I bought a Kraken X Gaming Headset, Surround Sound 7.1 or THX Spatial Audio and I'd like to know if I can't install surround sound 7.1 or THX Spatial Audio on MacOs, I've only seen it for windows. Would it be possible on the macbook air?

Gta 5 enhanced doesn’t have thx support fully so when you use it stereo sounds are muted ex: dialogue, phone sfx, etc can you add support for gta enhanced as there is support for normal gta anyway?

Hey! i received the recent blackshark v3 pro, I love it, especially after the update. during my first game, people couldn’t hear me or very low, my microphone wasn’t fully plugged.i pushed it to the « clic » sound and it’s work perfectly now, just want to know, can it be dangerous for the material if not plugged 100%? thanks !

Case is charged and Shows a green light, When case is opened earbuds do not show up in bluetooth, tried looking for them on all my devices, still no luck, any help will be much appreciated, i haven’t had these that long.

Hey everyone, I recently bought a Razer Blackshark V2 Pro (2023), but I didn’t get the cables or the white dongle that are required. Any ideas on how to get these things?

Where can I buy replacement ear cushions for the headset? I can’t seem to find any in the official store.

I’ve bought new Razer Blackshark V2 X and when i’m trying to registate it on Razer ID i have recieved an error that “Your product is already resistered”.

then i launch black ops 6 on pc it makes my sound muffled from what i know. what  i used to do with my old headset i would disable hands free telelpony. but then i do that to the blackshark the headset stops playing any audio even if i turn the headset off and on. does anyone know a solution for this?

Razer Kraken v3 Pro has audio balance issues when using volumewell on the headset. It literally drives me crazy. The headset does not work properly. The problem, based on discussions here, is massive, and no one is fixing it. I just purchased a:  Razer BlackShark V2 X USB / Product numberRZ04-04570100-R3U1 from Amazon on July 10th, 2025 and received it on the 15th..  Registered my headset.  Received my 7.1 Surround Sound Activation Code.  Downloaded the 7.1 Surround Sound application.  Launched it.  And then…Nothing.The 7.1 Surround Sound application will not launch.(I believe it has something to do with my AppData, but am not sure.) I would  very much like to get the 7.1 Surround Sound application to run on my machine. I have an MSI GE76 Raider 11UE-046US-SG71180H16GXXDX10MA with 11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-11800H, 16.0 GB RAM.  I do want to point out that I upgraded from the Windows 10 it came with to Windows 11 Home. I can use the BlackShark V2 X USB just fine in games and applications like Discord.  But, it is frustrating that the 7.1 Surround Sound application will not launch, though.  I have installed, removed , and re-installed it multiple times.  I’ve even uninstalled:Synapse 4 (for my Blackwidow

Hello! These are my first big headphones from Razer. Honestly, I'm very annoyed by the way the connection works on 2.4hrz. For some reason, my sound starts to creak, hiss, as if the headphones are losing connection. The video also starts to lag. For some reason, this happens when I go to the Nvidia APP application, as well as GTA5. Sometimes it goes away when I turn on the stereo mode. THX spatial audio, it seems to be in this mode that it lags. I don't know what's going on, there are no updates, I tried to set it up. I haven't found a way to completely reset the headphones.

I buy razer blackshark v2 x in October 2024, in the first week when I wore them there were no problems, after that they began to squeeze very hard, this continues until this day, I started using the headphones as speakers because of this, I tried them stretching it with books and leaving it for a couple of days, it didn’t help, unfortunately the headphones cause me very severe pain, does anyone know how to solve this? Hello! i have a huge problem….I recently bought the Razer Kraken v 4 and i have massive issues.I bouight it in Feb 2025 and had no problems since. Then suddenly last week i got microphonee problems. I sounded distorted for others and they could always hear themselv and when they speak my mic get activated. i thought, since i dont have the problems with other headsets that it might be broken. Could happen no problem i send it in. Got a newe one from razer send today. Plugged it in. same problems….. i have no cloue what to do please help my suffering

I recently bought a new Razer Kracken X headset and it has been working fine for weeks, but the fast few days on both pc calls and ps5 party chat people have been telling me that my microphone is making some sort of beeping noise every now and then and that is sounds somewhat like morse code. what do you suggest? is there a way to sort this or is the headset broken? The headset i bought is the wired version if that helps

Hello, I recently upgraded from an iPad tablet to a new Android tablet. However, I'm still experiencing audio lag even when I switch it to player mode. I've reset the headset, but it still hasn't worked.

Hello!Razer blackshark V2 Special edition (Razer USB Sound card).I reinstalled win 11, installed synapse 4, and now CS2 sounds differently.The footsteps are quiet, and the sounds of gunfire and explosions are very loud and voluminous.On win 10, I used the standard custom equalizer setting in synapse 3. THX was turned off.I set the same settings in synapse 4, surround sound during shots and explosions prevents playing.I did not change the settings in CS2 itself, in windows all settings with surround sound are turned off.All "bass boost" type improvements in synapse are disabledI have tried all possible combinations of settings in synapse, nothing helps.Thanks!
