    Hey guys :smile_:
What do you think of the new Battlefield?
Do you think it's good that women are playable or not? :eek_:

I play SoTR and AC Odyssey a female character. Pubg character as well. :eek_:Male is boring somehow:rolleyes:
Hope this time they optimized it better than open Beta and bring Ray Tracing already.

I loved the beta although I never brought the game and I might just wait for it to come to Origin Access since I am trying to save money. I would like to see the game come out with ray tracing features at the start since there still seems to be no games the public can play with using the main new feature on the new cards they have brought.

I think that's not bad in itself :confused_:..... but it's a weird feeling that you can play a female character in a Battlefield.:confused_:

The fact that you can play as women doesn't really change anything for me, it's a first person shooter anyway so you don't see that you play as a woman. My only problem with that entire thing was when the uproar happened, one of the people behind the game was like "if you don't like it, don't buy it, we don't want your money" but when he realized that actually hurt sales he backpedelled and said something in the likes of "wait no please buy our game"

But in terms of the game itself, it looks pretty good, but sadly i didn't get to try the beta so i'll see if i can try it out somehow

Well luckily they have a pretty well optimised engine so it runs pretty well usually, atleast with BF1 it did on my PC, and the specs you posted are just the recommended ones, the minimum specs are a lot more forgiving and a lot easier to run.

    Battlefield 5 minimum system requirements

    OS: 64-bit Windows 7, Windows 8.1 and Windows 10
    Processor (AMD): AMD FX-8350
    Processor (Intel): Core i5 6600K
    Memory: 8GB RAM
    Graphics card (NVIDIA): NVIDIA GeForce® GTX 1050 / NVIDIA GeForce® GTX 660 2GB
    Graphics card (AMD): AMD Radeon™ RX 560 / HD 7850 2GB

As someone who is not a Battlefield veteran, can I ask why you say that?

    I own a 2016 - Razer Blade 14 with GTX 1060
I am playing currently BF5 and RS6 - both with 40-42 fps (no complains...)

I noticed that playing BF5, the temperature rises very high. Far more hot than playing RS6
so time, bugging when leaving the game (the screen remains black, until I kill the task)

I am not sure if it is connected, but I noticed another very annoying feature:
if you play, using an external monitor as primary, and try to switch to another window application (alt+tab) and back to BF5, BF5 will automatically switch back to embedded laptop monitor while being configured to use the external one.
When you click on option/video, the screen pops back up on the external monitor, prompting for confirmation with the classic 14s countdown... ) but with ... no mouse! :) if you click on mouse button (any of them) I will take you back to windows -

    Did you experience similar issue?
isn't the Blade 14 too short in perf to play BF5, resulting in unnecessary over heat ?
