My dongle was damaged (Barracuda X Quartz Edition) and my partner gave me his dongle as they had Barracuda X black. However, my dongle was RC-03801 and his is RC-0380. I tried to link through the Razer application and it doesn’t detect my headphones. Is it because the dongle needed for my headphones is RC-03801? How can I get a replacement? I searched everywhere T_T

The problem is that on my Razer BlackShark V2 X, the serial number behind the ear cushions has been partially worn off. I can see the first 10 characters, but the last 5 are completely unreadable, no matter how hard I try. Because of that, I can’t identify the full serial number. Also, the scratch code for the 7.1 Surround Sound activation is missing from the box. However, I do have the original receipt, the box itself, and everything else that came with the headphones.Is there any way to retrieve the 7.1 Surround Sound code in this situation?I bought it from an official seller.

Hello! just wanted to ask if this is software problem because, i noticed my seiren mini v3 randomly increase it’s mic gain. also after restarting the computer, the mic gain volume is changed, sometimes the gain is increased and sometimes decreased. thanks!

My Mic doesnt work even though my pc has “permission for mic acess” turned on and the headset is also marked as the main microphone. I have windows 11 so maybe i have to change something taht i dont know.

I use Razer Barracuda Pro. I couldn't find the Thx key in the box. I didn't receive the code in the mail either.

The lights worked just the basic wheel, but then I change some settings in Synapse for the Mic and now the lights wont work on the Ps5, its so bad you cant have any lights its just black. What is the point if you cant change the settings and then it just wont work. Can some one help to get the lights on while I play on my ps5

For some reason the Bluetooth mode does not turn on, although I did everything according to the instructions, but when I hold down the button, it lights up red and is not in Bluetooth

Ive been using my Razer Kraken TE for the better part of 5 years and I was wondering if I upgraded to the Blackshark X could the 3.5mm jack be used with the Kraken’s USB controller? I wouldnt want it to go to waste and if it’s not compatible I would rather buy the Blackshark Hyperspeed or Pro instead.

I have tried several headsets from several companies over the years. I am currently using a Razer headset but it still gives me a headache in about an hour of use. I wear a 7 ¾ fitted hat size and was wondering if Razer has a headset for those of us with fat heads?

Hi everyone I’m using my Razer leviathan v2 speaker use Bluetooth mode connect to device listen music but suddenly the speaker auto disconnected after I can’t switch to Bluetooth pairing mode again press the source button also can’t turn to blue light pairing mode always keep on the green light how can I do pls help me guys !

Tittled headset has constant buzzing in the left earWhen I go to sound settings and disable the Microphone, it all goes away. Enable it and picks up again. And just staying on the “recording” tab in sounds makes the buzzing even worse! This is both on my pc and laptop. Even when the microphone is removed from the aux the problem persists. I’ve been a razer fan for a long time, but this is rather ridiculous. Especially seeing how many others have the same issue and we have been given no explanation

I've had my razor blackshark v2 pro for a couple of years and it's been working perfect. Now all of the sudden when using the wireless mode it sounds very distorted and muffled. Almost like the audio is far away. Everything is also just quiet now and sounds terrible. If I plug in it into my pc then the audio goes back to normal, I would just use it like this but the cable isn't long enough to reach. Is there any way that this distortion problem can be fixed, or it it can't, would it be able to be replaced?

I can connect it to phone and pc, but doesnt connect to app. Plus the fact the left and right is inverted. Need help.

I recently bought a new Blackshark V2 X which seems to be authentic and works but I can’t register my product with the serial number due to it being already registered before. I want to be able to use the features such as the 7.1 surround sound. Thank you.

I believe I have found the solution to this problem that seems to affect a lot of us. Go into system setting>Select Sound>Select Microphone Razer kraken V3 ProUnder Input Settings go to audio enhancements then click the drop down menu to the right and select OFF Your microphone should now sound much better. I really hope this actually solves it once and for all 

i charged my blackshark v2 pro over night and sounds become so low,  i don’t know how to solve this. anyone got same problem and solved it?
