I can't launch the 7.1 surround sound app, a micro download is happening and everything won't start, I did all the steps they said but nothing helped, now I'm turning to you

My Razer Hammerhead True Wireless Pro right earbud has stopped working. Does anyone here have a solution for this?  I've tried charging the case fully. Clean the charging points and tried to connect to the Razer Audio App (unsuccessful due to only one earbud working).  Any other solutions would be greatly appreciated 🙂 

I BOUGHT A RAZER KRAKEN X LITE HEADSET. WHERE CAN I GET THE ACTIVATION CODE TO ACTIVATE THX SPATIAL AUDIO? 

Guys, the question is: are there any drivers for the Razer leviathan v2x on a Linux system? I installed the system and the sound is not regulated, only if the sound is completely turned off, otherwise it is not configured.

Recently when I tried to use my BlackShark V2 X there was no output in 7.1 surround sound and THX. I have not down anything to cause this. Is there a fix?

Is it possible to get a replacement mic for the Blackshark v2 pro? Mine is very static and loses connection to the port extremely often. Its very sensitive to touch and often results in no input audioIve ruled out software and OS.

My question is, since I didn't get an activation code for the blackshark v2 x headphones, I can't use the 7.1 surround sound feature. If I buy the thx spatial audio program, will my headphones work?

I've lost my dongle for Barracuda X, is there any replacement part available in India? 

Hello, I’m from Turkey and I was planning to buy the Razer BlackShark V2 Hyperspeed.However, I came across several reports about a potential hinge problem with this model. In my country, there is no official Razer service center, only a distributor. Unfortunately, they often classify the hinge issue as “user damage”, so it doesn’t get covered under warranty. My question is:👉 Does the Razer BlackShark V2 Hyperspeed really have a chronic hinge issue? Thank you in advance for your help

Hi, my microphone is no longer able to detect any sound made. Tried recording and on discord but no sound output. But I can still hear on my headset via the usb sound card. I have tried to reinstall all software and driver to no avail, even use this headset on another computer but no audio is being picked up. 

I bought the Blackshark V2 + USB soundcard, 2 days ago. I followed the instructions, plugged them in and let synapse install.Upon trying to use it with discord the microphone wouldn’t work. It wouldn’t pick up any sound. After about 10 restarts the microphone started working perfectly in discord BUT there was no audio output ie they wouldn't work as headphones.After that I haven’t been able to make the microphone work at all.It doesn’t even work on microsofts mic setup program (I get error code 0x800706BE).I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling synapse 5 times.How the hell do I get these to work properly?! I just want them to work as both a microphone AND headphones AT THE SAME TIME. This is a ridiculous problem to be having with a 120 euro headset.Nothing works. I am at my wits end.

Something to note that is some movies/shows I have locally and playthrough jellyfin/vlc/etc. have no audio while others do.  If you’re experiencing this issue too, here’s how to solve it: Go to windows sound settings and disable “Allow applications to take exclusive control of this device” and “Enable audio enhancements”. Disable THX mode on the headphones in synapse.You’ll be able to hear all audio now. Ideally, this shouldn’t be an issue, and you shouldn’t have to have THX on sometimes. I suspect this is a bug.

My Hyperspeed Wireless dongle does not seem to be activating. I have moved to different USB ports, I have tried different cables. The dongle light turns on for a second when I am plugging or unplugging it in, but it turns off immediately.My headset keeps tells me it is trying to connect, but it isn’t able to.I think my dongle is dead.

I use headphones a lot throughout the day, and I have some design suggestions that could lead to a revolutionary product: The part that rests on the head can cause hair loss, especially if the headphones are heavy. My suggestion is to design headphones that only rest on the ears. This way, the weight of the headphones can be reduced since the part that goes over the head is eliminated. I have oily hair, which means I often have to clean my headphones when they get greasy. I propose that the headphones come with a removable cover or "clothing." When using the headphones, we can put this cover on. When it gets greasy, we can simply wash the cover with soap. The cables of the headphones are not springy, which means they can get stretched and damaged if we’re not careful. I suggest adding a spring-like feature to the cables.

Issue started around the 7th of August. I’ve seen a few people post about it with no fix. Speakers do not work correctly in any application. They continuously cut in and out. I’ve troubleshooted about everything I could think of, including uninstalling. Only work around seems to be using them in Bluetooth mode which defeats the purposes of the spatial audio. Please help.

Nevermind, I found the problem

Just got the new headphones, thay work fine with doongle when synapse is uninstalled. As soon as i connect them with synapse installed the dongle dosent show up on pc. I have updated the firmware and tried using the pairing utility too. Please help.

Hi. Recently my right earbud stopped working.It is still connecting to the phone and charging but no sound is coming out.Please let me know if someone has a fix or a solution to this problem.

There is absoult NO sound playing, I see on Discord that the mic is working, but i can’t hear any thing, i did a lot a trouble shooting, tried different posibilities for the aux to put in, did the aktivation thingy. my PC hates the new headset i guess

Hi, new here, just started using razer products, I just bought a razer barracuda X headset, with wireless and bluetooth support. I'm using it for PC with the wireless dongle. All is well, but when I turn on my pc or restart windows and power up the headset, it just won't connect, tries the wireless and then the bluetooth pairing. The only thing I need to do is just unplug and replug the dongle; it's not that much of a deal, but is this supose to happen do I need a driver or software for fixing this? My windows version si 10 19045.2364 build. Does anyone have a solution for this, would be much appreciated! Thank you and have a good day!

Hi,This might be a long shot, but I’m getting pretty desperate. I lost my USB dongle a few months ago and have been searching everywhere for a replacement. I’ve come across a few standalone options on sites like eBay, but I’m unsure whether they’d even work properly.Is there any way I could get an official replacement dongle from Razer? I’d be more than willing to pay—I just want to get my absolute favorite headphones working again.Thanks in advance for any help you can provide!

I can't connect my Razer Blackshark v2 pro for XBOX product, code RZ04-04530400-R3M1, to my 7.1 sound system. I can't access the synapse application either.
