Sup folks! To make my story short... Last Friday I received my brand new Razer Barracuda and it's still unusable. I tried every fix that I could find but nothing helps. The headset shows up as USBAudio1.0 device so it's not recognized by Synapse and all the other stuff like Pairing Utility.  Any of you have the same problem? If there is an solution to solve this please let me know!

Hi!HeadphoneSystem and headphopne problem.A couple a day ago I created anather ID and II bought the THXC staff. If I wanna reset the code i faled. I  reason I made new ID I forgot the old one.My ID: Codmaniac Code Faszomoccseazigazimatebalazs@gmail.com but working with my mothers phone number.I would like to use my headset and afte2r this hapend my headphone is blinking in blue vvcolor.But I dont wasnna using bluetooth wifi is better. 

Does the Seiren V3 Mini works with a Ps5? If yes is it good?

Hello, I recently just bought a Razer Blackshark v2 X and it did not come with a code and there are no emails sent to me either. When I tried to register my product it says that it is already registed can someone please me ? I want to use the 7.1 surround sound.

This product is already registered. If you did not register it, please contact Razer Support. s/n HN2121D13407450 I bought it from an online store.  

Hey! So, i bougth device about few days ago and now synapce 4 always show me that i need to update firmware. But i also did this thing, and installation util show completed installation relevant firmware.I suspect that the problem with the microphone sound quality lies in this, but i cant prove that by myself, so help me pls

So i check many topics about this, and everybody is talking about straight up balancing the sound through sounds, i’ve done in many times with my previous headphones, but barracuda x doesn’t even have the balance sound while connected to pc through dongle, since i can’t check bluetooth on pc. Is the any solution for this magic balance button?

Good afternoon. Crackling sounds can be heard in the headphones. Windows 11 automatically downloads its drivers for the device (microsoft drv. ver. 10.0.26100.4202). Is it possible that the reason for the crackling sounds is due to the incorrect operation of Microsoft drivers? Razer synapse does not install any drivers on top of Microsoft drivers. Is it possible to download your drivers as files and make them active for the device forcibly? Perhaps Synapse has already downloaded the necessary drivers, then tell me their location on the computer so that I can update the drivers.

I don't live in the US. Will I have any problems if I buy THX? And will the code be sent to my email? 

Hello everyone, i’m having an issue with my barracuda x 2022, i pressed the on/off button for a little longer than usual without knowing and it will make a factory reset, and now i cannot connect it to my rig again, the dongle is not being detected by any computer, i bought them one month ago and they were working perfectly until this happened, can you help me with this please?   i've tried different ports, different PCs, directly to the usb c port, via the usb a to c adapter included, and nothing, uninstalled razer software, downloaded the pairing soft, and still nothing. never unplugged the usb c dongle before. Bluetooth works fine, but i want the 2.4hz connection like before. Thanks in advance

I don’t know wuite how to describe it, but when audio is being played on two different applications (for example a game and a music player) then the headset has a tendancy to every now and then suddenly drop the volume and then bring it back to normal levels (all in like ¼ of a second), almost like its playing with the EQ on the fly but without any real logical control. It does this regardless of most settings, I’ve tried in stereo and THX both with and without Bass Enhancement at low and high values (and turned off altogether). It almost feels like its getting overwhelmed and solving the problem by just dropping some of the EQ levels, which then brings the whole volume down which is rather frustrating.

Hello. I bought Razer BlackShark Special Edition headphones, but the package did not include a THX Spatial activation code. What should I do? From what I understand, there's a significant difference in sound quality between the standalone THX application and Synapse. I specifically purchased these headphones believing they would include an activation code for the separate THX app

This is happening to me occasionally.I’ve fixed it a few times, and it worked for a while, until it just pops up again, and it gets harder to fix as my methods seem to no longer be working.The USB itself is not damaged, or so I presume. It does not look physically damaged.I don’t know what the actual problem is or how I’ll ever get it to work without doing this again.Fyi, I’ve had this since last year September.Don’t know if it’s a razer problem, my PC, or anything else.Help would be greatly appreciated.

I have the BlackShark V2 X headset and I can't select it in the THX Spatial Audio or the Razer 7.1 Surround Sound software. I need help because I only get sound when the headset is plugged into the motherboard jack. When I try to select "THX Headset", I hear nothing and the option stays grayed out.  

Where can I get my headphones repaired in Hong Kong if the right side has no sound and Bluetooth won't connect?

When I plug my Baracuda pro headset into the computer, all applications are corrupted and there is no sound, by the way I am using windiws 11 23h2 and all my drivers are up to date
