When I press one lateral button on my mouse Naga Chroma I want to trigger 2 actions:
    1. Keypress a letter
    2. Change to another keymap on current mouse profile

Into the macro editor I can`t find a way to invoke change mouse profile or keymap.

If it helps my keyboard is a Blackwidow Chroma.

    Thanks!

Yeah, I don't think you can do that with a macro. Or even with a simple key assignment (assigning a letter press to do that profile switch). If you could, it would be listed in some kind of additional macro commands.

The issue is in how the operating system interprets the signals from the mouse, and how many things the software is designed to do at the same time. You can do all sorts of key combinations, and the Synapse just tells the OS, "Oh yeah, when he pushed that mouse button, he didn't actually push a mouse button. He was actually pushing Shift+U+P all at the same time." While Synapse is telling the OS this, it can't tell itself, "I know that we are reading that and telling the OS one thing, but we're going to do a completely different thing on our end and change keymaps now."

If that's something that you want to be able to do, then you should request it as a feature in Synapse. Go to the upper right corner of the Synapse window and click the gear icon. Click on "SUBMIT FEEDBACK", and then again when it asks what type of feedback, make sure that the dropdown menu has "Feature Request" chosen. That's all you can do for now.

By the way, why do you want to press a letter when you change keymaps anyway?

Believe it or not I'm still playing old fashion games like 'Command And Conquer' in lan parties. This game is organized into tabs for each one of the available structures. I want to press a side button on my Naga Mouse and trigger the action in the game to change to tab X, thats the reason for the keypress, and the step 2 of changing the current mouse keymap in the current profile, is basically because each tab has is own keys (almost be the same I know) and overall, the main reason, is update the screen overlay with the icons mapped to assigned functions to the mouse buttons in Synapse.
