I have a PS5, and I’m a bit confused about the different BlackShark V3 Pro versions. If I buy the Xbox or PC version, will it work normally on my PS5 using the wireless connection, or do I specifically need to buy the PlayStation version? Will I still get all the PS5 features, such as Tempest 3D Audio, or are there any limitations? I’ve never really understood the differences between the Xbox, PC, and PlayStation models.

Hello, I’m experiencing an issue with the microphone on my Razer BlackShark V3 Pro. Compared to my other headsets, the microphone volume is extremely low. When testing it through the Windows microphone settings, speaking at a normal volume only reaches around 6–10%.The microphone sounds muffled and as if I’m talking through a filter, both in Windows and on Discord. The same muffled sound can also be heard in the Mic Preview in Razer Synapse, so the issue seems to be present consistently. I have also tried the beta version of Razer Synapse, but unfortunately that did not resolve the issue.My friend on Discord has also mentioned that my microphone volume is noticeably lower compared to other people he talks to, which confirms that the issue is not just limited to the Windows microphone test.I’m hoping someone can help me find a solution to this issue.

This *beep* sound with brief audio cut is annoying and disturbs a lot. I play many games and use Discord using open mic - previously used Barracuda headset and it’s very convinient for me to use it that way, instead of voice activation or push-to-talk - especially during long game sessions and when needing constant input from keyboard for game. Where is the option to disable it? If not - please add it.

Razer's software doesn't recognize my Bluetooth headphones, what should I do to make them appear?

Hi everyone,Looking for some advice or to see if anyone else has run into this issue with their Razer Seiren V3 Chroma.My mic used to record completely clean audio with zero static. Recently, I traveled with it stored safely in my bag (unused during the trip, no drops or physical hits). Ever since I got back and plugged it back into my setup, there’s a persistent background static/buzzing sound.Here’s what I’ve already tried to isolate the issue: Tested with different USB cables. Updated firmware. Tested on different devices (laptop and mobile phone). Confirmed the issue happens in the exact same room/setup where it worked perfectly before. Since the static follows the microphone across different cables, devices, and ports, it seems like an internal issue started after travel.Has anyone experienced similar static issues with the Seiren V3 Chroma, or is this a sign to push forward with an RMA/support replacement?Appreciate any insight!

Hello,I'm having an issue with my Razer Hammerhead V3 X HyperSpeed for PlayStation earbuds and was hoping someone could help.I purchased them from Amazon, and I've been experiencing this problem since I first took them out of the box. When I connect using the USB-C dongle connected to my PS5, I hear the game audio for about half a second before the sound cuts out completely.Here are the troubleshooting steps I've already tried: Confirmed the earbuds are fully charged (the charging case shows a green light). Verified that the HyperSpeed USB dongle is connected properly. Checked the PS5 audio settings and set the audio output to the connected headphones. I just bought new brand black shark v2 x and when I want to register it, it says this device has been registered, pls help me to fix it

my soundbar stays on all the time all of a sudden. it has sound it just wont turn off. i have tried reset but nothing. when i start pc it starts up to. and it wont switch to headphones. i have to use windows to switch from one to the other. levithan v2 update it powers on and statys on and none of the buttons work,volume switching to headset nothing all buttons are dead.

i just  got my  new razor black sharkv3 yesterday from amazon they are wireless and have the hyperspeed but i can only use them in  bluetooth  and wired and when i do that the  mic  sounds so bad and  the sound is so bad to  and  whenj  i use the hyper speed i  cant hear  or  use my mic  

Would be cool if razer made some open ear, ear buds like Sony or Shokz, that is all. I don’t like wearing full headsets for the most part. I did order some Razer Hammerhead Hyperspeed so I’m looking forward to getting those. I know it's a big ask for them to make such a niche thing, but hey a guy can dream.

This conversation is in relation to the memory leak I have been experiencing on my Strix G16 laptop. For over 2 weeks I have been going crazy, trying EVERY solution mentioned out there:Some of the solutions I have already tried were:Disabling all audio enhancements (e.g. Razer 7.1 Surround Sound) Disabling all sound effects/ e.g. Spatial Sound etc. Uninstalling/ Installing Windows drivers ALL the updates you can imagine…. Cancelling the Windows Audio Device Graph Isolation process directly from the task manager.… and couple of others I cant remember. I have been watching countless videos on YouTube and relentlessly reading all the Forums for an answer. My problem has never been the spike in CPU usage, but simply a memory leak. The Windows Audio Device Graph Isolation would start at 1GB and slowly (but surely) creep up to 8 - 9GB. Hallo  ich habe das Kaira Pro für Xbox ! Es verbindet sich mit der Xbox . Wenn ich dann die App starte Versucht die App sich mit dem Heatset zu verbinden es erscheind unten ein Ladebalken der Gar nicht erst startet der bleibt bei 0%  genau das selbe wenn ich es auf PC versuche ! Kann mir jemand sagen wie ich das hinbekomme das die App Arbeitet und ich das Heatset einstellen kann !? MFG

I recently noticed how Razer came out with the new Hammerheads and at the same time downgraded firmware on my 2nd gen. Didn't thought Razer would disappoint me like that but oh well. Not purchasing the new ones knowing they’ll just do this whenever they come up with a new version.

So, when my Nommo goes to sleep, I can’t get it to wake back up. I have to unplug it completly from power and the USB. The only work around I have is to turn sleep mode off. Has anyone else experienced this and is there a fix?

I just bought this headset today and when plugged in the headset works fine but as soon as i try to pair with dongle i get nothing.  I was just going to return but i do like the quality of the headset so trying tech support first.

Hi, I know this was an ongoing topic, but I can't find any sources for my barracuda x wireless dongle replacement. Can you please help me with one or a link to one. Mine stopped working out of the blue. 

Every time I boot up my computer, my wireless headset starts quiet, and then doesn’t kick into its full loudness until I swap EQ Profiles in the Synapse app. This workaround works every time but it’s also annoying that it doesn’t this because then I have to keep synapse on my computer just to do this every time I play.I’d love to truly just turn the headphones on and have them work. Anyone else notice this issue?

Just got it today and noticed that the mute button makes a noise?? Why is this a thing? The noise is very obnoxious and not only that, it mutes my PC audio for a couple seconds? How did they somehow make the mute button function worse compared to last time.. Does anyone have any fixes for this? Or if anyone has information if they’re going to push firmware related to this complaint? I’ve done some googling and saw others complaining about it as well. 

I currently have the Razer Nommo v2 (2.1) set-up.  I was looking into purchasing the Razer Leviathan V2 X to use as a center channel speaker (3.1).  Is this possible?

Hi, everybody hopes y’all doing fine.So as you read, I’d like some advice on which headset I should buy as a “deaf” person.To be more precise, I’m totally deaf in both ears (cochlear 100% dead) but I can hear thanks to an implant in my right ear. So I used several headsets (Razer included, some years ago) but no one was really adapted for me especially for fps game like csgo & tarkov etc.. So is there any headset that would fit well in my situation, if not at least which one would help a bit. The budget is not a problem if it’s justified :) Thanks very much in advance.

There is a 1–3 second delay when I change the volume in the Windows mixer, Media Player, or Spotify. Also, when I start playing music or a video, the volume is too high for 1–2 seconds. This only happens when Windows enhancements are enabled; if I turn them off, the issue goes away, but then THX Spatial stops working—and I need that for gaming. The problem also returns if I switch the audio mode to stereo within the Synapse utility itself. I’ve already tried everything possible—even reinstalling Windows and the drivers, removing Microsoft audio drivers, and toggling exclusive mode—but nothing helps. What should I do?
