A little problem with a zSilver reward

    Well, I redeemed a reward from the zsilver catalog and the product is out of stock/unavailable in my region (Italy)
    Does the redeemed voucher has an expiration date?
    Will I ever be able to get my Razer Ergonomic Rest Standard Edition?
    Are they gonna restock it?
    Is there life after death?

    I believe there is an expiration date for your voucher. You can find it on your transaction history. It's usually for a few months.

    You can ask support and they'll let you know when it'll restock.

    Very less likely:
    Maybe you could try another device (cache or cookies problem) because I couldn't place an order on my phone but it worked through my laptop. It's possible it only happened to me but just give it a shot (and let me know)

    already gave it a shot, still out of stock both from smartphone, laptop and pc :c

    let's hope they'll restock it in time then :D

    yeah its about 4 months, already checked it, I hope they will restock it in this time lol
    If they won't, no problem, it was a free thing anyway :D

    THIS!!! NOW THIS IS THE ATTITUDE I LIKE!!! You clearly understand that its basically a gift from Razer and don't feel entitled to it. If more people were like you, then there wouldn't be so much hate in the forums.

    i think you wasted your points couse it will cost u more for shiping. i got something expensive with my zsilver so 30 euros worth the 160 euros mouse

    yeah, but at this point he has only wasted free points, not actually spent money. Because the item he wanted was out of stock, so he just has the voucher right now.

    wasting is wasting. i checked the stock before i redemed my points 238k for naga epic and also got something that actully worth the shiping

    but it is still something for free. the attitude that the OP has about something free is a good one to have.

    exactly, and the OP knows that. Whereas a lot of people facing this same issue tend to blame Razer for this exact same issue. It just makes a change to see someone not blaming Razer for it xD

    i always check everything. Well the price changes without a prior notice made the blaming logical but now i see razer decided to notice first just like they did one month before they suspend paid to play but yeah when i see people being angry couse they found that the item is out of stock when razer clarified that you have to check first before redeming or the fact that they have to pay the shiping. I was disapointed on how you have to pay dhl so much and why razer dont do something about it but that doesnt mean razer have to pay for it.. they could just force dhl to reduce prices (like they did one week ago for my country when the shiping was 53 euros but now its only 30). They give you stuff for free so be respectfull and face the fact that you have to pay the shiping.

    I can tell you only one thing! No one knows what comes after death and I don't think anyone will ever know!

    Yeah shipping is pretty high here in italy, I hope it will be a little less for such a small piece :D
