiles from Synapse 3 to Synapse 4. After the migration, I selected one of the automatically generated profiles (Default1, Default2, Default3, etc.) for the 'USB Sound Card' page.Ever since then, the 'USB Sound Card' page shows nothing but a blank grey screen—no settings, no options, just empty space.Has anyone else run into this problem? Is there a fix or workaround? I'd really appreciate any help!

hello, i am new here and this is one of my first razer productsmy razer barracuda x is not working properly as if i raise the volume any higher than the one i have right now my left ear hears louder sounds than my right ear doesi have balanced the audio on windows and my headphones so i can hear them both, but the left headphone is louder than the right one no matter what.i would like some advice on what to do since i am not good at figuring out what the problem isnotes: if you would like some more detail please tell me and i will provide more

Hi everybody, im having a big issue with my razer opus headphones. I just factory reset my razer phone 2 for something the when i just finishing up all settings i start to pair my razer opus and they wont for some reason. It tells me "Pairing rejected by razer opus" all the time i tried with my other phone its samsung galaxy S22 and nothing wrong with it the headphones pair with the Samsung fast without issues. I reset the razer phone again and the issue still now i don't know whta to do. I used my razer phone 2 to watch YouTube, twitch, crunchyroll etc... just cause the screen looks good and its big. Anyone's knows how to fix it its really pissed me off

Can you make it with a better mic like that blackshark v3? I use the barricuda x for work because it’s so lightweight, but the microphone on it is sooooooo bad.If you could make a barricuda pro with a great mic omg I’d love that so much

My Nommo v2 pro keep connect and disconnected randomly, all cable plug in properly, try to on off via control pod, no work, sometimes it keep connect, sometimes connect and disconnected and happening continuously, try to move the cable from pc to ps5, problem still exist. Proof

I can't launch the 7.1 surround sound app, a micro download is happening and everything won't start, I did all the steps they said but nothing helped, now I'm turning to you

My Razer Hammerhead True Wireless Pro right earbud has stopped working. Does anyone here have a solution for this?  I've tried charging the case fully. Clean the charging points and tried to connect to the Razer Audio App (unsuccessful due to only one earbud working).  Any other solutions would be greatly appreciated 🙂

Guys, the question is: are there any drivers for the Razer leviathan v2x on a Linux system? I installed the system and the sound is not regulated, only if the sound is completely turned off, otherwise it is not configured.

Recently when I tried to use my BlackShark V2 X there was no output in 7.1 surround sound and THX. I have not down anything to cause this. Is there a fix?

Is it possible to get a replacement mic for the Blackshark v2 pro? Mine is very static and loses connection to the port extremely often. Its very sensitive to touch and often results in no input audioIve ruled out software and OS.
