Hey everyone,I'm hoping someone here can help me figure out what's going on, as I'm a bit lost at this point.I bought the Razer BlackShark V3 twice. The first one had frequent popping and audio distortion, so I returned it through Amazon. I decided to give it another chance because I really liked the headset, but unfortunately, I've run into another issue.After using my second headset for a while, the HyperSpeed wireless dongle stopped being detected. I've tried reinstalling Razer Synapse, but the dongle no longer reliably appears in either Synapse or Windows. Connecting the headset directly to my laptop via USB still works, so I'm wondering if the problem is specifically with the dongle.I've also noticed occasional crackling and distortion when using the wired connection, almost like old TV static. Hi everyone,I'm experiencing a very frustrating issue with my Razer Kraken V4 Pro and Razer Synapse 4, and I'm hoping someone from Razer or the community can help identify the cause.The problem:Every time I start Windows, my Kraken V4 Pro fails to automatically switch audio profiles when launching a game, despite all games being correctly linked in Synapse 4.For example, Battlefield 6 should activate my THX Spatial Audio profile, while Call of Duty should activate my dedicated stereo profile. Instead, the headset remains on the Default Desktop profile.Here's the strange part:Simply opening Synapse 4 → Linked Games and immediately closing it fixes everything!I don't need to select a game, change any settings, or re-link anything. After opening that menu once, automatic profile switching works perfectly until the next Windows startup.Troubleshooting I've already performed: Completely clean installation of Synapse 4. I’m trying to replace my Blackshark v3 pro’s mic which I lost while traveling. I’ve messaged the support page but got an automated email response that opened with “Hi ____,” So I know it wasn’t a human. It told me to check the replacement parts page regularly, but when I looked up the part on google the search engine ai said I need to have a real person check the stock, that that specific part has never appeared on the replacement parts page. How do I reach a real person? 

After updating my Razer BlackShark V3 X HyperSpeed for Xbox to firmware version 1.5.0, the old system beep sounds (tones) were replaced with voice prompts for the microphone status. Unfortunately, I do not see any option to switch them back to standard beeps in Razer Synapse, and these new voice notifications are very inconvenient for me.Could you please provide a standalone firmware updater for the previous version (such as 1.4.2 or earlier) so I can downgrade my headset and get the classic beep sounds back?Thank you!

I lost the dongle while moving to a new apartment, is there any way to get a replacement?

A couple of days ago I bough a Kraken V3 X headset, the box and even the Razer software says that are 7.1 compatible but no activation code was on the box so I registered the product as the web says to get the activation code send to my email but I haven’t received anything yet and I did that the same day that I bought them, is there another way to request the code?Sorry that I ask this again but my first question was closed because I forgot to add the “X” at the end of the name of the headset so I was told that those were no compatible and the question got close without giving me a chance to verify that.Thanks in advance!

I just bought this headset today and when plugged in the headset works fine but as soon as i try to pair with dongle i get nothing.  I was just going to return but i do like the quality of the headset so trying tech support first.

After 7.1 Surround Sound software, I am unable to launch it. I am getting this Specific error message. “Windows is searching for rzappengine.exe. To locate the file yourself, click Browse.”I am unable to find this particular file anywhere in my system. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the whole thing couple of time, but no resolution.Please Help!!!

So basically my THX audio mode randomly decides when to switch on and off. Which is very annoying when i’m in a call, or listening to music. I don’t know where, or even if i cant turn it off. I tried setting the app profile to the desired one (music and deafult) but it doesn’t seem to matter. It still randomly decides to switch to THX which completely ruins the quality of the audio.

I recently bought new headphone (razer blackshark v3 pro) and after 2 months of use, the dongle broke and I am now forced to use the wire since the bluetooth signal isn’t working either. I’d like to know if there is a way of buying or get a replacement dongle for the pc version of the blackshark v3 pro ?

Sorry for the long title :DI just got the “Razer BlackShark V3” headset, and it was working fine on dongle. I didn’t test it on wire mode, but it was charging normally.However, after firmware update, the dongle stopped working (lightning doesn’t show at all), and I cannot connect the headset to it . It does register in windows settings though: I cannot do firmware update now, because I cannot pass the check for “Connect the headset to your PC using the usb type a to usb type c cable”, because it doesn’t register the headset for some reason.I cannot update either the firmware for “BlackShark V3” or “RazerAudioPairingUtility” - same thing happens.I think this is similar to this question, but additional problem is that the headset is not detected.I also tried different cable, but the result is the same.Also when I change modes with double clicking on the right button, sometimes it beeps twice. I don’t know why, but maybe that means something.One important thing to notice is that the heads

Why do I have to unplug my headphones and plug them back in every single time I boot up my PC?Everything on my PC is up to date and have nothing but problems with all my razer devices.Use synapse 3 (up to date). Have uninstalled, reinstalled, tried using windows drivers, nothing seems to stop the problem.

My 5 year old daughter saw my wife's Barracuda X Chroma Dongle and wondered what it was for. I told her to "put it away"....she heard "throw it away" and proceeded to run to our kitchen trash can and toss it. I didn't notice until tomorrow, that was what she was doing rushing out of my room. Hello,I have a first-generation Razer Barracuda X, model RZ04-03800, with the original RC30-0380 USB-C wireless dongle.The dongle suddenly stopped working. It is no longer detected by either my iphone or desktop PC, and the Razer Headset Pairing Utility does not detect it either. I have also noticed that the dongle seems to get warm when connected.I would like to know if Razer can provide or sell me an original replacement RC30-0380 dongle compatible with my headset.I am located in Portugal.Thank you.
